Bought JUST a dryer. Sales jerk failed to mention delivery folks won't stack a new dryer on an old washer. Thanks for letting me know! Now I have a new dryer sitting in my living room. Use Home Depot whenever possible!

It is hit or miss here. Today was a miss. The shelves, especially anywhere that there are parts like electrical or plumbing, are not stocked well. Quantity on hand will show they have plenty of the parts but no one can find them. Today I went in for a dryer vent cleaning kit. Online they had 6 in stock. On the employee's handheld devices they showed 7. I had five different people looking and they couldn't be found. This is not unusual here. Then I tried to get some paint mixed... but there was no one working in paint on a Friday afternoon so no paint mixing. The service desk said that the paint person had left and there was no one else to do it.

Apparently someone at Lowe’s besides ‘Marlon’ and ‘Tyler’ do not know how to do his job. It’s not my fault that an employee has changed or has put incorrect price on things. As a customer I deserve prices to be matched as policy says. ‘Tyler’ as “manager” did not know pricing policy and pointed the return policy in store lol. If you are reading this maybe should ask your boss for more training on that lol.Bad customer service as always. You gotta love your job Marlon and Tyler.Very disappointed.

Don't order from Lowes. This is the second order I've placed in which the day they are supposed to deliver they cancel for some reason. They claim this was my fault for ordering from the wrong store, but they accepted the order knowing the delivery address. They just cancel the order and leave you hanging after waiting two weeks for the delivery. Will update to 2 stars if the cancellation goes through otherwise will have to dispute with credit card company. Absolutely terrible.

Put an online order in and gave a week estimate to arrive. It arrived on time just never got checked in. I talked to someone who confirmed it was there a few days after I was supposed to pick it up. Went to pick up and they couldn't find it. Called again another week and half out and they found it again. Said it would be available for pickup within the hour. I went down 2 hours later, and it still wasn't ready then they had to find it again. I will do my absolute best to never come back to this place again. It is the biggest joke in the county

Irwin was awesome! He dug though a whole pile of lumber to find me the best pieces, loaded them on to my cart, and loaded them into my car! He was so friendly. I was really impressed with his customer service! Elaine has also always been wonderful and super helpful!

Employees aren't trained properly and are pulled into areas that aren't theirs, communication sucks, managers (?) can't/won't sell you details and are rude when you ask when you can purchase one. I purchased a detail in August, was told I didn't need a permit. I guess I did need to buy a permit and it took 6 weeks for it to be sold to me. I called Lowe's Install (call center) and practically begged them to help the employee to sell me a permit since he was having problems. What are the managers doing in this place? This place has gotten so much worse from when I worked there.

Customer service is abysmal. I spent over an hour with a supervisor picking out blinds and scheduling an appointment for measurements. Appointment came and went. Eventually I was contacted by an outside company to schedule measurement. They measured, I was then contacted with the measurements and told to come pick out blinds. I have no idea how this store is functioning at all.

Today was not my first poor experience at this Lowe's but I needed the supplies.Clearly Mgt could careless and should be fired based upon all the one star bad reviews this store gets. I know employees are short but really this place is only in business because there is no where else to go within a reasonable distance. I could go on but in short I actually had to return $300 worth of pipe 45 min after I paid for it. The plumbing person never brought it up to the front. I asked the employee at the pro desk 3 times and really never got any help. So I returned it before it ever made it out the door. Unfortunately I still spent $900 at this worthless location. Sorry but it's what Silverthorn Lowe's has come to.

I thought Home Depot in Denver had the worst service but I was wrong. Lowe’s in Silverthorne gets that category. We would have picked up much more but no one was interested in helping us find anything at all. Lots of employees standing around, but no greeting, no “how can I help you” and when you check out, only self checkout lanes. So no opportunity to ask any questions. We won’t be shopping here again!

Friendly customer service, went there for something simple and was able to get it without any issues. My only complaint is the (only) changing table they had for me to use to change my 6 month olds diaper on was Disgusting! That was the only reason I went in with my husband and ended up not even changing her because it was so bad (wish I would’ve taken a picture). I know a lot of people do drugs on them unfortunately but then install one in the open of the females bathroom, Not the private unisex bathroom, that may not stop the issue but I’m sure would help some.

