The owner is very nice, and café is pleasant. Nice atmosphere, music, and local artist prints. The free Wi-Fi is strong. Love the coffee, and food is yummy. Take a memorable walk up to Sangre de Cristo Parish and view the spiritual sculptures. The path starts behind the café.Vegetarian options: Chickpea panini, sweet potato, 3 cheese, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the San Luis Coffee Company, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee that instantly put me in a good mood. The atmosphere of the coffee shop is just perfect. I’m a local and am so grateful to have this coffee shop in town! The drinks are tasty and thoughtfully made, baked goods are delicious, and they also have a wide assortment of paninis and lunch sandwiches. First off....the whole floor is done with pennies with an occasional dime and nickle thrown in,but, Panini's are out of this world 🌎!! We stopped the day before Mother's Day and had a breakfast panini. So good we stopped in again a few days later. Had the turkey with sage and cranberries. Fantastic. It's just down the road and we're trying every one!Parking: San Luis is the oldest town in Colorado, and you drive Hwy 159 through, so basically street parking. It's a beautiful little town.

The coffee wasn't as good as mine and they had live music, a keyboard player and a young girl about 11 singing. The keyboard was so loud you couldn't hear the girl and we left after one song and don't plan on ever going back. Disappointed!
