We had an appointment scheduled for 1230 to get our dog groomed. We called ahead, letting them know that we were going to be 15 minutes late and they said to still come. When we arrived, the clerk, Tabby, was extremely rude and wouldn’t let us have our dog groomed even though they told us to still bring him. We live 20 minutes away, so this was very frustrating. Tabby was extremely rude and could not give us a good reason as to why they couldn’t take our pup. I definitely would not want to leave my pet with someone that acted like this.

When trying to buy a beta fish today I was told at the check out that there is a 5 gallon tank requirement for the purchase of a Beta fish. We were planning on using the fish bowl that had kept our other beta fish alive for 2 years in. Check out store person told me this is the new store policy for the purchase of a beta fish. I looked on their website and there is no such policy listed. Also they are selling a 3 gallon all- in- one kit under the small cups that they keep the beta fish in. If this is truly the store policy than there is be proper signage of a 5-gallon tank requirement. I then stated that my friends fish had died and it was likely that we could get the fish tank from then. The person then told me that I would need to bring in proof of an appropriate sized tank to show her before she would allow for me to purchase the fish. My daughter was very upset. It is appropriate to make sure people care for the animals but to require Proof seemed over the top.

I wouldn’t have even given this one star if I had a option. I came to come pick up some more fish for my aquarium and I can say there was at least 2 dead fish in each tank, they were dirty and unclean. I counted 5 dead betas on the shelf and others swimming in very unclean water. One looked to be dead for over 2 days. Customer service was good but they definitely need to take care of there animals no matter how small.

Went to the groomers at Petsmart today, my poor dog looks like they hacked into his coat with a razor. They didn't trim his head at all, and shaved his body so short all you can see is his pink skin. There is no transition between his head and body and there are huge gauges in both sides of his neck. I've attached pictures of his neck because it is very concerning and looks like it must have hurt. There are a couple of spots that have scabs as well as if he was nicked with the clippers. I've had two good experiences here before so I'm not sure what happened today but the service was horrendous and my dog has been upset since he got home. In addition, the grooming area was packed with customers and dogs on top of each other. If the staff is overwhelmed, this should be addressed without forcing them to rush through services. I'd like my money back but I'm more worried about other dogs getting similar terrible treatment.

I shouldn't even give this one star. This is the SECOND time I've picked my pup up and she is terrific. Anxious and scared and stressed. They kept her from 9 am to 2:30pm. I was supposed to get a call by noon (at the latest).WORST part-- she was once again dehydrated. Once more, they didn't take her to pee once.I DON'T CARE you're understaffed. Stop taking pups then until stuffing if sufficient. Do NOT take your fur babies here right now. $100 later and it was a traumatic experience ...for all of us.

I don't have a fluffy, conventional pet. The kind I may take for walks and play with in the park. Or ignored completely as it sulks around the apartment, planning my inevitable death. I have fish. Lots of fish. This is my go to place for fish stuff. Well, it's the only place to get stuff but nonetheless this place is great.

The people here are super helpful! My cat was recently diagnosed with kidney disease and they were very helpful in figuring out what food to feed him.

This PetSmart is excellent and has everything my pup needs. My dog especially loves the beef cheek rolls and they keep him entertained for hours. The staff at this petsmart are very nice and knowledgable in all things pets. My dog comes here for grooming and to see the vet and he always loves coming to pet smart!

Literally the most amazing Petsmart ever. We lost our debit card and they went out into the parking lot and checked for are card and look throughout the store and unlike most places they usually honestly don’t care. They definitely went out of their way and the staff here is always amazing. I will forever go to this Petsmart. They are truly the best.

Have my dog, Jethro, groomed by Haven. She is amazing! I can tell she loves dogs and helps Jethro feel more comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

So attempted to give this location for pet grooming another try. Still customer service is absolutely awful. The manager said they have never had the 30 minute prior for drop off. Walked back in after waiting in my car until just after appointment time and was told that the groomer would not be able to take my dogs appointment. This location has been great until everyone wanted to not work now the staff they have is condescending and belittling to customers. Suggest you find a different groomer for you pet. The manager was argumentative and informed me they would no longer take my pet. Not an issue I’ll go away from big box locations and find a local groomer. I would give zero stars but had to choose at least one. Not even worth that honestly

I shop here all the time. I put all the loyalty points on my elderly mother and fathers Came in for a specific cat calming product. The box was missing half of the product - 1 out of 2 bottles of the feliway multi cat calming. The woman working the register was super rude about me saying I still wanted to make the purchase but didn’t want to pay full price for 1/2 the product. She said she would have to charge me for the whole thing, then after I said I really need this for my animals but I’m only receiving half of the product. She reluctantly said a 20% discount is the best she could do. Called for a manager who never showed up, then wondered around the store then came saying she would charge me $20 for it without even looking up the price because she couldn’t find it. After I told her it was the last one and I’d gladly show her where it was.I don’t expect anything from this review. Just frustrating that after 10 min of waiting for the cashier, she didn’t have management assistance and couldn’t give me the. I get that you mark up on a single product instead of a pair. But as a manager myself, I would never expect a customer to pay full price for receiving half the product.I regret to inform you this is the last time I will be shopping at the superior petsmart that I’ve been loyalty shopping at since I moved here in 2004.We all have bad days and are lazy at times but customer facing employees need backup from management when the last product in the store has experienced a quality issue.

