Lazy workers, no clear reason for not doing what is advertised. FEDEX should not use this location as a pickup drop off as the manager for the DG location is lazy and thus gives FEDEX a bad reputation.

I get good customer service ever know and then depending on who's working, the store is always a messy and can't get to stuff because stocking carts are in the way and haveing empty shelves is not a good thing as well.

The staff is nice, mostly...no one asks if you need any help when you're clearly lost trying to find something.Mostly the issue is the prices don't match and the deals they promote they don't follow through on.3 V8 juices for $5. Must buy three for discount. Well I got three and got charged full price for all 3...That's $5 turned into about $8Rubbing alcohol? I guess $2.85 went to $3.55.Milos Tea? It's listed on the tag (both) at $3 flat, they charge you 3.25Snapple is listed at $1.15. costs a $1.25.Supposed to be a buy 2 get them for $1 each, but I apparently didn't qualify with 4 in my cart..Check your receipts folks. It all adds up. I missed a savings of nearly $5 with false advertising and only 12 items!

Every afternoon its super busy and only one cashier. Seems like they only ever have 1 person working. Usually always out of most of my items needed. Randomly closed. Yes I know there has been medical emergencies in the morning but you go at 5 in the afternoon and its closed. Becoming more of a bothersome than a convenience for me. Never has ice. Bathrooms are down and a port a potty out front.

Worst experience ever! These kids have no sense what’s so ever and why would you bring ice inside and my car is outside. It makes no dam sense. This is why most people go to the one In Bennett because this one is the pits.

Lots of empty shelves. One cashier. Other employees saw the long line of customers and waited until the one cashier asked for help before one more person came to help cashier. Not customer oriented at all. Definitely not focused on selling merchandise, employees are there to good around instead of work.

Ok second weekend in a row where store is closed I see u have a help wanted sign which has been on the door for months here a clue I think u should maybe Hire some help is Saturday not your busiest day. And I am sure there are plenty of young adults who would Love a job??

Has good customer service, selection and deals. The only issue I have is how tightly spaced the isles are, all dollar generals are set up this way that I've been to though, so it's not specific to this one. Other than that it's a good shopping experience.

I did some shopping at the Dollar General in Strausberg Colorado today. My first time shopping at this store. The store was neat and well stocked. I found everything I needed and when I checked out the young gentlemen cashier was sooper nice. Thanked me for shopping at his store , wished me a happy day and told me to come back and shop with him again. Now that's customer service with a smile.

Great customer service and store hours. Each time I go in they have what I need and it’s really close to home, 0.02 miles. This Great Store in Strasburg has added more time in my days which allows more production at my at home business. Thank you all at Dollar General‼️

Very friendly always willing to answer questions very clean items in a few different places than I care for if it's not where you think it is you have to look because it might be in one or two other places, and apparently they are having trouble with their dairy vendor no fault of theirs but the vendor apparently doesn't keep the stock up I've been wondering for a few days now if they were ever going to get cottage cheese and milk and and they finally got the milk but no cottage cheese,the staff was very apologetic and was going to help any way they could and through no fault of theirs either corporate or whoever handles the vendors needs to figure out what's going on out here in Strasburg.

Great DG location, friendly staff and always helpful. I think they are still getting the stock level kinks worked out as there are some items that are consistently low or out of stock, especially with the refrigerator items like eggs and milk. Forecasting and minimum on-hand counts would fix this. All in all though a great addition to Strasburg.

The folks at Dollar general are helpful and super friendly and supporting. A matter of fact I was hungry and just got off work and was looking for something quick and she sent me out the door happy with my purchase.Thank you ladies.

Great deals can get a very big bang for your buck for 5 bucks you could have enough snacks for a week and there are many coloring and art supplies. There are many toys for kids also.

This DG is located in Strausburg Co. I like it because it's well put together even though it's not a large store, the employees are friendly, and there's good deals