I wish I could give this store a lower rating. Every time I go to get something at this Lowe's they don't have it. I always check online availability and it never matches up to reality. To the store manager please just do your job,I drove 30 miles one way only to be told it must be a inventory software problem. No what can we do to make this right.Never going to this Lowe's again.

Customer service at this location is unbelievably frustrating. Getting anyone to assist when calling regarding a very large commercial order that was not delivered on time (not even in stock yet the order was accepted and paid in full with delivery scheduled) is a challenge in itself. Expecting the customer service associate to be gracious is a pipe dream - the same associate answered the phone the evening I called (11/2) and this morning as well (11/3) with zero desire to assist. Every time she answers the phone she clearly conveys a no-can-do attitude with a touch of sarcasm regardless of how polite one is to her. To add insult to injury this has been an issue the entire week. Thank goodness I don't actually live in this area because service at my local Lowes is far, far superior. Management: please consider additional training for your front line associates. They may not be happy to be there but your customers shouldn't have to burden the brunt of their incivility.

Steamboat beware. I purchased a stove the end of August; was told they had them in stock. It is now the middle of October and they can only deliver a floor model. Delivery issues 1- truck broke 2 no employee 3 lost the order. 4 told us already ordered- um no. I don't want a floor model that has been dented or scratched- especially at full price. Oh, and don't try to call them they either don't answer or hang up. I wished Amazon did appliances- I'm sure Lowe's would close with this kind of poor customer service.I'm sorry but I am not going through this frustration anymore. We have gone to another appliance store.

I wish I could give the Silverthorne store ZERO stars.Customer service at this store is horrific. They are severely understaffed, and the associates who do work there have little training or care to assist.Also, there is no official store manager to escalate issues--it's just whichever associate working that day that draws the shortest straw. There is supposedly some pseudo-"co-manager" who works out of the Erie store...?! That's literally 90 miles away. And it shows.

DO NOT order appliances from this store and get them delivered. Last year my fridge got delayed 8+ times. This year I made the mistake of ordering more appliances for delivery. I ordered them over a month ago. They have been delayed over 7 times and lowes keeps trying to double charge my card. Every time I speak to someone they say they they will look into it and follow up but I never heared back. No sympathy. No discount offered. Worst service I've encountered in years. I ended up canceling my order it was such mess. Still waiting for my refund.

Understaffed - to the point of being useless for helping a customer resolve a concern. Understocked in the two areas I shopped. I get the perspective that they are struggling financially and cutting costs (personnel and inventory) in an attempt to stay in business.

This is one of the most poorly managed Lowes I have visited. The store is constantly out of stock, the isles are totally disheveled, and it is clear that the employees really hate working there as they give no help to customers. The checkout is a disaster and only the self serve check is open. They are the only option in the area so they manage to stay in business but it is a terrible customer experience.

I would give this establishment 0 stars if I could. I was looking for an item that they had 7 of in their system as “in stock” but the floor associate and manager both said that they could not help me locate them and to look for it in my own. They also said that there was also a chance that they had been sold in the last day. Really? Then what’s your system for if not to keep track of what’s in stock? Seemed to me that they were just lazy to bring down the boxes from the top shelving to look through them. Pathetic. They did not offer any other solutions.

I drove up from Denver, to meet a delivery appointment and then the night before they reschedule. Then I wake up this morning to another email stating they rescheduled yet another time. Don't do business here, go to another competitor that values your time and money.

Do not order appliances from here!The dishwasher I ordered was to be delivered and installed. The installer called the day it was supposed to arrive and said they could not do it. I went through the trouble to get it rescheduled without help from Lowe’s end. The installer called AGAIN the day of installation and he said he couldn’t find it at the store. I called the corporate office. They assured me my appliance was at the store. I drove to the store the next day to pick up…not there.Lowe’s told me I would have to order it again and No help was offered to reorder it.I ordered from Home Depot and got it three days later…No Problems! I regret spending the money I already have at this Lowe’s.

