Gun counter guys were helpful, when I went to checkout for ammo the price was wrong. I was told to go price check myself...why am I doing their job? And why would you let me price check if you didn't believe me when the price was wrong. Cashier didn't seem to want to price check themselves. Also didn't even say thank you or be friendly the entire time. This isn't the first bad experience with Murdock's either. Kinda seems like they don't want to have a good customer experience. Please reach out to me if you think that this is not the norm.

Just something about this store makes want to come back every year I visit Summit County. Great selection of boots, cowboy hats and tools. And the only store I know that has live chicks for sale!

Sale item doesn't ring up at right price. Cashier says if I want the sale price, I need to go all the way back to the display and bring her the sign.

Made a purchase of a Henry H001T repeating rifle only 3 days ago, and both of the workers there, Alec & Andre were incredibly helpful and informative about what ammunition to buy for the rifle and the cleaning tools to keep it well maintained. Had some wonderful conversations with the two gentlemen while my background check was completed (only took about 45 minutes for me to choose the gun and walk out the store with it) and I highly suggest that you stop on in if you're shaping up to be a responsible gun owner. They carry many different types of ammunition and give you the information you need to purchase with confidence, plus the Keystone gun range is only 20 minutes away! You don't have to pay a fee to get in, the paper targets are free and plentiful, and everyone there is friendly and happy to engage in our second ammendment rights.

The 50 to 60 year old guy named Dave has to be one of the most disrespectful humans I’ve interacted with since I’ve been in summit county. I said the words “excuse me, sir” to him and he responded as though he was six beers deep and ready for a fight…I pray that anybody with any authority over there does something about Dave. His attitude is honestly disgusting. He should not be allowed to treat customers the way he treated me today. Truly the definition of an unprofessional attitude. I KNOW there is no possible chance this is the first report the managers have received about this guy. When I spoke to the manager on site and the cashier, they both seemed entirely familiar with Dave’s behavior and antics, leading me to believe he does this all the time and gets away with it. I’m sure I’ll see dave again. I hope he keeps his same, warm attitude then as well.

I am no longer shopping here after spending a lot of money for our ranch at this location. They no longer let me walk in with my Crossbody purse because they think I will steal something in it because it looks like a backpack. Extremely disappointed. My cross body could barely fit two pairs of gloves in it, but they are stopping people at the door. Good luck to all my ladies out there.

Great store. Good merchandise... some winter boots and good women's cowboy boots, lots of work boots, kids boots too! Good selection of clothing. Well stocked with Carhart brand. Toys, hats, gloves, phone chargers, and of course ranch supplies. Really great store.

It's a mess, stock needs to be put away, areas need to be shoppable. Stop shoving merchandise in and expecting it to sell. I've seen thrift stores neater and more organized.

Clean store and nice staff. Was disappointed by the care of the chicks. Very little water or hay and had to inform employees of a dead chick that had been there for a period of time. Was harassed by an elderly regular customer and was sad to see the employees not say or do anything.

Top Notch Store. Excellent quality products, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Clean and well stocked restrooms. Plenty of parking including handicap. Handicap accessible entrance. Store seemed reasonably well stocked, like most stores these days, there were some items out of stock. Online ordering and store pickup available. No leftover COVID restrictions.

Picked up a couple of rifles today, no issues. Firearms staff were friendly and knowledgeable, they had in stock what I wanted, I was surprised with the pandemics gun buying spree being in full force. Fair prices, no price gouging here. None of the common caliber ammo was in stock, I did not expect them to have any. Overall, great experience, I will return here for my basic firearms needs.

Very disappointed purchased a new ingersoll Rand compressor from them. Machine had issues a month after purchase no help. Now compressor on the unit failed no help and ingersoll rand is charging me $197 to stop by and inspect the compressor.

This is my favorite store in town. It is a great farm and ranch store. You can find a wide assortment of quality clothes, tools, guns/ammo, pet food, etc. If they sold groceries I wouldn't have to shop anywhere else.

The clothes are pricey, but you can find good deals when they go on clearance. We get our dog food here, which also has a loyalty program, so every 10th bag is free. If we're not ordering online our camping and hunting stuff, we shop here for it. Overall, a great store.
