Dairy free yogurt is often expired along with other products. Walmart has better self check out machines. The self check out machines here always lock up and send “help” over a bag of chips or other lightweight items. Most recently it sent help to verify I only used 1 bag for 18 items. Get that $.10! Also if you have a coupon you can’t just scan it as you go you have to wait until the end, click the special button and scan it before you click the pay button.I usually go to a different store if I can help it.

The quality of the fried chicken at the deli is not the best. Dry and overcooked. The sides are cold. You're lucky to get any after 5:00 p.m. And that is dinner time for most. Safeway chicken is so much better.

750 E104th av store.....the filthiest store I have ever been in ..rotting produce on the shelf at 530 pm.. no excuse for the condition of this store over all. water spills in isles and took 10 min for them to get cleaned up. Customers tracking it thru the store /causing slip hazards . look at the picture with the cauliflower , the dead material stuck in the grill has been there for days.....there is moldy chunks of produce dried out above the item they are trying to sell as fresh corn....the grill area is supposed to be Black porcelain....That took months to get that way......this store looks NOTHING like its google photos it posted about its self....The price tag bars are falling off all over the store off shelves, especially in the dairy coolers angled case by the cheese.the store has a odor of dead decaying meat near the meat department..And a Store Manager that has the attitude (Chelsea ?) that "we cant find people to work, do you know anyone?".....avoiding the fact the store is a complete mess , and making excuses. There is NO EXCUSE to run a store into the ground as this location has been....I would AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST... shop anyplace but here.........they need to FIRE the store manager and the produce manager , and find employees that are like the people that have the pride of customer service and cleanliness of the other stores that represent King Soopers Brand ..this store fails with a F- and should get NEG 5 stars.. Those conditions took months of neglect in the Produce Dept to get to that condition .... There is NO pride in this store , that is shown in the other Stores of King Soopers . Drive to any other King Soopers but this store , This location is deplorable . Internet in this store is also a bad joke. there is no connectivity in many places in the store that is accentual for any online shoppers or shopping services, or people trying to face time with someone to show them items to see if that is the item they want... Excuses are like rear ends.. everyone has at least 1..... clean this store up or close it.... remember the expression "From Farm to store?" well this store is still the fields and farm, there is enough dirt in it to grow plants...There are other reviews about the produce dept that are just as bad as this one, from WEEKS ago..... months ago......When will King Soopers wake up and clean house, of both the old managers ( store and produce) and clean the the store its self as well?..The only one helpful was a Assistant manager (a older gentleman with Veteran on his name tag)....he gave no excuses and apologized for the conditions and said they would be working to fix issues . Now he gave the correct answer, not " do you know anyone that wants to go to work ? "

This King Soopers has gone above and well beyond my expectations as a supermarket. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! I shop there several times a week, for work and personal needs. Bina has been my go-to for help and while I’ve been missing her due to new hours for myself, I really miss her friendly smile and assistance in the mornings. Shopping gives my anxiety, but if everyone in the store could provide services like Bina, I’m just sure you would always get 5 stars.Keep up the good work, King Soopers!

Even tho the florist or balloon employee wasn't on duty, someone helped fill the balloons. The flower section had excellent selections of bouquets and fresh flowers! Perfect for holidays or birthday or just because. Wonderful depth! Groceries had great choices. Holiday section was excellent too!! Love this store.

I have been coming here for ten years. The old guard is what it was. Thr new guard. Amanda, Hoang, Gina, Kim, Nina and I'm gonna forget three others. Are one of the best, kindest, friendliest and quick pharmacy's I've ever been with. I just want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.Great Great Great Team!Rick

I recently went to this location again to grab a couple things. The deli (again) had no fresh chicken, so i opted for the precooked ribs.. WAY OVER COOKED completely unedable. Then i tried the sushi i bought.. the package says eat within 24 hrs.. i didnt realize it was already 3 day past... threw that away... so ill be going to the Federal location from now on.. this is a poorly run location!

I wanted a few pieces of fried chicken. The salesman licked his fingers while putting on the handling gloves!!! He then informed me that he would not sell me as many pieces as I wanted, but he would determine how many he would sell me! And I can't get to choose which parts of the chicken I want - he determines what he sells to me! What kind of idiots work there? What are they doing to customers? This is America, haven't you noticed?! We are not in North Korea!

I do like this store but I shop here several times a week for veterans and always have to wait forever for someone to come help me at the deli. I wish they had a bell or still used their ticket system.

Isles got smaller just like the store on 104th and federal. Security gates are annoying. Lots of good employees. Still alot better than the other store but feels alot more gettho now. If it get crammed I will be traveling to another store.

I ordered a click list order. First I go to pick it up and it wasnt ready they bring it out I get home and realize they forgot over half the order so I call and go back up there to grab the rest of my order when I get home again a bunch of stuff is missing so I call again I had to go back the next day because they were about to close pick up. When I go back I grab the remaining of my order and come home all the produce is bad. The lettece was brown, the broccoli was slimy and brown, green peper was moldy the list goes on save yourself the time of going through this and just go get your stuff this saved me no time and wasted my money on nasty produce.

Went to this king soopers to grab some cupcakes the cupcakes had a price of 8.99$ on them but they rang up at 9.99$ I was at self check out so I called the attendant over her name was Stephanie she was rude right off the bat she started hitting the screen while she was changing the price for me and I told her there is no need for the attitude and she got into my face I am shocked!!! if you don’t like your job then quit her district managers name is Russell savage and I will be contacting him tomorrow about the situation.

