I have no updates to make about my visit to PetSmart. This is an entirely expected corporate PetSmart experience. I have no complaints. I have no highlights. Everything was as expected.I do hope that somebody with an MBA gets a bonus for architecting such a predictably acceptable life experience.

They did a wonderful job with my boisterous puppy. He just needed a bath and the hair on his hocks trimmed. It was his first time being groomed and while he was dramatic, they made it fun for him.

I come here often after a walk with my doggo. When my dog needs a bath, it's just convenient to visit the grooming and to my surprise, they added a doorbell so I don't stand there. Deadass true🙃

Very friendly and professional employees. My dog had his nails dremeled and the groomer did a great job. Because they are so busy, I make an appointment for the 5 minute visit
