I’m an out of town guy and I’m no stranger to top shelf connoisseur buds. I’ve been let down by many of Colorado’s selection. But I was pleasantly surprised. I took a chance and bought a “bottom shelf” ounce. Absolutely magnificent. No residual taste from the nutrients dried and cured properly. And smokes like a champ. And may I add the sweetest lady made for a wonderful experience. The puppy there is awesome as well.

Wonderful and fun staff. They even helped us find a place to eat...unfortunately they were closed. Prices were very reasonable and the product smells wonderful with lots of color. Overall a fantastic experience and we will definitely be visiting again.

It's good because when you go in there they always have their main product. Weed. Typically, when I go to a store they don't have their products so I'm glad this business can function inside this tard universe of ours. I usually talk to Todd when I go in there and he's a really nice person. All their staff is good people. Imo, it's the golden retriever of dispensaries.

Todd is amazing! Every single time I go in, he knows exactly what I want. Todd know his stuff. As a longtime local, he’s always my go to budtender to get me right . Next time you’re in town, stop by & say hi to Todd!! You know he cares about his customers when he pops out from the back just to say hi when shopping!

Was looking forward to seeing what you guys had until your bud tender Todd (the D-bag) had another customer walk in and he then pressured me and my friend into hurrying and he was not helpful. We offered to let the other customer go ahead of us and he refused and still hurried us. I grabbed what I had selected, paid and left. I was looking at dropping a lot more money there and went to another dispensary. Won’t ever go back. F U ToddI’d like to add, this budtender was by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with in the dozens of dispensaries I’ve been to. Worst vibe killer and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Had serious problem; with a purchased item. But Hugo and Lisa made huge strides; by contacting the manager and she was willing and able to correct the situation; for me. Hugo and Lisa; were very helpful assisting me with the details and best resolution to this particular case. I will always shop at High Q; their customer service is Awesome!!

Dispenseries are great. Prices were okay. Friendly staff. Good selection of product. Brownies were especially good. There's really not much to the rest of the town of silt. However this place was in a convenient location right off I-70. Decent hours. Would stop in again if i was in town.

Customer service is awesome really good people Raina store. But for that price The flower is definitely not worth it. I’m not gonna lie they do have a couple good strains but the Flower definitely not worth the price. For a name like HQ you would think they would have better flour than that. Very stemy very loose not dense and not a lot of crystals. They say it’s that way because it’s organically grown and not crowded inside their flowerbeds. Well that’s at least what they said but I only gave it one star because customer service was really good but as for the flower I give it Hey thumbs down it was worth the extra gas money to go to a better shop. Nothing personal just don’t think their flower Is very good

My feelings on this place are complicated . There is great service and good weed, the only problem is the middle aged male employee with the glasses and long curly hair and the napoleon complex. He ruins the experience. Me and several other friends go to green cross to avoid this guy now. He is rude, condescending and overall awful. Everyone else there is great and it's a shame one bad apple ruins the bunch

Great place with a small town feel. Leah was great in assisting with questions about CBD. (I've had 5 spine surgeries in 5 years). Great prices too. Would recommend High Q to anyone and we'll be back.

I haven't been to this store in a long time. I recently moved to California. I miss this place so much. I used to drive hours to Silt just to get their flower. it's pricey but top- top shelf. I've been to a lot of dispensaries in my life but this place had my favorite flower. i hope it's still the same as it was !

I stopped at many places while going through Colorado on a road trip to Aspen, this being the first of many, and the experience here was by far the best in all regards. The staff was very friendly and made my first dispensary visit really pleasent. The prices were great, the flavors were even better, and the gentleman behind the counter hooked it up with some free stickers and lanyards.

Horrible online shopping experience, went in to buy 2 carts that are online to purchase , I get to the store and they tell me I can't purchase because of sticker issues...? The why did you post it online to be bought? Emails were sent phone calls made , I go back next day because I checked leafly (which said updated 5 min ago) said the carts were available for purchase only 1 strain this time , I go in to purchase them and they deny me sale again. Do not support this company , since they do not honor what they put online I have my med card as well. Unprofessional and false advertising as well.

I only go to this place when I get off of work late because they are open the latest, but that's about the only reason to go here. Most expensive herbs and wax and the quality is badly under par. The last few times I went where bad. The lady yelled at us not to stand at the door ruining the experience and last time I showed up 15 minutes before close, they saw me pull in them shut off open sign and locked the door. Spent the rest of my sober night wishing they would have just honored the posted hours.

You need to update your google profile. It says you close at 10pm, on Monday’s and Tuesday’s. I drove all the way from Glenwood springs at 9pm, just to get there and realize they were closed at 9pm. Very disappointed.

I used to be a big regular at this place, but after a few bad visits i decided to start checking out the other shops, ALL the others; Green Dragon, Green Cross, Green Joint, GNS, are exceptionally better. My last visit Geneva didn't seem to mind having me wait more than 30mins while she went in back and rolled new joints for her buddy. Paid 48 dollars for an 1/8 of bottom shelf. I'll never waste my money here again lol.
