Becky is the best dog groomer we have ever experienced. She is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, and the dogs seem very happy and comfortable. We have a 12-year old golden doodle who needs to be groomed every 8 weeks. Becky has been taking care of our dog for the past few years, and we couldn’t been happier with how beautiful she looks, how calm she is with her visits, and how many compliments she gets strutting her new cut! Thanks Becky!

Jen bought this salon in January 2024 and is not a groomer. Neither is Traci. She hired me to train them to groom but they have proven to have poor ethics and no integrity. They have me put a finish haircut on every dog until a few months in they think they “got it”. Lesson be learned, be kind and fair and honest or you will create your own nightmare. You started out by ripping off Becky and now you are ripping off her clients by posing as a professional groomer. Shame on you.

When you’re a one person show, clients must be prepared to be flexible. I understand some dogs take longer than expected, some dogs show up not having seen a brush in months, and some owners ask for miracles. I know my Standard Poodle is a challenge and Becky gives him the time he needs. He hates his feet done. The end result is amazing. He always gets compliments at the dog parks. Today I stayed and watched and got a few photos. Thank you Becky.

We recently moved to the area. Becky was so great with our two pups and made them very comfortable in a new place. They they look so cute! Our dogs are tiny. One is a bit nervous (6 pound poodle) and the other is aggressive and has quite the attitude (schnauzer- 6 pounds ). We’re so happy to have found Healthy Pet Haven /Becky!! We have two very cute, happy dogs. 💗

Becky’s been grooming my two sheepadoodles for three years, and she does a great job. It’s hard to find good groomers in Summit, and I feel so lucky to have found her! She’s busy, so we book our appointments well in advance, and we’ve always been happy. My dogs are always happy to get there, too. Becky is a great person with a big heart for rescues, also. She’s a hard-working, honest person that I trust with my best buddies.

Dropped him off for the first with Becky and it was awesome! I get weary leaving my dog with people, especially groomers because there’s a lot of bad press out there. But She was really nice, asked good questions about him and tried to make him feel comfortable. When I picked him up, he looked so good!! Trimmed in all the right places, a cute Bandana, he smells amazing and I think this is the softest he’s ever been! I can’t stop snuggling him. Thanks so much, Becky! We’ll definitely be back!

My dog Izzy is known for his look because of Becky Knight! She has been keeping him fresh for nearly 3 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Her prices are fair, she is great at communicating and scheduling and takes great care of Izzy. When I forget to schedule Izzy and he's in desperate need of her care she squeezes him in even though she is always busy. And she is extremely patient with his incessant whining 🙃. I have suggested other shitzu owners visit her specifically and will continue to do so.

Got both of my huskies groomed here before and was happy. However, I tried making an appointment for one of my huskies last month. I was offered two last minute day of appointments which I could not make as I work and live over an hour away from Dillon. When I asked to scheduled I was told that they were booked out until the 3rd week of July, which I was fine with. I never heard back. It’s now the end of July and I still have no appointment and had to book elsewhere. I would have just preferred to schedule and get on the books for July but I was never offered that option.

@SteshWax. I waited two weeks to get my puppy in and drove an hour to arrive at the appt on-time and then greeted with comments about being unaware that my dog is a 22-lb mini aussiedoodle. Becky made comments about not knowing that my dog was a mini and then stayed she would require 1.5 hours or so, and wanted to know if I could just come back tomorrow. Even after I explained that I drove an hour for a scheduled appt. She just said that it was going to take a long time and if I was willing to wait. Becky claimed that she didn’t know what kind of dog my puppy was etc…and for whatever reason this was her excuse for whatever scheduling chaos was occurring. So, I said forget the appt and then I reviewed our email exchange later. In our conversation, I was explicit about the breed and even shared the weight of my puppy. Ironically, while I had to drive a hour back home, I was somewhat relieved to pass on the appt. The place was not very clean. There were 3-4 large dogs in kennels, barking and she just seemed overwhelmed . I was concerned about leaving my dog there. Of the two grooming places I’ve taken my puppy (we moved here from out of state), I’ve never felt so unsettled and surprised by the lack of consideration of my time and the lack of respect for the appt. If you wouldn’t mind sharing where you took your dog for a grooming spot, I’m still in search of a great, friendly, clean facility. I’m willing to drive the hour-plus and pay a premium for outstanding customer service.

We couldn’t be happier with Becky at Healthy Pet Haven. Time and time again our dog has received a great groom and cut. Our dog loves Becky and gets so excited when we pull up to the shop. She cares for each dog with great compassion. Our dog is a very high energy doodle mix and she handles her so well. You can’t go wrong with a Healthy Pet Haven!

Becky has been grooming my four dogs for over two years and she is so amazing with my pups! Before Becky, my two youngest pups had never been to a groomer and were scared to death when I left them. By the time I got back to pick them up, Becky had made them so comfortable and they enjoyed visiting with the other dogs. Now when I take them in to get groomed they are happy to see Becky! Becky is gentle and has the kindest heart towards all animals, as she fosters dogs, as well! I promise if you go see Becky, you will not be disaappointed--she is awesome! I have been using Becky for grooming services for 11 years now. It is true that she is extremely busy. You need to book in advance with Becky and do not expect for last-minute appointments to open up or for her to have cancellations. I also have a small business and it is the same with me. Demand far outweighs the supply. And she is allowed to not work full-time at this job. However, once you get on her schedule regularly, she does a fantastic job. Neither my Doodle or Portugueses Water Dog have ever matted or had a funky-looking clip. I will continue to use Becky as she takes the best care of my senior dog while grooming her and my puppy while grooming him.

Becky is on to grooming my second dog, and does a Marvelous Job!!. She helped us rescue our current dog, and we just love her!! She takes Super care of our current dog, as this dog has anxiety and doesn't like kennels or fans. She is so patient with her!!My schedule is kinda crazy and just she fits me in.

We were visiting Keystone for the week and our dog needed groomed, badly! Becky responded to my text quickly and was able to squeeze us in. Our dog was so excited to be there and Becky did a great job. He came out clean and brushed and smelling super good! Would definitely recommend!!

I love Becky! I have a Golden who is a ranch dog, we are always out on the trails and he is always wet! That makes him a handful to get clean and fluffy but Becky always does a great job and I’ve seen her every six weeks for a few years and she does a great job!

Watching my parents dog for two weeks and after hikes and lots of walks she was stinky and shedding way too much. I guess she’s normally booked out a while but I got a call back Today that a slot opened up. Now she smells great and I actually want to pet her. Her coat is nice and shiny. I don’t know how she stays in business. She sets appointments but doesn’t keep them, doesn’t return calls and voicemail is full, sends texts but then doesn’t respond to confirm an appointment. I’ve wasted two weeks trying to get my pets an appointment.RESPONSE TO OWNER (7/1/21):1. You did not get back to me on the weekend of 6/18 for an appointment on 6/22 (as you said you would).2. I texted you on 6/22 at 7 am to confirm the appointment that day. You responded at 8:55 PM that you were busy and asked if I could bring them on 6/23 at 11:30 am.3. I responded back to your text 5 Minutes later asking for an afternoon appointment as I work in the morning. No Response from you until 2 days later.4. Your response (2 days later) said you “got busy” and asked if I could come the following day.5. I immediately responded and said I worked on 6/25 and asked if I could come on 6/28. No response.6. I tried calling several times and your voicemail is full.*This is why I felt the need to write the review that I did. Trying to communicate with you for two weeks only to be ghosted (until I wrote this review) is ridiculous.