The prices at this store are INFLATED like crazy! I’m not sure if it’s the location or what… I always need to price check to match for the actual cheaper price. Prices don’t even reflect online prices. I got a thing of fish food, $14. Thought it was pretty expensive. Didn’t have time to check the price… sure enough I look at Petco and Petsmart have it got $9. It’s insane the greed this location is doing to local customers. Shop local.

Always has a good stock of different dog foods including those for sensitive stomachs. The staff are very nice and always ask before they offer my dog a treat. The floors are always clean and there are enough cashier's to get through my purchases quickly.The groomers at this location are excellent and always do so well keeping my anxious dog calm. They have always gone above and beyond in getting his service done and recognize my dog by name.

I don't know why, but the fish department in this store and in fact every petsmart I have ever been to is absolutely deplorable. Every plattie I have ever bought from here developed ick. The dwarf gorami I rescued from a tank that, shocker, had a dead one floating in it, barely survived. He was half starved and developed an infection on one side. Their betta's almost always look half dead or are actually dead. The only thing I can say positive is the aquarium suplies are adequate and their aquarium plants are rather good. But Don't Buy Your Fish Here! Unless your willing to quarantine and treat them all!

I brought my dog here to be groomed back in October. When I brought him home he was lethargic the entire day and as a 6 month old puppy that is rare. they told me they couldn’t clip his nails which should have indicated to me that they they probably tried to force him in some way but it slipped my mind. After that day , my dog has started biting me when I try to bathe him or groom him in any way. This was not the case before. Fast forward a few months and his aggression has only gotten worse. I have been trying to think and pinpoint the day I saw this shift and it was after this groom. Please take your dog elsewhere. I’d also like to mention I paid for the training classes with pet smart and completed the puppy program and it was absolutely a waste of time and money. If you care about your pet , please don’t let them perform any services on your animal. It has ruined my life and my dog’s life.

I feel like I have been coming here for years and I have had the same gentleman checking me out. He is super polite and knows his stuff. He always finds ways to help me save a few dollars. Staff seems to really know the coupon books well. Recently bought a new puppy and a fish for my son. The aquarium staff have been helpful and helped us dial in on how much to feed a fish and snail, Both are doing great. They have some great products for aquarium enthusiasts.

Place was clean. Didn't have the dog food we were looking for, Purina One Large breed puppy, in the size we wanted. Didn't need a 40 lbs bag. Decent store, nice employees, good location since our son was playing over at the Sport Stable.

I made an appointment several weeks ago to have my dog groomed. When I arrived this morning, the groomers were gone and the grooming area was shut down. The woman at the other desk said there was an equipment problem and that all clients had been contacted by phone. I was not contacted by phone, email or text. When I asked her what I should do, she shrugged and began talking to a coworker. It was the first time I’ve used Petsmart and will certainly be the last time!! Incredibly poor service!!!!

These groomers lack customer service. One of the groomers was fired and they claimed to have called my number personally to explain, but that's not true. I showed up at 8AM on a Sunday as scheduled, and the groomer there told me no one was available to groom my dog. And she was kinda nasty about it too. So offensive!Bear in mind, I had made appointment weeks ago. I had received an automatic voicemail encouraging me to finish check-in before coming in - which I did - and to make sure to bring current vaccination records for my dog - which I stopped by my vet to get.As a result, I will not be going back to PetSmart. There are better places to get my dog groomed.

Dogs always love coming here to smell all the treats and meet new friends! One of our boys marked and the staff laughed it off and cleaned it right up. Definitely appreciate coming through here for our fur baby needs

So I've been buying my dog food at PetSmart in Superior for a while it's a decent brand that I buy and when I saw the same brand in the grocery store for 52 dollars I said they have to have a bigger bag at PetSmart because of how much more money per bag I was paying so I went to PetSmart and looked at the price it was $68 well 67.99 and the same bag was 5299 at King Soopers you want to talk about feeling price gouged it's only a couple miles difference this isn't a remote island I live right here in the metro area they should be wearing a gun and a mask if you got the extra money to donate to them more power to you I'll never cross their doorstep again

I had a grooming appointment at 9:30 AM with Samantha. When I got to the Petsmart the lights were off the doors were closed and locked I knocked and called and waited several minutes and then eventually left. When I got home and called Petsmart Samantha answered the phone and when I told her what happened she said that they weren’t officially open until 10 AM so that store would be dark inside and I would have to pry the doors open to go inside and ring some sort of a bell. I told her the doors were locked and the lights are off and if I had to do all those things it would’ve been nice if they had given me those instructions when I made the appointment. She just snapped at me OK then and hung up on me. I called back because I thought maybe we were disconnected she told me she hung up on me deliberately because I was being rude and then hung up on me a second time. I called back asked for a manager and then she said call back after 10 and then hung up on me a third time. This is the worst customer service ever. I’ve been a loyal petsmart customer for over 20 years and I’ve never had an issue of any sort…I know we’re in a pandemic and everyone is shortstaffed and customer service isn’t great these days… But it was totally unnecessary and uncalled for for her to be so rude and hang up on me. Me and my dog were excited to get groomed and we were hoping she would’ve just apologized and asked us to come back or maybe get us rescheduled. But after her bad attitude and the way she treated me I would never want Samantha to groom my dogs. She seems very angry.
