We were very pleased with the landscaping Julie P. and the team at Neils Lunceford planned and installed for our driveway relocation and home improvement. Julie was very responsive and kept great communication throughout the process. She made several site visits to discuss design ideas for the new berm, driveway, irrigation and home landscaping. The proposal was very detailed and the work was performed on schedule even with a few additions to the scope. While we were not able to be present for much of the work, we were very comfortable with the team and met with Julie after completion to review. Highly recommend Julie and Neils Lunceford for landscaping work!

We had a bad experience today at the Tabernash location. The young women we talked with told us we had to go online to order and set up a delivery date for top soil and that they’re very busy and probably wouldn’t be able to deliver anyway. We were given different prices from different employees per yard of top soil. One of the managers told us to go elsewhere because the top soil was too expensive and the fill dirt was junk. He wasn’t interested in helping us figure out how many yards of dirt we would actually need for our project. This was definitely my last time I’ll ever go back for any landscape needs or advice at this company.

I really enjoyed working with Neils Lunceford. They are the best Breckenridge landscaper! Their employees are so helpful and knowledgeable that it made landscaping my new house very easy. They planted some beautiful trees all over my property and put in some big boulders and stone steps around my flower garden and it all looks amazing. Their crew was even able to identify sick trees around my house and are treating them to keep them alive.I couldn't recommend them more and they will be maintaining my property and keeping all of my new plants alive for me from now on.

I have been doing business with the team at Neils Lunceford since around 2010.From Don Clark's tree health and treatment expertise, Matt and Kristin's vast and local plant advise at the nursery, Tim Glasco for design, install and tree removals and Abe, Guy, Nina, Tom, Geoff, Penelope, Julie, Jeff, Larry and Mark. Every one of the NL team have been honest, fair, clear and easy to work with through all these years. I have a ton of respect for how this firm does business. Not to mention the broad range of skills and services available. They have been a benchmark standard in Summit County for many years and I will continue to choose them for years to come.

This company charges 46.99 for a piansy flat that is half dead. if you want good quality flowers i recommend going down the street to alpine gardens for cheaper more lush looking flowers. To add on to that the workers are rude and very unresponsive.

This is not the Niels Lunceford of years gone by . Today I went in , I couldn’t get any help . I finally found someone to check me out and they wouldn’t help me load my car. They just stood there, talking amongst themselves and watched me do all their work for them. Time to find another garden center . It really used to be a pleasure to shop here. Not anymore.

On July 3, around 10 am, on our way to a hike, my daughter and I stopped at Neils Lunceford Landscaping in Silverthorne, CO to buy a hanging basket. When we approached the window to pay, my daughter asked the male employee if we could pay, and leave the basket while we went for a short hike. There was no one in line, and very few customers, but the man told us in a rude, condescending, and uncompromising manner that he would not be responsible for our merchandise. A female employee reinforced that they would not keep a prepaid plant for later pickup. I asked about putting a "sold" sign on it, and she said, "No someone would take it".........really? She also said they were closing early, but when we drove past after our hike, they were still open. I've owned a home in this area for 30 years, and am not used to such shabby treatment. It was so puzzling, especially when so many small businnesses are struggling durning these trying times. In the end they lost a sale, any future business from us, and that of our friends and neighbors who will hear this story. If this is, in fact, a policy, they could have handled it in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.

Once again the Neils Lunceford team of Tim Glasco, Sales; Abe Hoffmann, Installation and Don Clark, Maintenance came through again with two beautiful Evergreen trees for our backyard. We have been with this great landscaping company for six years now and continue to be impressed with their workmanship and respect for their customers. From annual gardens to seasonal maintenance on the trees, they have never disappointed and we’ve made good friends with them.

I am a first time gardener up in breckenridge so I really didn't know what types of plants would do well at this elevation. The people at Neil's Lunceford were incredibly knowledgable and helpful! I was really impressed with their customer service and their extensive knowledge on all of their plants. I learned so much and now have a beautiful garden! Additionally I thought the prices were really reasonable, which is a plus!
