Stayed here for about a month. It is not a KOA by any means, but with that said, it is everything you need for basic everyday needs. Clean, quiet, full hook up, on-site laundry, restaurant, and within walking distance to other restaurants, gas stations, and downtown. The staff is very sweet and helpful, I enjoyed conversations with them. They would hold our deliveries in the station for us and provide local insight as needed.The only complaint was the weeds(goat heads are painful for humans and pets), and the litter that was never picked up.

Great place for me to stop on my way to the mountains. Clean setups with water, sewer, and electric. People were real friendly at the gas station it is connected too. Will come back.

I experienced what I call the "Miracle of Stratton" here. Passing thru,coming back from east coast to CA , I was experiencing transmission problems.I pulled in to the Prayer Park down the street from the RV park, and prayed 🙏 fervently & Then I went and did laundry here.I talked to a lady who said she was a Christian and told her about my car problem & said " I hope I make it to Denver." She responded"You will. Have Faith ''.One hour later, I started my car and it was literally running fine again. Praise God from whom all blessings flow ✝️♥️🙏👍

The only reason I didn't to give this a 5 is because it is a little expensive for a park that doesn't really have a lot of amenities and is a little run down. However it was clean and had decent showers. We had a safe quiet nights sleep even though it is near highway 70. But what was so great about this place was the people. You check in at the Conoco gas station. Everybody is super nice and they have an amazing little cafe that cooks to order at extremely reasonable prices. Where else can you get a good size breakfast burrito for 399. I can't say enough about the folks who run this place just as nice as can be and on a night where we could not find vacancy anywhere else we were so pleased that they found Room for us.

This was a super find for an overnight. Gravel mostly level sites. Water electric and sewer. Very nice laundry and showers. Prefer their spacious showers to our tiny camper one, very clean with nice warm high volume water. Will breakfast at Jackie's Cafe in the Conoco station.

Had a great experience here. Chad was great about informing us on what we needed to know. He also makes a stellar pizza. The showers and coffee were awesome and the toboggans they sell were a godsend in the cold weather. Will definitely stay here again if I’min the area.

This is the perfect stay-over for people crossing Kansas and Colorado. It has many slots, curbed islands between each, almost all sites are generous pull through with full hookups. If you have a pusher and pull a toad this is for you. Each slot has shade trees. Recently added are very nice metal picnic tables. The night was very quiet. If you pull in late just hook up then visit the gas station in the morning and settle up.This is not an RV resort or a place to recreate with the kids. Don't be deterred by the RV snobs that expect manicured landscaping and 5 star restrooms. This a place to pull into after dark after a long day's drive. Get up in the morning, make coffee, and pull out. Great price.

Stayed one night. Pros: Great for the price. Great location off I 70. Diner gas and laundry. 30 and 50 amp service with water. All pull through sites with overflow parking. Friendly staff. Dog run available . Cons: Some trees need to be trimmed. Yardwork needs to be maintained. Bathrooms need to be cleaned and maintained. Free wifi only in diner.

We were very disappointed. Things were pretty much lipstick on a pig. No military discount but you get a huge discount for having a paid membership in some rv club. Pretty American guys. The grass needed cut, no safety lights to speak of. We were told they closed at 9, at 8:30 refused us use of the showers, super sucky after 12 hours on the road. Wifi didn't work, air didn't work. We were promised the showers would open at 5am, after 6 we finally got access. The hard water in the shower heads was atrocious, hard water filled and shooting pretty much every direction but down. We've had worse, but not much. For almost 40 dollars we expected better, and have had better for less.

Small RV park, but this is the only place for a while. It only has about 20 spots but they are large enough to hold our 44ft 5th wheel with room for 2 vehicles. The interstate is close but you dont hear the traffic. Easy access to the park is nice. We stayed here a few months & were pleased. This town is super small but friendly. The Conoco is where you check in. The owners of the store are very friendly. They also have a large laundry room which is the only place in town to wash clothes.

Seems to be a nice quiet park with small trees right off the highway. Has showers and laundry facilities. I wouldnt want to live there as the landscaping is minimal with small trees right now but its s great place for the hubby to stay while on the job out there

Over priced for what it is. Just under $30. Right off the highway for noise, and behind an activity center. You check in at the Conoco station and the bathrooms are pretty gross, but it has showers and laundry. Ok place to spend the night, not much to do otherwise.

Traveling with another RV. Couldn't find vacancy anywhere. Was hesitant to stay here because of other reviews. Called anyway. Great decision! Super nice folks. Great rates. Campground could use a little maintenance but overall great stay for the price.

If you are looking for a place to stay for the night, price is right here. Bare bones, no frills, but quiet. Glad I had my firearm as it seemed sketchy when we went to bed, but no problems.

Glad to find this spot! I am not a resort type of person so I don’t expect much. Everyone was so nice. I even tried their buffet which was very good. Anytime I don’t have to cook or clean up it’s the Taj Mahal!

Very unpleasant experience, and the owner refuses refunds.Walkability: Everything is within walking distance from here.Food & drinks: There is a restaurant on site inside the gas station. You can also buy drinks, snacks and alcohol at the gas station.

Noteworthy details: Great customer service! If you just want a clean place to stop for a night or a few days, this is the place! They helped us get into our site, even trimming back some bushes to accommodate our slide! Had difficulty hooking up to our wifi so Christy came down to our site and trouble shooted the problem. Would definitely stay here again!
