This store is very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help me find the items I need. I have noticed a huge difference with the new manager in terms of cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended!

This store has a nice atmosphere and the staff are great! You feel welcome the second you step into the store.Although I had an unfortunate issue in my attempt to make a purchase, the manager on duty spent over half an hour of his valuable time trying to help me. I wasn't able to purchase the item I wanted, but we had a great conversation, and I was honored that he tried so hard to help. It does my heart good to know that people like this still exist in this world, and I HIGHLY recommend this store.I will definitely shop here again!

I really love this establishment! This store as everything you could need. There are hard working employees are so helpful. I was asking Amber about a specific brand of clothing and she helped me find it. And I also got alot of help from Ana about the difference to a couple dog foods. Thank you for all your assistance Big R!! You guys are awesome!

This store has been a life saver when I’ve needed a huge variety of things. Also love the fact that the manager has been able to help me with bulk purchases. Almost all of the employees are so super helpful and friendly.

This place was great for our needs had to spend ah couple nights in town for the holiday had to make some repairs & buy some miscellaneous stuff went to BIG R & they all that we ware looking for great friendly customer service they ware even giving popcorn so if you want or need some workwear hear,tools,boot wear,garden,farming etc this the place

Many items dont have prices, sale labels on top of items that turn out not to be on sale when you go the the check out, cashier was unfriendly and seemed unsure of herself.
