Can’t say enough good things about our experience here. Alice was our waitress and she was SO kind. You can tell she genuinely enjoys chatting with people and making them feel like they’re in their own kitchen. We had our 21 month old daughter with us and she talked to her like an adult. And then the food. WOW so good. French dip sandwich, curly fries (we heard them drop the fries in grease they were so fresh) cheeseburger and kids chicken tenders. Make sure to ask for extra pickles!! We will definitely be back!!

There is a reason this restaurant gets great reviews!Delicious made from scratch breakfast served hot and fresh. Wish I had this back home in Texas.Enjoyed breakfast twice and also an excellent made from scratch burger for lunch. GOOD OLD FASHIONED DINING :)

This is hands down one of the best diners in the world. I’ve never had such an incredible diner experience. The atmosphere, staff, and food are bar none. The green chili is remarkable, pancake batter is out of this world, and everything in between from biscuits and gravy, huevos rancheros and burritos are divine. I’m going to be craving this food for so long that eventually I’m going to drive 6 hours from Denver just for breakfast.

Update July 2022: I forgot how good their green chili is. My wife's biscuits and gravy were excellent - go for the full order.Update 2021: had lunch this time around. Good burgers and GREAT fries. Service was friendly and prices favorable.YUM!!! If you are in a hurry, don't come here. It appears to be a two person team -- a server and a chef -- and they do their best to keep up. The wait is worth it if you have the time. I brought my dog and wanted to order breakfast to go. The server told me I could sit outside. So glad I did. Great views and the hot coffee took the chill off the morning. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it came with home fries and a side of green chili. Probably the best breakfast burrito and home fries I've ever had (and PHX has some good ones). The service was great as well. Thank you -- from me and my dog!Parking: Lots on street

The ladies that work there are amazing. We made a quick stop to buy a takeout order for our daughter. They immediately took our order and had us back on our way in no time.We only wish we would’ve had enough time to eat in. Next time we’re in town, we’ll definitely make time.

The service and food was incredible. There was only 1 person waiting on all of the tables and she was fantastic, we hardly had to wait and everything came out perfect! We were impressed to say the least! The homemade sausage was to die for and the eggs were cooked to perfection! So happy that someone referred us to this great breakfast spot!

The absolute best breakfast my girlfriend and I have ever had. This place feels like you are eating in your mom's kitchen. Everything was homemade, and the service was awesome! I had the breakfast burrito with sausage and covered in green Chile sauce with hash browns. My girlfriend had blueberry pancakes with sausage and hash browns. My breakfast burrito was the best I ever had, and the green Chile sauce was phenomenal! The hashbrowns were some of the best I ever had, they were chunky and full of flavor. My girlfriend said the blueberry pancakes were the best she ever had; hands down. The sausage was also homemade. If you are staying in Silverton, this is a must for breakfast!

Kendall Mountain cafe was a Silverton delight!! My family and I were beyond pleased with our entire meals we raved about it the rest of the trip!I ordered the Reuben and it was love at first bite, I wish I could go back to my very first taste because it was phenomenal. It was a masterpiece of a melty sandwich consisting of corned beef, rye bread, sauerkraut, Russian dressing, and Swiss cheese (all homemade).My parents ordered cheeseburgers and my mom was beyond impressed with the pickles! They were the size of half dollars and my mom couldn’t believe it! It reminded my parents of the good-ol’ days when burgers were made fresh to order. Fresh, homemade curly fries complimented every meal.When we go back to Silverton (which we will) I will undoubtedly make another stop for a wonderful lunch!

Kiersten was our server, and let me tell you that young lady deserves a raise. She was sweeter than cherry pie and really hustled around the restaurant to make sure all of her guests were taken care of. Honestly, all of the ladies working there were incredible and had the most amazing attitude. Even if you aren't a vegetarian YOU MUST TRY THEIR SWEET POTATO QUINOA BURGER!!!! Hands down the best veggie burger I've ever had in my life, and being vegetarian for 18+years I have had my fair share.Vegetarian options: Sweet Potato Quinoa Burger

Quaint little place. Food was great, burrito was large. My husband's eggs were perfect. Prices are fair. Due to Covid may have to wait a bit, but during these times it's expected. Server was super busy has a great attitude.

Must eat here! Local recommend thier green chili cheese burger! Fantastic! Peacon pie, chill, veggie burger. All delicious! And they support Ukraine!🙏✌️🇺🇦🌻 Thanks so much for a great lunch outside under the aspens,top notch service and good eats!

Stopped here for breakfast and the food did not disappoint. However, there was only 1 waitress for the whole place and she seemed very frazzled and stressed at the number of people in the restaurant and that she couldn't take a break. I felt bad for her and almost jumped in to help but I didn't.For this to be only one of very few places in Silverton for breakfast, I feel they need more staff to accommodate for the droves of people seeking breakfast.

Absolutely amazing! Food was delicious. We had to order lunch, breakfast ends at 11am, but the BLTs were incredible, potato salad was bomb. It’s quaint on the inside, but there’s patio seating. Service was perfect, even when it was busy. Glad we stopped through here!!
