How long would a sane person allow their freezers to be broken. If you go to the website almost everything they have is out of stock. The employees are pretty good and i'm sure they are doing their best with what they are given. They need to get their business in order.

This is a quick stop when you really need something and don't want to drive all the way into town for something. Of course, everyone in Severance is hoping for a full size grocery store one day, but until then this is the best place to grab that one item you need to cook dinner. I have stopped in a few times for that reason or to get a snack when I am on the road. The clerks have always been reasonably friendly and they typically have the items I am looking for, which is pretty nice for the size of the store. While it feels a little like a small town discount market, it fills the need for now.

Great for quick affordable products or things you need that are inexpensive. They offer many things it is like a mini Walmart. They have food items groceries office supplies vehicle maintenance supplies anything as far as shirts and clothing sometimes. They offer masks. They also sell over-the-counter medications and I highly recommend this Dollar general.

Our Severance Dollar General is the best! Everyone who works there is kind and friendly. They are well stocked and it’s the perfect place to go for last minute things you may need.

The manager is absolutely the rudest I've ever dealt with. Sucks because it's a location nearest me.Update: The manager may not be the nicest, but honestly she knows how to hire some amazing and solid staff! Keep up the good work.

Very clean store. The staff here are very nice and a special thanks to Kaleigh for helping me. I’m old and very slow and she took the time to help me and make sure I got everything I needed. She deserves a raise.

This place is a joke, and the lady running the register was very rude and disputable to the customers, and the guy working on the shelves not help at all. Never shopping again not worth the time better customer service and products else where.

Employees there are pretty nice, they help with everything all your questions and stuff like that. But do not try to call them because they will not answer. I watched them ignore the phone call multiple times and I have tried to call them multiple times to ask questions if they had anything but they just ignore the phone call so do not call.
