Wow! You don't even need much labor to run self checkout. I know you need one person to watch us but...To only have half of your self checkout on is ridiculous.If you all but force us to use self check out, at least manage it.

Pharmacy is not client friendly or helpful. I had a new prescription that I had checked in advance with one of the pharmacists to make sure that there would be no issue filling. I was told that there would be no problem. I placed the order for the prescription and went in to pickup the prescription at the designated time and was told that they were unable to fill the prescription indefinitely. It would have been helpful if someone had called to say that King Soopers was unable to fill the prescription, so that I could have gotten it filled elsewhere before a long holiday weekend.

Under staffed, long lines, long waits if you need assistance on self service. Sensors on the self checkout are extremely frustrating requiring employees to confirm purchases. Employees are good just way under staffed.

I’ve had two experiences using grocery pickup at this location. The first time they had absolutely no bags to offer (everywhere else at least has paper bags). The second time I scheduled for the 7-8pm window, told them I was “on my way” at 7:45, arrived and checked in at 8:00 on the dot and they would NOT bring my order out to me because pickup was closed for the day. Never shopping here again.

Do NOT purchase kroger brand long grain brown rice here. There are bugs in it. I called to report it and customer service didn't even apologize. They said they were transferring me to a manager who never picked up while I was cycling on hold, until I hung up. That makes them guilty of knowingly selling a tainted product.

Employees are always welcoming and polite. Fairly well stocked store. My only complaint is the self checkouts can be extremely frustrating due to the sensor on the conveyor belt.

Clean store, friendly staff, and huge selection. Beautiful display of flowers and veggies at the front along with a Starbucks cafe. Personally came in for the grab and go meals ($8 for a 4 piece chicken, 2 sides, drink, and dessert!) And it was great having 12 self checkout lanes so there was no line... Truly grab and go!

When something doesn’t scan find a way to enter it rather than send the customer back-and-forth running to get new items over and over again this is ridiculous

Do not shop here. First of all there is 2 other king soopers within 1 mile from go to them trust me. This places "on sale" items are triple the price of the other kings. They don't hire enough staff so there's always huge lines for check out. God forbid having an extra employee staffed to make people's lives easier then they'd lose 13 dollars an hour. Service terrible selection terrible quality terrible

The pharmacy never had the medications I take in stock. The store isles are crowded with displays. Seems like there is always a shortage of soft drinks. The lines to self check out are always long. This store is just too cluttered.

I have never once had a pleasant experience at this King Soopers. Every time I try to go to the deli I am met with a 20 minute wait and they are almost always out of most the items they serve. They are never cooking it though and constantly say it’s going to be a half hour until anything is ready. Safeway is less than a mile away highly recommend shopping there instead.

Would have rated lower but can't post zero.This KS has been sliding downhill for years. Has now arrived at the bottom.Rearrange, toss out items normally carried. Put alcohol in huge portion of store. New employees untrained on checkout and customer service, and even after manager shows customer service person how to do something that person can't do it. What is usually a 20 minute happy experience has turned into a one hour frustration test.Will no longer shop here and that's too bad, as we have shopped here since first day they opened.Will drive further and shop elsewhere.Probably the ks on 136 and Quebec as we've heard good things about that store

Zero stars if it was an option. Don’t waste your time coming to this location. Problems stems from management down. My personal mission is to never shop at this location again. The one past Walmart and I25 blows this location out of the water. It’s a warm day- there are no buggies inside the store. Common items aren’t stocked. Staff is blocking aisles so shoppers can’t get around them as they stock, head clerks are RUDE! If this is what the checkers on the floor look to for leadership, then they should close this location. Bad management, poor organization, and lack of options. We live less than a minute away in cherrywood park and we will now be driving over the highway or going to the new Quebec location when it opens rather than waste time here. This location has been going downhill for a long time and now officially SUCKS. Someone should call corporate.

The only thing that’s good about this King Soopers is the pharmacy. They don’t update their signs/ads, you go to buy what you think is on sale and it rings in full price. They have no regard to how annoying this is and their advice is “oh sorry, you can go to customer service.” Everyone, go to the one off Quebec and let’s over run that one too instead of keeping this one and the one on 120th well working so people in those areas continue to utilize them. Way to do well for your customer King Soopers.

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE!!! They close whenever they want. I’ve gone in on a Sunday at 1:30 and they’re closed! Poor customer service!!!! They close the drive thru whenever they don’t want to do business!!!! So its hit or miss whenever you can pick your prescription up without going in! The pharmacy manager needs to be fired! Replace with someone with competence!!! They get an F!

