RC show 1pm appt, got here at 8:30am they said appt is 6pm, got the dock at 11:17pm after serious talk with the loaders to the point police were involved . Absolutely drivers need to avoid this facility especially owner operators . This facility deserves to learn the hard way by not taking anything from them. My colleagues and I are not coming here again ever. Good luck with them..

Friendly and helpful employee (Tyler), but I had a 5 hour wait until unloaded. 1pm appt, arrived 12:40. Scaled and waiting at 1, so that was good. But didn't leave dock until 6pm. Horrible flies everywhere. I hope to not come here again.

I was put in a dock almost immediately but still was there for over 3 hours. Also the flies are absolutely ridiculous. If you don’t leave with 10 or more in your truck you are lucky.

Was a 24 hour place. I get here this morning and gates are closed I called to see when they open gates. The lady said sometime between 5:30 and 6 in the morning. It's not 5:45 and the workers are just walking around. What happened to a set time for opening an operation. Does the manager have any clue on how to run a place?

Came here to get the load ,10am I have 4:00pm appointment and I wish to get my load early.They not busy same time dock is empty now is 5:00 pm am not in the dock yet. Very muddy yard portable restroom for drivers scale on the property. PS. Got the dock 1 in 5:30pm and spend 3 hours on the dock They put 1 palette in 15-20 min Now is7:15 pm still on the dock delivery app 7 am tomorrow, I think I got my 10 hours here:(

Never coming back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The guy at the front desk was very unprofessional, was on the phone for a long time, when he finally finished talking checked us in, arrived at 4pm waited four hours and he loaded the other trucks that came after us.

0 out of 5. I would never take a load here in the future. The evening staff shouldent even be working they dont do much. Call you in to load say everything tested good. Then 20 mins later they kick you out and say there not takeing it that its to hard to get out. Never had this happen befor and it always takes a good hour or 2 to unload not 20 mins. The evening staff are just lazy and wanted to go home. Never comeing back and would not recomond to anyone

In general, the worst place where you can go to load or unload, very bad service, they are not interested in the time they waste for the drivers, they are not people who do their job with pleasure, they spend it sitting in front of the street outside in chairs that they have, the loading doors are empty for more than 1 hour with trucks waiting outside in the yard, they do not respect your delivery time and change it, making you waste the day.

Well just prepare to sit here all day literally whether you bring a load or pick up a load it's all day wait I'm going on 9 hours still no doc I don't think these guys have no regard for the next man believe the reviews truckers quit coming here

Drivers delivering ingredients here, make sure you have your previous bill of lading to prove what you hauled last or they won't unload you at there god awful facility. Parking lot for trucks is full of craters, dump area is tight, won't even let you clean your own trailer out either, if I could rate -10 I would. Don't come here.

Good place for delivery. Staging area and portable toilet. Ladies at shipping and receiving office professional and they know what they do. Very nice people and well organised. Definitely will do delivery next time!!!! CTS - Transit Inc

This is terrible company they discriminate between drivers, because I am woman and black. although my appointment was 2:30pm, I arrived aerly but they take other driverswho came after me but me until this time 6:30 they are not even ready to finish the load they play game.they close at 7pm

Unloaded here this morning. Scaled in wait til a door opened up unloaded 2 hrs before my appointment. Nice people here. Big lot outside the gate to park.

Man I cannot believe this place , getting loaded at this place 2 out of 3 times I have had to wait at least 4 hrs over my load appt .. here I sit 630 pm ,, 4 hrs past my load time and they have yet to start loading me ..
