The most unfriendly TJ Maxx I have ever shopped. 3 times had to ask for assistance. Sale product of $24.99 was considered expensive so they took item to counter. I decided to put back rest of possible purchases and get out. I was treated like a thief. Discriminaion.

The store has a good selection of different higher end brands. It's perfect for shopping with my teenage daughters, since there is quite a bit of clothes and makeup plus accessories that they really liked. The only real downside would have to be, getting stared at and followed a few times by some of the staff. Cashier's and salesman seemed to be interested in us...but never asked if we needed any help. So yeah, a bit uncomfortable but nothing that would prevent me from going back. 🤙🏼

Went in today, and there were two cashiers and maybe about 4-5 people in like including myself.. when a super nice lady with a service animal-( who couldn’t see very well) came up to the checkout line and was asking where she needed to go to get in like.. both of the cashiers ignored this lady who needed a little bit of assistance while she was standing.. while I told her how to get to the line and where it started.. the cashier so rudely said she needed to go to the back of the line ( she had no idea where the line started as you could tell that the service animal guided her to where the best spot was for her) while neither of these cashiers helped her and ignored her she got upset and ended up walking out… after this the two cashiers were speaking Spanish to each other and made no effort in assisting customers.So badly handled, it made my heart acheBe better, kinder people.

So nice, I really loved shopping there, a lady there was so nice, she didn’t speak too much english, but she was so kind and helpful! I think her name was Anna with glasses, I also got the opportunity to practice my Spanish with her, such a nice shopping!

Basic TJ with the variety of items and the register lines. However, they have items other stores don't at affordable prices so I always go back.

I might not have looked like I could afford anything since I was in gym clothes, but your workers SHOULDN’T treat me as such! Very rude condescending and off putting. I wanted to see something in the case. I asked if I could see what it was and she just said “it’s a wallet “ in a snobby way and didn’t even take it out for me to see until I asked her to let me see it. I have money because I save money, but I wouldn’t spend my money there!!!! What a waste of my time and how awful your workers are. And by the way, she was the second worker to say something to me because the first person just looked at me and when I asked if I was going to get any help, she said someone else and went to go to another person when it was my turn. I’m not a” Karen “, I’m a patient person because I know you are just there to work and I respect that, but you should tell your workers to respect the customers.

Had to do some last minute shopping for a last minute event I hadn't packed for. I was able to find a dresses, cardigans, shoes and jewelry for both my daughter and me. So nice to get everything in one stop.

Hands down best TJ Max I’ve been too. It was so clean and organized! Had great items and good prices too. The TJ Max’s in Texas are nothing like this one

I used to love t.j Maxx but it seems like they keep taking away men's clothing. I used to get all my t-shirts, underwear, socks and button up men's shirt there, But all of these things have shrunk to the point there is nearly no choice or non-existent. I don't know what's happened or change but there's nearly no point for me to go to t.j Maxx anymore.
