Very disappointed when we shopped there this weekend.No bags to purchase as owner decided not to buy paper bags. Deli meat was gone, cut deli meat in the case was bad and marked down days ago. Produce dept was half of what it used to be. It was awful. The employee apologized. Not his fault.Front end customer service sucked.They will be the next store to go out of business in Sterling.None of us will return.Safeway or the other grocery stores in Morgan and Sidney will be happy with more business.Skip the German sausage too.. it was NASTY! No taste.. rancid!

Me and my wife went to store ordered some baked chicken because they said more was in the oven..the lady said 45mins, COOL... Come to find out a hour later our order was never made...nor was ready....IS IT BECAUSE I'M BLACK? the rest of the store got cool ppl....but that deli part sucks...NEVER SHOP IN THE DELI AGAIN

Absolutely the best place in town to shop for Quality Reasonably priced Groceries! They have Friendly, Eager, Knowledgeable and Happy to Help Staff! This was my first experience at Family Food Market. The store was very clean and well stocked. I was traveling and wanted a healthy, affordable lunch option. FFM had a fresh sushi station, deli, and so many fresh cut fruits, vegetables, and salads. But what impressed me most was the friendly, helpful staff. They offered to make us fresh food and showed us to the restroom. Multiple people greeted us and offered assistance.

Nice people. Need to be careful on deals. 4.99 sirloin pushed to the back and 7.29 sirloin in the front. Both were the big packs except one the 4.99 was labeled as value packs but same amount of lbs but different prices. Sneaky

The staff here are amazing, and very patient. I had to find some steaks for dinner, and when I couldn't find any on their shelves one of the employees brought some out from the back of their store.The store itself is very clean and well kept. They do their best to help regulate the 6 foot distancing and I saw staff regularly cleaning and wiping down surfaces that are regularly come in contact with. Thank you guys for all your amazing work

Offers a decent selection of foods. Price is a bit high but they do offer a good discount program. The finally got a sushi section with freshly made sushi daily.

It is a good grocery store, it's always clean and the employees are always friendly and nice! They'll even take your groceries out to your car for you. Just wish there was more options with some things and better pricing sometimes. They have great sales though and even a punch card for milk now, you get a free gallon after buying 10 gallons. The changes and improvements are really nice as well!

Good customer service I forgot 12 pack of pop and asked if a worker could grab it for me and they got it without a problem as well walked my groceries to car. They are a bit higher priced for things but they have quality service and good meats , produce and also have fish bowl contest giveaways my friend won $100 gift card last month.

The customer service at this market is always meritorious, (deserving praise, reward, esteem, etc.; praiseworthy). I am greeted with a warm welcome when I walk in the store and if I need help, I can always find someone that is genuinely happy to help. It appears that the employees value their customers and truly recognize that their job depends on their customers, now there’s a quality you don’t see often anymore and I don’t know about you but that should be the standard in business today. I always enjoy my trip when I shop at The Family Food Market. Thank you all for being the way you are, I for one, appreciate you very much! You are an example that should be followed. **********

Love this place! Friendly faces and decent prices. I'll pick FFM over Wal-Mart any day. The deli carries premium meat and cheese. Pasta salads are always a huge help preparing an easy dinner.

I'd gladly pay a few extra dollars on my order if It keeps me from having to go to Walmart. (I had to laugh at all the other reviews giving bad reviews because "they're expensive" or "pricey".) Friendly staff, ripe ready to eat produce (Laser in Produce is always helpful), great sales, awesome meats!! Cashiers are always friendly and someone always willing to carry out my bags if I need it! Love this place!! Small town shopping at its finest!!

The sushi here is second to none for our area where sushi can be difficult to come by. They have a good selection of fresh produce as well. Those are typically what I visit this location for and have never been let down by what is being offered.

Although they tend to be higher priced then the big corporate chain stores, its always very clean and well stocked with product. Employees are very friendly and helpful. A relaxing and wonderful place to shop. Have yet to catch them out of an item I'm after. Great business.

Its easy to notice in life things that can use more effort but i wanted to point out that the employees are always helpful but above and beyond that they are friendly and make you feel welcome. I want them to know I appreciate their work and the smiles and conversations they have with you. From the deli lady that ordered the fruit Danish I wanted or the produce lady helping me pick out a sweet watermelon. To the girl that stocks and can help you get some thing for me. To the meat guys that cut the meat a the way to the ladies up front that ring me up. I am thankful you guys all care. Great set of employees!!

Very friendly staff, wide variety of products especially products not carried at Walmart, awesome sales on products. A little more pricier than Walmart but makes up with a wide variety of sales on products. Definitely a place to shop for quick grab and go shopping.

I went there a while back to buy a bag of oranges price tag said 3.99 when i went to register it rang up at 7.99 they got management who instead of making the price good decided to change the price tag. They told me that they would give me a dollar off. Prices are twice or more than wal-mart. I wouldn't do any business with them at all but my employer gives me gift cards every year.

Was dissapointed coming here; fruit and veggies seemed to be old. Things are bit pricier as well and they are off brand items. Placed seemed to smell like cigarrettes. I think you are better off just going to WalMart.

BEST SHOPPING! I love the close family community feeling. Sure the price is a bit higher than other stores but you definitely get bigger fruits & the meat/dei section is yum!
