Never had a bad experience prior to this week & I never leave poor reviews for any business.My doctor sent in my monthly prescriptions to this CVS (that I’ve used for years, the medicines are the same every month & from the same Dr). The new pharmacy manager told me since I filled them at City Market last month she wouldn’t fill any of my meds. I have to use City Market on occasion since CVS is closed every weekend. This has never been an issue before. CVS was convenient for picking up my medication when I’m out of town too, which is why I primarily used them. Why not tell the doctor calling them in that you won’t fill them? Why wait until I need refills to let me know you’re choosing not to fill them. They can’t transfer them either - I have to bother my doctor and have them re-sent to City Market.Not going back as long as their new manager is still employed there. Should’ve stuck with City Market & will in the future.

I use CVS Pharmacy so I can pick up my prescriptions from any state as I have to travel a lot. This is, by far, the worst one I’ve used by a very long distance. I have used stores in San Diego, New York City, Denver, Phoenix, and Tucson to name a few.For one, nobody picks up the phone. Ever. I have now waited on hold around 10 times with no one ever picking up. Even the Bleecker st NYC location that’s always swamped picks up the phone.Second they claim they have a set lunch hour but it’s a bit more like they close when they feel like it and open when it strikes their fancy.Lastly is it’s and they’ve messed up my insurance multiple times, claiming my pills weren’t covered when they are down the street in the Denver CVS. Imagine having to argue with pharmacy tech. Terrible.If anyone from corporate reads this, whoever manages this location needs to be fired and immediately replaced. It’s an embarrassment.

I have had some pretty poor experiences here but today was much better than expected. I called to find out the status of my order, and their automated system recognized my number and told me my order was ready. Went to pick up; no line!CVS management has made their employees miserable by severely understaffing. Employees work hard but can't keep up with demand.Hopefully better now that Covid is gone.The rest of the store (Target) was complete pandemonium. Had to park 1/4m away.

My doctor called in a prescription. There was a long line and when I got through it Felicia told me that my prescription had not arrived yet. I’ve been coming here for years and this has never happened.I called my doctors office and they had confirmation it was received almost 45 minutes prior.I got back in line and advised Felicia and she told me it would be another 20 minutes. I came back after 20 minutes and my prescription was still not ready.The employees all seem to be moving very slowly and Felicia exceptionally so. I found the experience extremely rude and unsettling given how much time I had to wait in line and the lack of empathy or customer service throughout this entire experience. I expect more from CVS and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

These people are so hardworking and so kind. One of the employees went totally above and beyond to get me a weird prescription on super short notice a few months ago. Yes, their wait times were long because they were understaffed, but they have recently been able to hire more people.

They don’t answer phone! When trying to verify if they have a prescription in stock since they won’t answer phone You have to squeeze a trip down there just to ask a simple question. What makes their time more valuable then everybody else? It’s a simple question that turns into and hour out of my work day. And what if someone had a questions about their medicine?, they wouldn’t receive help from them.

The folks at this pharmacy are nice. But either CVS doesn't have great support for them or their systems don't work. I have begun having the hardest time getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner. I have to stop in every few days just to get answers on missing prescriptions because they don't answer the pharmacy phone. CVS corporate is designed to make it hard to get a hold of anyone so they create bad customer experiences when trying to find answers. Their text system isn't reliable - I've been in line with people that have the same issues with the text system. Honestly, if you can, it's probably worth it to switch to a more reliable local pharmacy.

Absolute worst CVS I have been to. They never answer the phone. Never let me know when my prescription was ready even tho she knew it was time sensitive. And I drove 45 min to go get it because it’s the closest one to where I’m staying and the door was shut right at 5pm (terrible traffic) and absolutely nobody would answer me even when I yelled to the back. Oh and Target isn’t even a fan of them being at their store. I talked to customer service and asked if there was any way they could call someone to let me get my prescription and the guy said “no because they are not part of Target and to try to put it nicely they are real *****.” So disappointed as now I cannot get my prescription because nowhere else is close by enough. Thanks a lot…

Waited 39 minutes for someone to simply ANSWER THE PHONEIt’s one thing to be short staffed it’s another to be completely incompetent and lack any level of efficiency. It’d would have been quicker to have drove all the way to Leadville and dealt with Safeway.Don’t bother with these folks.

DONT USE THIS PHARMACY!After leaving urgent care came to pick up meds. There was someone waiting and the pharmacist told me they were 10 days behind and to come back the next day after 930. Called the next day and none answered so upon arriving there was a note that said they had to close due to an emergency. Had to call the urgent care and request a different pharmacy due to needing to drive back home. Safeway in Frisco got us taken care of in 10 minutes.

The pharmacist that used to be in charge here, Kate, was excellent and ran an efficient pharmacy. Since Kate left, I have not had a single positive thing to say about this location. The hours have been reduced to 9-6 on the weekdays and no operating hours on the weekend, making it extremely difficult for someone who works full time to pick up a prescription. I have tried calling and been on hold for as long as 20 minutes and still no answer so I hung up. This is the 6th time I’ve visited to pickup a script in the last 3-4 months and each time it’s been called in days ahead of time and is never ready when I come to pick it up. I called today before I came to pickup the script and was hassled over the phone, and the script is still not ready when I come to pickup. I have noticed the exact thing happening to other customers standing in line- they stated they called it in or had the auto refill some days prior yet they still have to wait 15-20+ minutes once they get here. If someone is pressed on time to get back to work and assumes their script is ready because it’s been auto refilled or was called in days prior, this is an even bigger problem- and with the new pharmacy hours, it’s unlikely they’ll be able to pick it up before or after work.I realize there is a labor shortage nation wide right now, and I truly hate leaving bad reviews, but this isn’t a one or two or even three time occurrence.

I was surprised to read the other reviews for this pharmacy - they answered the phone promptly, helped me with an urgent prescription fill from out of town, and I was able to pick it up the same day. They also helped with a discount card - excellent service all the way around.

I made an appointment online to get my booster. I show up and was told that appointments have been canceled because the person who does immunizations is on vacation. I was told emails were sent out regarding the canceled appointments but I never received anything. In fact, I got a reminder text the morning of my booster that I had an appointment. It’s not fair to the people who scheduled an appointment and relied on getting their booster for it to be canceled because someone is on vacation and not have CVS figure it out. Second bad experience with CVS and I will never give them my business again. Update: it is the day after and I just now got an email about my appointment being canceled. Thanks for wasting my time CVS.

I used to drive further to get prescriptions here because they were great. Since Covid and the old pharmacists left it’s a disaster to say the least. I was hoping they’d get it figured out but they’re too unreliable for a pharmacy and I will be going through the hassle of switching soon. CVS needs to pay their pharmacists more so someone can actually live up here and work here.

The worst. I was going to that pharmacy on and off since it opened. They don't answer there calls I sat on hold for over 45mun and still no one answered. This is why I transfered all my prescriptions I thought. I need just this one.

Awful; nothing is in stock or filled promptly. Mistakes are common with insurance leading to higher costs. Hours are bad as well.

I went to pick up new prescriptions on 1/13/22 and was told they weren’t ready because they were about 2 days behind. The prescriptions were sent from the doctors office on 1/11/22, two days prior. Glad the prescriptions weren’t for antibiotics or some other med that needed to be started immediately!
