I just recently moved to Colorado. This was my first store to stop in, the staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. I had serval staff members ask if I needed any help. The store is the most organized and clean dollar tree I’ve ever been in!

Was in the store today. What rude employees, don't even greet u while u come in , instead they stare at u while shopping and talk about u with other employees. And if they pass u, they don't even say, excuse me. So this is my first and last time at this store. I definitely don't recommend it. Save ur money and go somewhere else instead!!

I love my local dollar tree. I miss having a cashier, but self-checkout is the new normal these days. Some of the staff are super helpful with finding things, while others say they are out of stock. Then I find the item on my own. If you go way before the season starts you can usually find Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. Once the stock is gone, it's gone. The Dollar Tree plus items are very good quality items, which is nice.

Usually fairly clean. Organization can be a bit lacking, but that's a dollar store! Staff is always friendly, and you can't beat the prices, even if you have to fork out an extra quarter!

All I wanted was my birthday balloon refilled since it was already sagging by the time I got to my car. The head clerk refused to put more helium in it or give me another one, instead she wanted to teach me about how rain holds balloons down, which she epically failed at by the way and was a highlight to this dim witted situation. I gave up and took my dry but still limp ballon with me out of the store, she began literally shouting at me that she would refill it.... yeah, no thanks. What a sad person you must be to not help out a paying customer with their kids birthday balloon.

As of lately, the rows have looked extremely clean and organized. I have OCD and it was an absolute relief to see things where they belong and neatly placed. This store has more options and is offering more items of course for more money but it’s nice to get things you need here on the quick fly.

This location is so much cleaner than others in the area. I was shocked to see the self checkouts on my last visit here but not surprised. This store is always organized & clean. They have lots to look at & great holiday decor. Their selection of gifts bags is the best.

Store Employees were very rude when asked why they did not have a register open all they had were self check out they stated that was store were about 20 people in line waiting to check out I stated that was crazy that they had employees standing around they could open a register to help check people out They said there were other dollar stores around I told them they could just close that store that that was stupid

I love Dollar Tree. You can find great products for only a dollar and twenty-five cents. Can't beat that. Brand name toothpaste for one dollar and twenty-five cents. Love it

I am only rating this as compared to other dollar trees. So far I like the Orchard the best. This one is clean and doesnt appear old (like the one one Melody and 104th). I know they try to keep it well stocked but it seems like they must do more business than the other store. Each time there is always a section or two that are out of things. Today it was 3 empty refrigerators up front with no drinks and a quick check in back revealed no chilled beverages there either. In the overall scheme of things, they are still a decent store wherr I can usually get what I need, so it's worth the trip.

If you're coming here to see a tree, real or fake, prepare to be disappointed. Furthermore, if you can expect to find anything for a dollar, you will also be disappointed. The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines scam as: "a fraudulent or deceptive act or operation."

Dollar store was a lil empty in the holiday area and there was people stocking in the Middle of an isle which caused some "traffic". The employees that was stocking were extremely polite and helpful though. The older woman that checked my items out was super sweet and caring. She wished us well on our day and in health. Overall my visit today was great.

I visited this store 11-30-22. I was very impressed how clean and stocked this store was. They have a self check there. The first I've seen in Dollar Tree. The employee's there were very polite and helpful. Thank you for all you're hard work!!!

Please had a really wide selection of everything you could think of really for $1.25 not too bad and they just recently installed self checking register so you can cash out yourself and makes the lines a lot quicker not very long lines to get out of there we were able to get out right away it was pretty awesome the parking lot at this location kind of sucks though. I feel that the plaza that that store is located in should have done a much better job on that parking lot it's more of a garden than it is a parking lot there's more trees and bushes and grass and rocks and things of that sort that enclose that parking lot they make it very difficult to navigate through I just find that nonsense to have so much plant life and wildlife in the middle of the parking lot doesn't make sense to me but other than that the store was nice

Nice store. Typically clean and well-stocked. Most of the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Bummed that their prices ALL WENT UP a MINIMUM of 25% --and apparently they now have a $3 aisle and a $5 aisle, too! --Trays I used to buy for crafts for $1 are now suddenly $5!! From ONE dollar to FIVE dollars!!That's one hell of a price hike!!! It's no longer the "DOLLAR" tree. Now it's the "Dollar twenty-five, but sometimes $3 or $5" Tree.I guess everyone's prices are going up, up, up. Still, a real bummer. Always loved a little trip to the "dollar" store. Kinda lost it's charm now....

