Called to speak with the pharmacist to assist with a preferred cream for a patient. Call started off well and was willing to help. Then the young lady disappeared and a man got on the phone. I was dismissed. I know pharmacy is able to assist with preferred medications but I was simply redirected to look at the Medicaid approved list, which changes routinely. Would not recommend the pharmacy here. Not willing to help fellow healthcare providers take care of patients appropriately.

This store was recently remodeled. It some time to get used to because everything was rearranged but now I find it quite exquisite. Their display cases are extraordinary. Fresh vegetables the second you walk in. Deli, bakery and butcher chop are all adjacent to each other. Everything is more compact but new layout but store has a better flow.

This kings is laid out differently than most others I've been to which can be kind of confusing but the staff here are super friendly and helpful! A couple months ago Colby helped me quickly get my groceries checked out while I had my newborn. Then this time Zoey was so patient with me and kind! Really appreciate the great staff at this location.

I arrived at 10 A.M. on a Sunday to do some grocery shopping. The store is a dump. The floor is very dirty and needs to be swept and mopped. There are pallets and carts of inventory to be restocked blocking products and impeding shopping in almost every aisle, but with no staff member attending to it. It’s impeding the shopping experience for no good reason. I found this to be so irritating that I left to go somewhere else. Why not restock the shelves and clean the store before it opens so customers don’t have to deal with this?

So apparently there was ‘technical problems’ with the self-checkout. It was flashing the amount of items I had scanned. The employee comes over then starts pulling out items and touching everything. When I asked why she was doing it and counting she gave me a look and implied I was stealing. The Hispanic black and grey hair lady is rude and out of line. Guess who wasn’t stealing?? The lady whose groceries you just counted up to match the machine’s math, idiot.

Went to this store on my lunch and asked to order a meal to be told there were no sides made so I asked for a pound of chicken and when I get to the register i find out there’s a pound and a half and told to return to the deli to ask for them to remove some chicken. With a long line I decided to check with “customer service” to be told there’s nothing they can do. I offered to remove a piece of chicken and the clerk can weigh the item and manually enter the price. To only be again told that nothing could be done as he needed to print a new tag and couldn’t do so. I called to speak to a manager to address this issue only to be put on hold and then after several minutes a busy tone… worst experience I have ever had with a Kroger/king Soopers.

The pharmacist is on a real power trip and the techs are liars or they don't know how to do thier job. I thought maybe it was my approach, is why I was being treated poorly by the staff here (because I was very frustrated). However when I finally went to pick up my prescription, there was the pharmacist on the phone talking to another patient about how he isn't going to fill the prescription as written. I think ALL the staff here need remediation, more training and accountability.

Great local store. Plenty of selection. The prices aren't as low as some other places. But the selection is really great. The employees are really friendly. They have a bakery. They have a pharmacy. They have a Starbucks. And their Deli area serves pretty delicious pre-made meals.

I had all kinds of mishaps happen during my shopping trip, of my own doing of course but Ryan B at guest services and the other pick up crew really helped make shopping with my 2 year old easy. Thank you so much. I do want to add Ryan B was very kind and understanding and didn’t make me feel silly for forgetting my card at home.

Been coming to this King Soopers for years I'm not going to come here anymore the past 10 times I have tried to get chicken towards the end of the day yes granted or even at 12:30 they refused to make fresh chicken the chicken that they are trying to serve to the public right now looks burnt and it's been under the heat lamp for several hours not going to shop here anymore talk to Colby about it and he didn't care

I would just like to take the time to give a special shout out to the ladies in the Floral Dept!! Its not enough just to mention that King Soopers flowers smell Amazing or that their quality is greater than other places where they make floral arangements.Im talking about the staff!! They are super friendly and they make magic happen everyday! They truly are artists of their trade! They create the best arrangements and at a good price as well. I would like to share some of their creations and hopefully get the word out that they make a special day (mothers day, birthday, aniversary) just that more special wen they create this magic with their hands. Ladies I thank you, keep up the magic.Your number one customer Al.

Used to be the best chicken strips meal at the Deli. Got some chicken today and it's the most dry, tasteless chicken I've had. This is disappointing being it used to be cooked to perfection with the best taste. Idk if they went away from Chesters or what it is, but it definitely isn't the same. The Mac and cheese is dry and taste like it's been under the heat lamp for 2 days. Very disappointed.

The absolute rudest young persons working customer service at self checkout. Unwilling to help, for the most part. No aid when prices don't come up correctly on sale. Told me it was my problem and my card wasn't linked. Number on card matches number on account. Made me hand them my phone, then lied (or just utterly incompetent). Considering doing all shopping at Walmart and Safeway. Would give no stars but can't.

They're fine. I think the remodel is quite nice, but the fridge/freezer doors are hard to keep closed (or, the people using them don't know how to close them... maybe both?). It's a little farther from my house, so I prefer the other location. Prices are also a little higher than other places. But it is nice and clean and the staff does a good job.

Visible mold growth on the milk racks. I wish it was just some dirt but you can see the fuzzy growth close up. I reported this through their feedback form weeks ago but they obviously don’t care. This is so gross and such an easy fix.

Sooooo I hate to be this guy. But boy oh boy y'all are starting to look and feel a lot like Walmart! No matter what time of the day it is, outside of banker hours. There's literally no cashiers, I don't get paid nor a discount for doing your job! No reason I should have to! Safeway here I come!

This is the best King Soopers around STILL after the remodel. I think the remodel is a HUGE downgrade but they really do just have a great mix of everything here. You can find items you'd normally see at the "upscale" locations as well as stuff you can also get at the not so fancy locations. How great this King Soopers is, is it's only downfall. They're constantly running out of stuff. Not really their fault. This is probably the busiest King Soopers. This is a silly complaint but can you guys close the self checkouts further from the door and not the ones closer to the door? That's really just cherry picking laziness. Produce is always fresh sushi is always good all the stuff available at the deli is top notch.

The deli section is horrible. They need to have those deli order sheets where people can write down their names and just continue shopping. I waited 20mins. I’ve worked in deli it’s not difficult. Some king Soopers have a pick up section for those who would write down their orders with an expected time.

Bought pig ear for my dog got home and it wasn't in my wagon. 2.99 . Not the first time this has happened. It happened with other items. Not happy.
