10/5 stars! This place is a hidden gem! But then, I think being hidden in an out-of-the-way former mining town is what gives it a bit of its charm. We went in hungry and ordered all kinds of food. We enjoyed everything we ate. The proprietress was so so kind and went out of her way to bring out bits of Silver Plume history for us to look over. The kids enjoyed the games and the adults loved the books and visiting with the locals.Kid-friendliness: Games, Legos, and an owner who loves and understands active kiddos.

GO! GOOOO!!!!!! Oh! You’re still here?! Ok…For the past 15 months husband and I have been trying vanilla lattes at local(CO) coffee shops. Plume has been on my list for a minute but whenever we head west it’s either too early or too late to visit. But last Thursday we timed our drive right!!! On purpose might I add. And you know what? Native husband and mostly native me, had no idea Silver Plume has an actual town!!!!!! We thought it was the garage and couple buildings off the highway!!!! What?! It also has a cool bar/restaurant called Bread that is open at 4pm! I mean, what?! But back to the coffee bar… It’s amazing. Far and away our favorite we’ve visited here or in Europe! Seriously! Julie is amazing and friendly and welcoming and so full of information that a) we think she should be the mayor and b) we’re going back up this Friday to hike! She sold us! We are ready to move!! lol The coffee and apple cider were awesome. Like, one of my favorite vanilla lattes in all of Colorado so far!!! And the shop…. Holy mackerel my photos can’t do it justice but I sure tried!!! It has outdoor seating to enjoy a bit of sunshine and the cool mountain village atmosphere and so much indoor seating! And you’ll most likely get involved in conversations with locals. Such cute and thoughtful decorations and cozy sitting spaces and games and toys for the Littles and CLEAN!!!! Oh man was it clean! And sunny and so bright and inviting I could go on and on. We can’t wait to go back!! And be sure to take a mo to wander the little streets and admire the Victorian architecture, the views and the fresh mountain air. Thank you so much Julie for everything you do to give this little place a spot in the sun for all to share. We just know you are going to be so very successful.

Delicious cordial cherry specialty latte. Quick stop on the way to ski, located in a cute quiet little town right off the highway. Very happy they were Open early!! It was cool vibes, they also had jenga, connect 4 and other games to play while you wait or get breakfast and chill. Nice cozy atmosphere.

Literally the cutest coffee shop in all of Colorado. Everyone was so friendly, it felt like I was a regular even though it was my first time in. Great selection, too! They have Bonfire Burritos there!!

We hit a spot of traffic on I-70 and decided to take a short pit stop for coffee and stumbled up to this Gem, Plume Coffee Bar! My Lavender Latte was incredible. Also after had the breakfast burrito, I went back and grabbed several more to bring to my other friends. The atmosphere was great! This will be a pit stop every time I come through Silver Plume.

Cutest coffee shop! Nicest, sweetest owner. Definitely worth a stop. So cozy. They’ve got tons of kid options (both to eat and drink) plus Bonfire Burritos and space to sit with games etc. I got the seasonal Snickerdoodle latte. Real cinnamon, vanilla, absolutely yummy.

Hidden Gem....is the best way to describe this place. Incredibly friendly gal (please forgive me for not remembering your name), super cute atmosphere, and one of the absolute best lattes I've ever enjoyed.My husband had a cortado, I sipped on a s'mores latte. Ideal ratio of flavors (yes to the biscoff!!!) and that crema...perfection.That she went to the extra effort to toast the generously sized marshmallows on top.....that's the kind of thing that makes me wish I lived closer. And some day, we shall.

Beautiful coffee shop near Georgetown. We had the honey salt latte and marshmallow latte and they were delicious. The place is beautiful set up and the bathroom is super clean.

What a great day to check out this little majestic rest stop along I-70. I was looking for a drive to embrace Taylor Swift's TTPD and found this coffee shop. I walk in and by fluke, they are playing the album and have a friendship bracelet making station. What a dream come true. Highly reccommend this place. Food is great and staff is above and beyond :)

We stayed in Silver Plume for 3 days and came to Plume Coffee Bar every morning. I tried a new drink every day and they were all delicious. The owner, Julie, was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She remembered us coming in each time and asked how our adventures went. The atmosphere was perfect, it paid homage to the history of the building and town while also feeling modern. I especially loved the mining chain on the ceiling. Plume also supports local business and sells the cutest things. Overall 10/10. We loved Plume and it will definitely be a stop next time we pass through this way!Vegetarian options: Veggie and vegan burritos are available .Dietary restrictions: They have vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options.

Coolest little coffee shop ever! This is a must stop along I-70. Phil, the owner, made the best cappuccino I’ve ever had. Vibe is 10/10. There’s also a kombucha making operation in the back, too.

Wow, what a beautiful coffee shop! Sunny, eclectic, historic, and breezy atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful service! Delicious drink options and there were a couple of different breakfast burrito choices to pick from too. I can’t wait to go back and visit the next time I’m in Silver Plume.

Honey! Stop the car! You must take 10 minutes to pull off the highway and take in this town that is frozen in time and get yourself the BEST coffee ever. They also have the best pup cups with a milk one garnish. Absolutely adorable coffee shop with homemade souvenirs (made by the owner’s mama). We didn’t have time for the mining trail hikes in the town but wish we did.

This coffee shop is downright adorable. The front counter is made of ancient filing cabinets from the old schoolhouse, and every nook and cranny has some interesting artifact or artwork. The barista (perhaps also the owner?) greeted us with a warm twinkle in his eye and a gentle, relaxed demeanor that gives off a "life is good," vibe. We sat in a sun slice and enjoyed our coffee and breakfast burritos. There isn't a ton of seating, and since there isn't space for a crowd, it was pretty peaceful and quiet inside. I wish we had a place like this at home, I would go there all the time!

Loved every second of being in this quaint coffee shop. So many fantastic details and history behind the the building itself. I got an iced chai and my wife got a latte, both were great. This is a beautiful hidden gem in the heart of Silver Plume and if you’re passing through you will not regret stopping here.
