This was was decent restaurant in silver city. The hamburger was a bit dry and they were smaller in size for the price of it. Fries were dry. The onion rings were over cooked. The bun bread was dry. The drinks were fairly big. Enough space to down. The restrooms were small in size. The outside view was beautiful. It was a wonderful time with family overall.

High Moon was a lot of fun.Just across from Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge train end just down the street from the historic gunfights that are still re-enacted Silverton Colorado, the high noon has been I stapled for hamburgers and hot dogs in Silverton, for the last 50 years.I had the double Cheeseburger. Delightful!

Had the worst experience with this placeBurgers were disgusting and the green chili was smelling and inedible to eat.The grumpy grouchy owner was so dirty,she was making food and touching everything everywhereShe was extremely rude and impolite to the extent of being nastyI recommend all the tourist not to eat there for hygiene purposes specially if they have kids .She overcharged me and also took extra tip without my permission.The young kids who were working there ,were also treated very badly .If their parents are able to read this . please don't make your kids work thereIf not mistaken her name is Tiffany,again I am not sure,maybe she gave me a wrong nameShe was a big rude , grouchy ladyHealth wise please don't eat thereThis is in Silverton

It’s been almost a year and I can’t stop thinking of how delicious the burger was! The chili is excellent as well! We went back both days we were in town and the atmosphere is wonderful. Can’t wait to eat there again next month. Worth the wait

solid burgers! prices are a tad high, but not as bad as you'd expect from a tourist town... service was fast and the burgers were tasty. the patties were just slightly overdone, the plain Jane bun, and two Small pieces of bacon on my double burger could easily be remedied to achieve a 4 star review, but it is what it is.

Sign outside read: "Root Beer Floats made with real A&W Root Beer!" walk in, order Root Beer Float, employee making it pulls out Safeway brand Shasta brand Root Beer...Also ordered a milkshake that had too much milk which drowned out the entire flavor of the ice cream.Would not recommend, go to Rocky Mountain Funnel Cake Factory instead!

A must as soon as you depart the train. Your kids will be hungry after that long train ride, and this nips that crankiness right in the bud. Yes, you will pay a premium and potentially wait for a burger, but that will be the same anywhere in town. (any small tourist town in Colorado) Order, then hang out on the deck to enjoy the sun with an epic view of Kendall mountain. This is a long standing family-owned business and they are known for giving the kids in town a shot at their first job. Dog-friendly. Spotless kitchen. A++++ for convenience alone. Best burger in Silverton, hands down.

We choose this restaurant because it was the cheapest place in Silverton AND you can watch the train come in between 12-1pm each day. Cheap being $9 for a burger and $6 for fries or onion rings along with a $7 rootbeer float. Multiple times 8 😂😂 our rootbeer floats were served by an amazing young man, maybe 10-12 yo what a hustler! Super nice staff funny and friendly. We had Buffalo burgers. Only complaint is I should have brought my big purse that has the extra mayo 😂😂 French fries were crispy as where the onion rings. I’m saying 5 stars for awesome service (get there before the train comes in) best price in town for good food

Good place to grab a quick lunch. Diner style burgers and fries. The patio is dog friendly which always scores points with us since we are always traveling with our dog. It was a little on the pricy side, but the food was tasty and fresh.

$50 for 3 people to eat the most boring burgers in the world. It's like they went out of their way to find the most bland green chile they could. I've had Bell peppers with more flavour. Fries were from a bag and heated up, reminding me of dry day old Wendy's fries.Service was good so 2 stars. Don't go here for the food. Go to a drive in theatre for food before you go here.

Very rude and disrespectful staff. From the teeny boppers in the front to the old lady in the back. They definitely bank on having nowhere else to eat in town. You’ll spend close to $100 for a family of four To get a burger not even Waffle House would accept.

Got the Green Chili Cheese Burger, reminded me of a DQ Hungerbuster 😋. Frys were excellent. No hassle drink refills! Staff was friendly & nice.

Waited 40 minutes for chili, fries and hamburger. The hamburger was way way well done.Came here because didn’t want to wait too long at a sit down restaurant but we should have, because the wait would have been shorter.Will not be back.

Overall 5 stars for cleanliness. Loved the outdoor seating with my toddler. Don't forget to grab a waffle cone on your way out to shop!

You guys giving bad reviews are a bunch of Karens and Kevins. Perfectly good food and service, we’ll be back out next time in Silverton. Also make sure to ask for the “back rub special” for a nice surprise!

Almost 50 bucks for 3 people to eat at a burger joint?!?! C'mon, I know its in silverton and not Cleveland but thats overpriced no matter how you try and justify it. The burgers were nothing special and the onion rings were overcooked. There are lots of better options in town.

Nice outdoor seating with an amazing view. Pet friendly which was great. The burgers are really good and the chili cheese fries were delicious

The place was clean, and the people friendly. The food also tasted pretty good. My only issue was with the young man wiping the tables using the same rag for trash cans.

Cheapest food in town but still extremely pricey for what you get. $8 for a cheeseburger with no fries or drink- Came in around 3pm and waited approximately 15 min for food- Feels dated, but clean- There’s also an ice cream shop in the same building, but separate pay area

Places like this thrive for one reason - lack of choice. There aren't many places to eat in Silverton (especially during COVID), but this looked cheap and quick. However, neither ended up being true.$30 bucks for two people is acceptable IF the food was worth it, and this wasn't even close.Just your average boring, small patty with little flavor and the meat-to-bread ratio is probably what makes it unsatisfying.Unfortunately, the next time I go to Silverton I'll pack a lunch.

You gotta try to make food this bad. Had a burger, fries and a drink. Bland and tastless, fries cold. Imagine buying the cheapist preformed round stamped out un seasoned burgers from walmart and heating them up on a skillet with no seasoning. Then let them sit around and get cold with the fries and serve it on a cheap bun. Thats what it taste like.The gas station would have been a better choice. Not sure why they are in the food business. ZERO STARS.
