As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I was given the help needed and he guided me and explained in great depth why the food I was looking for was right. Also gave me alternative options. Was super friendly with my dog and welcomed us back. Efficient in the checkout process also. Felt seen, heard and was satisfied. Java also walked out with a favorite new toy!

Friendly and helpful staff. I had to go in with both my kiddos for a large bag of dog food. I was greeted as we came in and the nice lady (I don’t know her name) asked if she could grab something for me and took it to the counter and out to the car for me. The ladies who helped us were amazing! My dog has so many allergies and they spent time helping me look through ingredients on the different dog foods and also helped me find a harness brand that my dog isn’t allergic to despite them not carrying one! The employees here are the best!

This store deserves high ratings. I made the mistake to go to Erie Chuck and DONS that is Terrible terrible at customer service. Came to thornton Chuck and Dons and Craig and his staff took care of me. I would highly highly recommend coming here over any other Chuck and DONS. This is a drive for me but. the way they treat customers makes it worth the drive.

Online it says they’re open until 6 on Sundays but when I pulled up at 5:45 the lights were on and the doors were locked. Waisted my time when I could have made it to Petco before they closed now I can’t. Thought I would support the little guy but I won’t be coming back to this location.

Always very friendly and they get a variety of toys that rotate through. They are always quick to help me out to the car with my large dog food bags as well. At Christmas time, they individually gift wrapped each treat for my pups.

Always friendly and have a great selection of grain free dry dog food from multiple brands. Lots of treat options. Good sized selection for grooming and other hygine items. CBD treats with multiple formulas to meet your needs ( anxiety, pain management, ect.) Frozen section well stocked for raw diets and toppers. They have a rewards system for purchasing food of the same brand and size- 12 bags of food to earn the 13th free.Country loves to go for a car ride to pick up his food- He gets to pick out a treat from the center display and lust after all the toys on display.

Excellent customer service! Craig went above and beyond for me and my dog. All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable from the different types of food they carry to the CBD oil that would work best for your animal.
