Such a cool grand place to have a cold beer and lunch. Really good salad and burger and fries. Bartenders were friendly, personable and attentive. The icing on the cake was the talented young man playing the piano the entire time we were there! We very much enjoyed our relaxing trip to the Saloon and all of Silverton! Amazing views all around. Getting to see the Train arriving in to town was very neat also.Vegetarian options: Great salad!

Stopped in for a late lunch while exploring the area and million dollar highway. Throw back to a traditional western saloon. Super accommodating and friendly bartender who gave us recommendations in the area. The food and cocktails were outstanding. One of our favorite stops while visiting the Ouray area. Wish there were more saloons like this!

I worked in the kitchen. I cannot reccomend any human consume food that is treated the way food is treated at the Lacey Rose. Lots of cross contamination, raw meat is not handled appropriately. Not to mention that everything comes out of a bag.

I love to support local businesses but this was absolutely absurd. Took over an hour to get potstickers and over an hour and 40 minutes to get ramen. It wasn’t even that busy, and others who walked in after me were being served first. Had I not mentioned that I was waiting over an hour when some potstickers were coming out they would have completely went to somebody else. Customer service was absolutely terrible and took 20 minutes to even get my first drink.

My family ate here for lunch, drawn in by the beautiful historic decor and the incredible live piano player. Every staff member we interacted with was incredible kind and happy. The food was delicious but most important, as a parent of a 18 month old, this was the BEST meal out we’ve had.There was a gentleman, we didn’t catch your name, who noticed that our little one could use a kids cup and had one brought to our table. He also noticed that our kiddo was starving waiting for his food and brought out a special plate of a few crackers just for him. The kids Mac and cheese portion was the perfect kid size — not too big!We were so impressed. We are moving to the area soon and we will definitely be back!! Thanks for taking such good care of us, especially our kiddo!

I recently visited this historic saloon and had an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was cozy and authentic, with a welcoming staff that made me feel right at home. But what really stood out was the elevated cocktail menu - each drink was a work of art, expertly crafted with unique flavors and top-notch ingredients. I could tell that the bartenders really knew their stuff and took pride in their creations. I highly recommend stopping by this saloon for a drink (or two), you won't be disappointed!

Excellent place for lunch. The atmosphere was very nice with a bar from the early 1900's.There was a piano player , playing all sorts of songs from ragtime to showtunes.My wife had the BLT and declared it to be fantastic.I had the cheese burger. I asked for as rare as possible and I received a rare burger that was perfectly seasoned. I have not had a burger this good in years. The fries were excellent as well. I highly recommend having lunch here. I can imagine dinner to be as good.