It seems the company went back and forth on their announcement on if they will be increasing there prices by 25%. Well it happened Dollar Tree is now Dollar Twenty Five Tree. It not as catchy of a name but this is what happened. I understand inflation but I also understand most products at This store are bought for pennies and marked up over 100%. Of course they've always had minimum wage workers who usually only get 10 to 20 hours per week (sometimes less if they don't like you). This business model has been very profitable. The top people see their bottom line shrink slightly and decide increasing prices is the only way to fix the bottom line, but it's not. It's sad to see the previous CEO's vision and promise everything would remain being sold for just a dollar being completely destroyed. I don't plan to come back to any Dollar Tree or Family Dollar (which is owned by Dollar Tree) until they bring the price back down.

This Dollar Tree is very clean and organized. The staff are very friendly, especially George. He was such a sweet little old man. He even cleaned my soda from the moisture. It’s very rare to get cashiers that care about the customer anymore, so when you get cashed out by someone like George it just makes your day. Thank you George for being so sweet and caring to your customers.

One of the cleanest and most organized and well stocked Dollar Tree stores I've been to in the Denver area. Nice staff as well. Always a deal to be found. I'll drive out of my way to shop this location any day.

This was the best dollar tree I have been to in a very long time. The employees and management was so helpful. Store was clean and organized I was in there on Sat 3/12/2022. I use to work for dollar tree for 8 years. Was just in the area and glad I went to this dollar tree Thorncreek crossing

My son and I love this store! They always have the coolest stuff in this location. As far as the inventory, the location and the atmosphere is concerned, this is a 5-Star Dollar Tree. I'm giving it 4 stars, however, because the younger people who work here need to go away. They are rude and just don't care.

I have never experienced such rude employees. The manger on shift Cheyenne acted completely inconvenienced when I asked her to unlock the bathroom for my almost 90 year old grandmother. It took her away from what she was stocking. She rolled her eyes grabbed the key with the most attitude I have ever seen from an employee there. Upon opening the bathroom the elderly women that had just exited the bathroom tried to tell Cheyenne that she would have held the door open for my grandmother but she didn’t think that was a good idea since they lock it to begin with. Cheyenne blows past the women not even acknowledging that the women is speaking to her. I get the store number and the name of the GM for that store so I call to make a complaint about the clearly disgruntled management and I get Cheyenne on the phone being even more rude to me over the fact that I want to complain to Mary about her clearly unacceptable behavior. I will call everyday until I get a complaint against her. There is no reason to treat guests this way. I am management in the position I work and I would never treat anyone the way she treated us. Just because you don’t like your job doesn’t give you the right to be rude to anyone!!!

Workers are rushing you and hovering over you as you pay for your items. I was doing self check out and my basket was taken from me before I was even done scanning my items. Then I get a worker that rushes over and stands with her hands on her hip just staring at me. Gee if you are that scared of people stealing put these people back to cashiering.

Lame that no refunds are available.. I wanted to cancel my order due to not using the correct payment type when paying for my food but no refunds only exchanges. Also they tax on bag fees separately

Employees lack people skills, not cyclist friendly.... a unkempt man (I assume it was a manager) immediately booted us out when we walked in with our bikes. Not a good way to make sales I believe. Other then that I absolutely luv the dollar tree! They have an abundance of anything you might or didn't know you needed and everything's a dollar .
