Good selection but staff was not at all helpful. I needed a different size and had to go thru the stacks myself while the two staff members chatted at the front counter. I walked out frustrated.

Lots of nice clothing. Very colorful and bright. Staff was incredible. The quarantine 15 has been the quarantine 30 for me. When I went to try in a large it was too small. I was about to walk out but staff stopped me to see if they could help me with sizing and different colors. Although I'm not happy to go up a size, I am happy with my beautiful top that fits and the kindness of staff helped me through.

Best place in the world to buy jeans. I'd spent a couple hours already at all the Silverthorne stores, including Levi's, trying to find jeans that fit me right. I'm really lanky so it's not always easy. At Lucky, someone helped me as soon as I walked in. I was wearing baggy snow pants but she was able to size me up regardless. She grabbed a few pairs for me to try until she got the fit just right. Then I said 'the design on these is a little much' and she quickly got me a pair with less dramatic design that fit great. I was done in less than 20 minutes, and I'm still happy with how the jeans look and feel 2 months later. I got two pairs for $70 each--not the cheapest jeans in the world but I only buy jeans every 5-10 years so it was worth it to get ones that fit, feel, and function right and I don't know if it would've been possible without the help I got here.

Please Boycott this place. I have been contracted by them to do some electrical work, but they have never paid. I even went out of the way to buy some specialty bulbs to prove that my diagnosis was correct. Please take your business elsewhere. Theyre an LA company, yuk; with LA values

LOVE the new clothes we got here. But the employee Old lady and girl with nose piercing should find new jobs. Extremely rude and judgemental, bad vibes. They very clearly were ready to close up the store and go home, while they were whispering and laughing? Grow up. Do your job.

The staff was super rude when I couldn't wait 20 minutes for a dressing room. I told them I would put the stuff back, I just unfortunately had to go and the lady snapped back...its a holiday weekend, you should understand! I said I do understand but I have to go and she rolled her eyes and walked away. So rude!

Very disappointed. I need jeans acceptable at work. No shreds, not "destroyed", jeans. Plain nice jeans. They had my size, but nothing acceptable for "casual Friday". SO disappointed!

I really like Lucky brand so this may be a bit biased. this outlet store was well organized and clean. The staff was helpful when needed and they had a good selection of clearance items.

Small shop, but my husband did find a couple pairs of jeans that work for him. The sizes and styles are mostly geared towards 16-22 year olds.

Seriously, who pays this much for jeans? $80 on average. I tried on 5 pair, and they fit just like any other pair of jeans. I don't get it.
