Editing my review. The kids really wanted noodles again so I caved and this location is close by. Big mistake. Almost $90 bucks and it's nothing but old noodle mush. Ridiculous! I picked up the order came directly home and started to eat. I live less than ten minutes away I was there waiting for my order for at least 5 minutes prior. Then they want you to add gratuity to this 🙄 do better.

I just waited over 30 minutes for two chicken noodle soups. I get home to find one bowl of good looking soup and one bowl of the saddest chicken noodle soup I've ever seen. Noodles and a few bites of chicken. Very disappointed for 20.00 and 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back.ETA: I found half a carrot! But my noodles were pasty. This would be a zero star review if I could.

UPDATE 1/31: I was told the employees are supposed to scoop a smaller portion for gluten-sensitive meals. This was after we ordered 4 Regular size entrees yet again, and mine was the only one that was half full. It’s basically a Small portion. To me, it’s deceiving that Noodles and Co. doesn’t advertise or explain that you’re getting half the portion (for $1.25 more) if you order a gluten-sensitive meal. One would expect the normal “Regular” size portion, right? I hope the company does something to rectify this. (End update.) I’m trying to figure out why my Regular size gluten-sensitive mac and cheese is 9 times out of 10 less than halfway full? We usually order 4 Regular entree’s at a time for my family, and mine is almost always a smaller portion - about half the size of the other 3 entrées (that happen not to be mac and cheese). It’s very disappointing. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because it does taste good. I just wish it was a larger portion. Maybe I should just order a Small.

This location is very hit or miss (usually miss). Last time we ordered takeout, we got home to find my gluten-sensitive Mac and cheese was nearly inedible. Under the layer of cheese, what you couldn’t see at first glance when checking the order before leaving the restaurant as we’ve learned is necessary here, was a bunch of pasta mush, lots of small pieces of very overcooked pasta. I ate a little but had to throw the rest away, and I’m not that picky. What a waste of food, money, and time. Also, we had paid for extra noodles as we’ve learned you have to do if you want a regular-size portion of gluten-free noodles. It was only half-full, which happens too often. We’re not going this location again.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free noodles, but you have to order and pay for extra noodles to get the “Regular” portion you would expect. Otherwise, you get a “Small” portion (half-full bowl) for the “Regular” price. Don’t forget the upcharge for the GF noodles, too, in addition to paying for “extra” noodles.

We order takeout from here very regularly. Definitely cheaper to pick up from the store than ordering from a delivery app. The Alfredo montamore with parmesan crusted chicken is our go to choice every time but their pesto pasta is also really good.

Stopped in and ordered 5 meals to go. It was taking a long time so I stood near the counter assuming our food would be coming. While waiting I noticed the kitchen staff spent more time goofing around and chatting than doing anything. There were no customers in the restaurant, they were only working on to go orders so not crazy busy. The person bagging orders was the only person trying to expedite things. I notice 3 of the 5 plates sitting and waiting for two others. While those were getting cold they were burning the chicken parm. The counter person had to remind the kitchen guy to take it out of the oven. She also had to tell him to dish up the 5th dish. When I got home the chicken was so ridiculous burn it was inedible. I could not believe they saw what they were serving and put it in the bag anyway. The quality of all the dishes were very poor, either cold or burnt. I called the store to inform the manager and she never even apologized. I’ll never be back to this location.

This has been the 3rd time I’ve had a issue it seems this location only gets worse. Paid for Parm chicken didn’t get any. Paid for feta didn’t get any then to top it all off plastic! FREAKING PLASTIC IN MY FOOD. Are you serious? How many chances do I need to give these people??? PLASTIC IN MY FOOD. I worked at a noodles back in 2016, and this is beyond devastating. Why has corporate not stepped in by now. The wait times? Poor quality? Poor customer service. The store I worked at everyone would have been fired. They were over staffed and still had a horrible wait time! FOR BUTTER NOODLES- it’s the second easiest dish on the menu. The quality only goes down over the years. I do remember a time when noodles actually cared about the reputation, food quality everything. Now it’s McDonald’s quality. I can here because I was really craving it after a 14 hour work today. Needless to say I’ll drive the 15 minutes out of my way to go somewhere else. What a travesty noodles and Company has become. Pull it together

Where's my Sriracha? Added Sriracha on the side but figured I should call to confirm that the rare ingredient would be added to our order. Apparently it was no problem to confirm this, despite the product being rarer than truffles in the Tuscan sun. Unfortunately, upon delivery of our order the precious ingredient was nowhere to be found, and we were forced to eat our meal without. We would not wish this upon on our worst enemy and hope that future generations will never experience our pain.Updated as I ordered again and my Sriracha was included and my food was excellent.

Trendy restaurant chain located in Thornton Plaza, who serves various pasta dishes where you can select the type of meat in the dish. family oriented, can get loud when busy but quiet and romantic when not. great patio to sit on a warm evening and enjoy Thornton's ever changing sky. food quality is tasty and affordable. Thai curry with shrimp is always a hit.

Ordered Pesto and grilled shrimp and the apse Thai with grilled shrimp for pickup. It was ready to go quickly. They were both made spot on. I was very happy with my experience here.

The dining room was dirty, the staff was rude. The food was cold and when I told them the food was cold they just said okay and left me standing there for a few seconds before I said okay, So what are you going to do about it? The rude manager said, Oh well we're making you new ones. I said okay, well there was no communication, Nobody said anything. They were just talking amongst themselves about getting hit on by customers and not paying attention to the customers in the dining room. The broccoli was hard and raw just like the pot stickers. So we got our money back and left. I would NOT recommend to go to this location at all! The Owner only replies to positive feedback poor service starts with them obviously

Everything was awesome except the pop machine. It's one of those free style machines where you can pick lots of different kinds of drinks. The issue is it kept scorting out sideways and was sticky and a mess. It was nasty. I didn't even want anything from that machine after I got a cup. I just stuck with iced tea. Besides that it was perfect. Lots of parking outside and close to the door.Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals.

To be honest I normally loathe going I to fast casual places because it’s usually a rushed feeling. BUT- this visit was kind of awesome! That whole staff was kind, patient, and helpful. They all had great attitudes and took pride in their work. I would 100% visit them again. Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: They have great kids meals!

Been going here for the last 5 years the food is getting extremely bad. Chicken is always over cooked and burnt, noodles are undercooked, vegetables taste like cleaning supplies. And there is barely any sauce. Avoid at all cost

Had a random hard strip of plastic in my Med Salad. Not only are my gums now hurting but I'm also extremely grossed out and dissatisfied.Update: Upon further inspection there was another DIFFERENT piece of hard plastic. Wow.

This was the extent of the broccoli in my bowl. Burnt mushrooms and disgusting. I want my 10.00 back! So bad. I remember when noodles has florets. Nice and fresh. This is garbage. Save your money and buy some frozen veggies and steam them at home!

This was my kids and I first time being there, and sadly the best thing was the gentleman taking orders inside was very nice and seemed to enjoy his job.. The food however was so nasty something's under cooked an some over cooked, absolutely No stake in my order or 2 others. Mind you I had a bill of 72$ for 6 people so we had a good variety of what they offer. Someone said it must be the restaurant we went to an try another but I'm not sure . 😒😖🤢
