Great selection for both cats and dogs. Usually pet stores seem to be dog heaved which this shop was about 50/50 of dog and cat products. They have a store cat which is really sweet and friendly.

This was the worst retail experience I’ve ever encountered. There was no one in the store early morning and yet the sales girl never acknowledged me. She saw me come in, walked right by me a few times and pretended I didn’t exist. I was shopping for expensive collars and regret actually purchasing there. When I went to pay she still was beyond rude as if I was an annoyance to disturb her while she took my money.When I made a comment about her customer service she could care less. This store is just a bigger reflection of the Telluride attitude - unless you’re a local or celebrity you have no business being there. They happily take lots of your money while being annoyed that you have entered their elitist hideaway.Shop at Dirty Dawg instead the only friendly place I encountered. They are more than happy to help and so nice that I was shocked.There are so many amazing ski towns in CO this isn’t one you should waste your money on. Do not stay or shop here unless you want the worst experience for the most amount of money.

Large selection of dog supplies, not so much cat and small animal but that is typical…They do carry a variety of Pendleton usually you can only find online which is always tough when it comes to sizes.Wynn, I believe was her name, offered to measure my dog as I was looking at their jackets, was very helpful overall

Fantastic place. It got colder than we thought it would so we swung by to pick up a jacket and the staff was super helpful. Also the shop dog was adorable and very well behaved.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE! Almost as mush as my Rocky did hathe woman working was so kind and helped me find everything I was looking for… plus some!Prices are to be expected but not as bad as I originally thoughtThey have a mix of well known brands and small businesses along with so many single ingredient treats! (Rocky’s Favorite!!)Hope to be coming back to Telluride for winter, definitely going to be back!

This place is amazing! Out of this world selection. Of everything you’d ever imagine! From detangling brushes to CBD! I came in to find a sweater for my cold puppy and they had tons of selections that were x-small. The two women working there were so sweet and accommodating as I sat in the middle of the aisle trying on sweaters on my pup. The prices are competitive and fairly affordable but they also have high quality goods (not cheap stuff). Would come back here anytime I needed anything! They are awesome and super kind.

Having the worst customer service experience with this store i can ever remember! Bought 3 expensive beaded dog collars for approx $250 for my dogs at home and was told i could return them if they didnt fit.I returned them last month with the receipt and have heard nothing! Called every day for awhile then finally someone answered the phone and took my email etc down and promised to call the following week after they “had a staff mtg.” Unreal. I will be contacting Amex and Chamber of Commerce next. VERY BAD BUSINESS!! Dr jean fowler

I'm so glad they carry the brand I feed my dogs, even if it's a little more expensive here it saves me from making special trips to Montrose, so, worth it. Aside from that, there's not a whole lot else drawing me in. It's pricey, bar one lady with a black dog I've occasionally had the pleasure of being helped by, are pretty dismissive or uncommunicative. I can only rate 3 stars because they seem to not stick to their posted hours. Not for the first time, no one was around when they were supposed to be open, and not answering the phone when I tried calling a couple of times. Finally, I got a response, so dropped down to get dog food. While I was there I asked what their hours are supposed to be, and if there's a change to them right now. Was told the posted hours, and when I said they clearly weren't open all the hours they post and just wanted to know the *real* hours, the woman behind the counter started telling me she had a problem at home and was late. So, ok... that's fine, just seriously it seems like every other time I need to buy from there someone isn't there and it's super annoying being soft soaped by a listless person behind the counter who is completely unfriendly and unhelpful. First world problems, I know, but hey there you go.

I’m so happy that a pet store like this has opened in Telluride. They carry the best foods for your dog and cat and they only carry toys that cannot do harm to your pets! And, as a local, it means a lot to me NOT to have to drive to MTJ or order my food online all the time. Thanks for being here Pet Telluride!

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I was made to feel unwelcome in this establishment. One person blatantly spoke about me while I was in the store. I had every intention of purchasing boots for my dog along with treats and other miscellaneous items. Walked out instead.

This is the second time that I’ve come during their posted business hours and they’re not open. Today at 10:05 AM, they are not open and they’re supposed to open at 10. Last Sunday I came by at 3:30 PM and they are closed despite posted business hours stating that they are open until four on Sundays.