This is consistently the worst Lowes/department/hardware store I’ve ever been to.If you’re a foreigner or immigrant and don’t care about customer service or to even learn English, this place will hire you! Also, Lowe’s the company just sucks. It’s the Walmart of hardware stores. Ace hardware in Dillon or Home Depot in Vail, much better. The store brand stuff such as kobalt and project source absolutely garbage and seems to be what they mostly carry anymore. Based on all the poor reviews, it’s apparent they should close this location and let another more competent company take over.3 year update: 1 star for improved employee morale as of 03/01/24

DO NOT GO HERE. I want to share my experience so that no one may ever have to go through what I went through. it all started on June 29th with Denise Gonzalez at the Flooring table, said 3-5 weeks for materials and install to be done. I lined up a gentleman to walk my home to survey for material/labor on an 1800 sq ft remodel. He seemed knowledgeable enough, noted the types of subfloor in my home in Heeney. CONCRETE in the lower ground level/plywood upstairs. He said it would take 2 business days for an estimate. First red flag, after calling Denise daily it took about 8 days to get the estimate. Her boss Tyler Brendel was not much of a help either because he sent the estimate when she was on vacation and they were wrong. Next red flag, they asked for 100% down -payment up front, my fault for not walking away then. Moving on so we order the 1100 sq feet of flooring, tile for the 2 baths and carpet for the loft. I made it clear that I wanted this job done before 9.1 when we moved. I started to worry after the installing company Said they wouldn't install carpet in a loft, luckily when it arrived before the flooring product I begged and they put it in anyways. Then I was out of town, they wanted to deliver the flooring product after I went to the store and called multiple times to tell them not to deliver it Saturday. I was driving across the Midwest and Saturday afternoon a guy shows up and asks where I am, let the real problems begin. They then show up Monday and the driver doesn't help unload, I had to unload all 58 boxes into my house to acclimate. Okay, so almost 2 weeks later the installing company shows up on the 14th, 2 weeks before I move and they are gone in 20 min. I had asked Denise if the materials were correct, and the installing company said there was an issue with the padding to go on the sub flooring and the glue. Wrong product for the application at my home to make the flooring products work safely on my subfloor. I then asked Allison Tomhave, Tyler and Denise and the installing company to respond in writing what their plan was to get things back on schedule. 2 days later the installing company, not Lowes, responds that I need ALL the product returned and Lowes then says the flooring company just didn't know what they were doing and that a manual had the instructions, but the flooring product was actually the problem here. Making up excuses, blaming the sub, no accountability. Now I wanted to fire them. Not once during this experience did Allison call me to apologize about this dilemma after I spent 25k up front! shame on me for being so stupid. Now - getting the materials off my property. Tyler in flooring acted like I was asking the world to have a flatbed, forklift pallets and 2 guys get it back to Lowes in order for me to get refunded. So I wait 6 days from Monday to have it picked up on my free Saturday. A box truck shows up with no fork lift, pallets, or flatbed. They leave after 10 minutes and I was assured the right stuff would happen Monday. I called Kevin, Sam, Reeve, Luther and Tyler in receiving to make sure this WOULD NOT GET MESSED UP. Monday comes and they do not tell me when they are coming, they leave in 10 min, and also the receiving guys acted like they didn't know they needed the forklift, pallets or flatbed and that I should do it. All along they never planned on helping me, I was firing them and because of their mistake they were not going to make it easy for me to get this stuff back. So mis managed, cruel almost criminal what they did to me. my brother came over today, we loaded up all 58 boxes and glue into our 2 Silverados and drove the stuff back to Lowes so I could get the refund of 25k. We get to the loading dock and no-one comes out to help us unload their mismanaged product. A nice gentleman named Dutch made sure we had pallets and apologized and said that this happens a lot, after 1 hour of unloading by hand the materials were unloaded, I got my money back and may never shop at Lowes again. No real apology whole time, Beware

Ordered a washer and dryer with 2 pedestals for delivery. When they delivered, there was only 1 pedestal. I've spent the last 4 days calling them on the phone trying to get ahold of anyone that will schedule delivery of the missing pedestal. Hours on hold, begging them to call me back to no avail. They keep transferring me to the delivery department. Does anyone even work there?!
