Stop by the other day they with store coupons that said if I spend 30 bucks or more within 7 days get 7 dollars off spent 45 dollars the rude cashier with the glasses older female said they would not honor the coupons it was 3 days later definitely won’t shop there again trash service rude lady

Walgreens NEVER disappoints a couple of rude young employees over the years but that happens anywhere! Awesome store conservative and responsible management/ownership I travel a lot and always look for Walgreens!

Patricia may be the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a public setting. She’s a self proclaimed “lead” that has absolutely 0 customer service skills. After one of the sides on one of my daughters invitations was printed upside down, Patrica the shift “lead” couldn’t have cared less and assured me there was nothing she could do. She truly doesn’t care about the customer and her attitude definitely reflects that. I’ve done a lot of shopping at Walgreens since they’ve been in sterling and I absolutely refuse to shop here again just so I don’t have to deal with Patrica the “lead” again.

I have changed my address and updated myself with this pharmacy so many times in the past 7 years and they still have me living in AZ. Today is the last straw. Especially with a rude person on the phone. They lost a customer. But I could tell that it is fine with them. Good bye for forever!

I really like this store. They have a wide selection of skin care products, some of which Walmart does not carry, and it's usually quicker to get your prescriptions here. Sometimes the pharmacy is really busy but that's a risk anywhere. Store is always neat, the cashiers are polite, and they have cool little gifts, and toys other stores don't carry. I think they still carry a small selection of lovely leather handbags too. I will check next time I'm there. They also have semi permanent hair dye, and a selection of natural baby care products.

I was traveling cross country in my Motorhome and staying briefly in nearby Julesburg. My husband and I needed refills from four different pharmacies, none of them Walgreens. It meant a transfers of prescription from each of them in different places along our travels. I dearly wish I had kept the name of the young lady I called almost daily. I think it was Heather. The nighttime guy was Omar. It took a few days, but they managed to get it all, and when we got to Sterling to pick them up, and realized how small and how impacted this store was, I was truly grateful and impressed. You see, it was right after the COVID restrictions were loosening up, and employees were scarce. A trainee helped us at the pickup window and he needed a little help, but managed with a smile while the more experienced personnel whirled around taking care of drive through, shelving and retrieving medications AND helping him take care of us. I am so grateful!

This place is great and has great customer service!!! I came here with my step-mom for medication and it wasn’t quite ready... but the lady at the pharmacy said she would speed it up for us and got it ready within 2 minutes, she was also really nice about it and general hospitality here seems pretty nice. Prices are good and there was very slough insurance transactions and payment. Appreciate the quick and kind service.

Staff here are incompetent. I presented them with a prescription and they told me my insurance information was outdated. I gave them the insurance card they told me it was old and needed to be updated with the new card I told him it was the new card they told me I was wrong. I had my wife send me a picture of the new card and coincidentally it was the same as the card I had presented. yet again I was told this is old information sorry there's nothing we can do you'll have to pay full cash price. Again incompetent and unhelpful staff.

My wife and I have been getting our prescriptions filled at this location for several years. Their online notification and refill reminders would be great if they were used properly. We live about 30 miles outside town, and need to make a lengthy round trip for our numerous meds. Frequently, they are out of stock of something. I will get an email or notification that my prescriptions are ready, only to learn once at the store, that one or more aren't available. Most often, notification of a delay in filling only happens a day or two after making a trip to the pharmacy. This will be the last time this happens, though, because I’ve decided to give my business to another pharmacy. Goodbye, Walgreens!

Overpriced and big brother!I bought a international calling card for 20$ I was directed to that card..the first time I'd bought one. The sane card at family Dollar is 5$!The pharmacy needs to be avoided.Per the CDC "guidelines " not law, anyone receiving pain meds can be told their out of stock or will narc you're doctor for Rx pain meds.I'm 11 spine surgeries disabled, I do need pain medication to walk, visit my grandkids, function as normal as possible. My need is legit. Inside my orthopedic office a flyer is posted saying DON'T FILL AT WALGREENS...I didn't understand why...over a year ago I was filling an Rx and the pharmacists who thought himself better than jesus Christ ASKED ME WHY I WAS TAKING A PAIN MEDICATION! HOLY COW WHO ARE YOU TO INVADE MY SPACE! ???IF ppl stay away from them they will loose business and jesus can find work someplace else!

Wal greens photo department is by far the best place in town to have photos and video's done. Customer service is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone..

I get my prescriptions here, and they will deliver for a $1 surcharge. Which is pretty generous as I live 35 miles away. I stop here regularly on my way to and from lodge meetings.
