Nice people, but prices have really gone up. What used to be $13.99, now costs $19.99. That's absurd.

Why do things have to be so hard?

Nasty staff - said I couldn't use a coupon because I wasn't paying in cash - I was paying with a lottery ticket. They said the lottery ticket was free money and that wasn't able to be used with a coupon. When asked if I could cash the ticket, then pay with the cash and the coupon they said this would be okay.Please note - After I used logic and they understood, they personally\verbally attacked me. Was a valued customer for over 10 years - won't buy from any of their stores now.

The hours of operation are not consistent with the surrounding neighborhoods needs and growth... The staff is extremely rude outside of a few employees... As soon as another liquor store becomes available in this neighborhood I'm sure they will become immediate competition!!! They should look directly at their management as well as employees!!!

Not the best selection I've ever seen. That's okay. It's a small liquor store with great people and a drive-through window. I'm glad this is my home-base liquor store and I enjoy talking with the folks there.If I want a larger selection of microbrews, I'll head into Fort Collins.

I have been going here for quite a while, couple years. Lately it has gotten to a point where they have lost my business. I understand selling out of something once in awhile. But time after time after time, they are out of stock of the item that I have been going there for a couple years for. Because they refused to purchase enough to actually make it through a few days or a week at a time. So there are more liquor stores in Windsor that might be a few minutes farther away from me but at least I know that they can figure out how to order enough product to last. Tired of wasting my time going to a place that can't figure that concept out.