This store’s offering and services are have seriously gone down hill. Shelves are out of many items week after week. The deli is significantly short staffed and services are not available after 5 pm. Prepared chicken is always out even when the deli occasionally has someone there to help.I don’t want to hear the excuses about supply chain and staffing shortages. Go to the Kings on 120th and they don’t have these problems. I am switching locations after going to this store since it opened.You need to get your act together before I turn to Safeway or Walmart.

I usually go here for shopping because it’s the closest store.This morning I needed to place an order for pickup and it let me set the time for 5, 6, or 7 pm tonight.I thought this was going to be perfect as I could pick up the ingredients for dinner and I wouldn’t have to try and shop with two hungry toddlers. I set the order to pick up at 5.After I pick my kids up at 4:55 I get a text saying my order is running behind, and my order would now be ready at 6-7. Great. So I had to scramble and order pizza so my kids would be fed. I still had other things on the order I needed.After our dinner, I pack up the kids and head to the store. I arrive just after 6 and tell the app I have arrived. Five or so minutes after I check in someone comes out and says the order was never picked.What?I understand running behind or not having enough people, but I wasted my time as well as had to scramble, when if I needed to go in to the store to buy things, I could have arranged it. I was relying on the app as well as convenience and was completely let down.I was told the order wouldn’t even be available that night but they might be able to change the pickup to the next day. No concessions, no trying to get it picked up as quick as possible, a sorry, it happens and we can’t do anything about it.I would have been fine if my order would have been canceled in advance, but I had to show up for them to cancel. It wasn’t even a manager who came out and spoke to me, just a general runner who I’m sure others may have let loose on him.Completely unacceptable.I’ve also lately experienced where there is only one or two checkouts open and one or two self checkouts open with large lines of people waiting to check out. It makes a quick 10 minute store run on a break turn in to a 20-30 minute run.

King Soopers pharmacy rarely gets a decent review but I had such a pleasant experience today with Tammy C while checking out my husband’s prescriptions. Keep up the kind attitude and patience… it was really appreciated 😊

They have no customer service. The employees don't ask how you are doing they are more concerned with their own conversations. The worst part about this store they don't seem to ever order enough the shelves are always empty....... I've been driving past 2 King Soopers to go to a Safeway and have been much happier. Just tried it again last night and had another bad experience.

I estimate that 75% of the time I visit this store (my closest grocery store to home), they either are out of stock on something I need or don’t carry it at all (this has happened several times with digital coupon items). Today, no unsweetened almond milk from any brand and no Goodbelly fruit juice - the only 2 items I needed. Out of stock. So figured I’d get some Freschetta 3-meat thin crust pizza on digital coupon while I was there. Nope! Out of stock. I rarely review establishments, but I’ve had enough of this place. I should bill them for my gas wasted to visit this store! Will find a different Kings and/or start shopping Sprouts.

A couple of weeks ago I couldn’t find an ingredient I was looking for to make a spinach dip bread bowl. I asked a few employees and they just kind of threw their hands up. I was frustrated. Then I asked Anne and she didn’t know where the item was but went out of her way to help me locate it. I was there again a few days ago and couldn’t find a specific quiche. I asked a couple employees and they didn’t help much - they just said they didn’t know. I asked Carrie and she said she was going to look around for me while I finished shopping. In the meantime I saw Anne and asked her. She didn’t know but (like last time) she didn’t give up until she found it for me. Right about then Carrie came around the corner with a huge smile and the quiche (which Anne had just also found). These ladies are the best. My review isn’t necessarily for the store (because honestly not many of the staff were very helpful on either of my visits). This review is for Anne and Carrie and their commitment to customer service. 👏 Thank you!

Scott at customer service was extremely rude. It acted like I was being an inconvenience to him for servicing me. This king soopers has been going downhill for a long time. I highly suggestion the store on 136th and Zuni. It has far friendlier workers and better produce.

I probably have not seen as many unhappy workers as this store. The checker was whatever and then I went to the customer service and 2 people were arguing then the lady said I dont work behind here and this Sheriff guy with a badge on his vest come up and say what do you want ? Seriously. I told him I needed to change my phone on my card and he said nothing, never even looked at me and walked off to help someone else.. What a jokeHad it not been for a person named Chris I would not be back. I will go to the 136th and Zuni store because they seem much happier and glad to helpYou may be short staffed but that does not mean your attitude towards shoppers needs to be WHATEVER

I like kingsooper for the quality of the fruits and vegetables, the delicious bread from their bakery, and the number of different brands of cheese. the flowers are the best thing about the place. always fresh and at a great price.

Most of the staff here are usually unfriendly and dont like to be bothered with common pleasantries (smiles, hellos , etc...) The parking lot is often a mess and there almost always seems to be an employee smoking near the entrance. I once saw an employee drop produce on the floor and put it back for sale. If you're not into these sorts of things, I'd recommend the King Soopers on 136th & Zuni.