Deli closed at 4pm on a Tuesday. Rude man behind the counter. " no one to close and apparently a lazy manager. Thank goodness i didn't buy any meat after i got a look at how flithy it was behind the counter. Save yourself the trouble and the sickness and go elsewhere. 1/2024Click list employees actually try to run you over. If you have mobility issues I'd stay out of this store.July of 2021 nothing has changed, Obviously the manager doesn't care how rude the employees are because they have acted this way for 10 plus years.I don't know if somebody needs to tell theese lazy rude cashiers that they put in the application for a job they can't be mad at the customer for having to work🤷‍♀️

On the morning of the 15th I stopped by this location where I came across an elderly woman who had parked her vehicle in the middle of the aisle instead of her spot. She mentioned that she had gotten lost when she was driving and seem to be having an issue trying to park her van. I parked it for her and got her to go inside where I contacted King Soopers management. Victoria was the manager who responded. I explained to her the situation and said that we should probably call law enforcement because I didn’t think it was a great idea for the woman to try to drive home. Victoria immediately got a hold of Thornton PD who arrived quickly and got a hold of the her husband so he could come and take her home. The staff at this particular King Soopers has always been great and Victoria is no exception thank you for your help today.

This visit, not so great. A lot of things were out of stock, namely several produce items. Like, a lot. From pre cut packaged items to fresh products too.Selection of some other things also was not great. And, I had more than just a few things to purchase, which was more than I like to run thru self check out, but yet there was no one to help me at a check out.It was getting late, I needed to get my kiddo home, but checking out just had to take forever. I even went in prepared with a list, and I remembered my bags too, lol... but good ol self check out (with a lot of items), strikes again with temperamental machines. I am happy to report that eggs are finally a reasonable price again however!!

Never have carts, used to be well stocked now they're always out of a lot of things, bad at tagging sales and taking down last weeks tags. Also the checkers are so rude they all act like people are trying to steal or not pay for bags. Lol I paid for my bags and she came over like did you pay for bags let me see 🤣 like ok here's my receipt I'm not trying to do anything but buy some dang groceries lady chill out

I had a very rude experience with a self check out employee. His name is sam and he accused me of stealing, he then proceeded to hit another customers cart into mine that had my NEWBORN BABY in her careast, he was extremely rude and when I called the store to talk to someome he then agian accused me of stealing agian. Keep in mind it was a can of juice that he took the bag from me to check. I have the receipt showing I paid for it. What a horrible experience. Not to mention a week before I did a delivery order and I took 3 trips to the store to get it refunded. The employee that "helped" me was also extremely rude. Do better this world has alot of hate in it already.

The lady running the "Now Hiring" kiosk by the front door was extremely rude. She was too busy socializing with another employee to bother doing her job, but took the time to yell at me for getting too close to those little security gates while looking at the products nearby. I haven't come to this store in years and now I remember why. The only upside was the very helpful young man at the self checkout. That's how customer service is done.

UPDATE: I just got helped at customer service. Overheard the lady helpi g me says that she refuses to page for help when there is a long line because she never gets it. The store manager here needs to be fired ASAP.I don't know why Kroger keeps bowing down to the unions here. Everytime I come here there is always a long line at customer service, with one person working as slow as they can, self checkouts needing attention and 4-5 employees standing around chatting with each other, not helping customers. Do better.

Best to get there early because this place is always packed!! Produce is good and you can get home chef meal kits for easy dinner nights. However I don’t really like how the store is laid out. It feels too small and everyone there seems to be in a bad mood.

As far as the grocery store aspect it's a standard Soopers.I came here and noticed the lack of carts and grabbed two hand baskets...which were plentiful.I spent about 40 minutes filling them and set them down to grab another item. I walked maybe 15 feet away for 45 seconds. I returned to missing hand baskets. Just gone. I spent a few minutes walking around looking for them. Talked to a few employees until I found one interested in actually helping me.We eventually found them at the front of the store. They had been collected for restocking. Manger was nice enough to give me a few bucks off my total.The reason this store deleted their carts - someone stole some for metal scrapping.Overall just a negative experience.

I was looking everywhere for some Chile for my Chile beans. The employees went over and beyond to help me. Thank you to the meat department for finding it in the back for me. Customer service is always the key to my happiness. Thank you. Even the young man working the self checkout lane was very helpful.

I do like this location but I have a warning. They are running a feed the hungry donation-one is 5$ the other is 10$. The cashier rung us up for the 10$ one without us asking her to do so. When we asked why she said our grapes didn't ring up. When my husband protested the bagger got the manager who easily rung up the grapes and removed the donation. After he walked away she asked why we didn't just say we didn't want the donation. She is trying to win some contest the checkers have for getting donations. Watch em,they sneaky.

I went to this King Soopers specifically to buy my neighbor a bouquet of flowers for her anniversary a few days ago. This nice lay in the floral department, named Squeeky offered to help me. I didn't want to spend a lot of money so I asked if they had a clearance section of flowers. Not only did Squeeky go above and beyond in helping me, but she freshly cut the flowers, re-wrapped them in special tissue and put a beautiful bow around the big bouquet, and didn't charge me anything extra for the all the extra "touches". She was so friendly, and just made MY DAY, even though the flowers weren't even for me. I highly recommend this floral department, and ask for Squeeky. She genuinely cares about people and loves what she does!

First time shopping at this location in a year, and I'm at multiple locations a day. Instacarting, in this store does not have baskets for customers to use because according to one employee the people working pickups take them, and according to another employee customers just walk out with them and they allow it. So I won't be coming back to this location ever again 🤷‍♂️
