It was really cool! It was my first time at a Natural Grocers and was really happy at the range of gluten free items (the majority of my family has celiac disease) and they were actually really good! We went there a few times and had a great experience the majority of the time! However, upon walking in my service dog was barked at and lunged at by a aggressive dog in a service dog vest, this interaction caused me to have a medical episode, but they were not removed. To be fair however, they were checking out already so there wouldn't be much use in it. But, other than that we had a great time and look forward to coming back!

As a person that is is confined to using a wheelchair I found your bathrooms in deplorable condition.1 had the toilet paper on the floor where I could not reache it had I used that restroom.The 2nd restroom was filthy to the point I did not feel comfortable using it either.

Very well stocked, compared to other retailers, and never that busy. I'm always able to find what I need, and a little more. They were also able to quickly procure items and flavors that they didnt carry. If you want it, just ask!I also want to mention the great location and friendly people!

The people were wonderful & helped me save a great deal at the register , and the prices were great. The food is all natural or organic or vitamin related, and they have an enormous bulk dry goods section with herbs & spices galore. This was my 1st visit, but it certainly won't be my last...

I visit family regularly in Salida. Coming from the Denver metro area this natural grocers is far superior to the ones that are close to me! The produce is exceptional as is the stock the store carries. Every employee here is just absolutely amazing! I love this store, I wish the stores here in Lakewood had the same feel and comfort level, just another reason to visit family!

I’m giving this Natural Grocer a 1 star. It should be below 1, like .5. This Natural Grocer in Salida is an embarrassment to corporate Natural Grocer. I shop often at their stores in Denver and Conifer and they’re all good. In Salida, they seem to be on a different track completely. Poor service, poor attitude in this store. Avoid Natural Grocer in Salida. Their Management is non existent in this branch. Sadly.

Great place for people who have specific dietary needs! My husband and I are vegetarian and it's been amazing having access to a wide selection of meat substitutes and easy to make foods for those busy work weeks. There is a large selection of vitamins and supplements if that's something you're into and they have loads of fresh produce! Need bulk spices for way cheaper than Wal-Mart? This is your place!

Rv'er here- dont usually leave reviews for big store chains but they deserve it as for the customer service and staff was beyond genuine/helpful and was always willing to point in the right direction and did an exceptional job for store employees. Not to mention for a natural grocers it had some unique vegan/non vegan food options from snacks to even some un seen items i have never picked up prior. A very clean well taken care of store!

I love this Natural Grocers. It has a good amount of produce daily and just about every vitamin one could want. There are so many items at the store one cannot truly say but they are all yummy and awesome.

I really enjoyed doing my grocery shopping here the staff is wonderful always completely helpful and kind they have a good selection and variety of things. The store is always clean and they always have baskets ready and waiting the line moves quickly and it makes shopping a great experience!

Sooooo happy to find a natural foods store in an area where most of the restaurants are pizza, burgers and brewery food!!! Also while Safeway's inventory has been dramatically reduced, this store was fully stocked!!! Such a relief to have clean, healthy food!

It was just fine. About what you'd expect from a store that promotes itself as "natural". It was clean, and the staff were very personable. It's well stocked with wholesome products. Convenient in town location.

The staff here is extremely rude. I was confused by the lack of signage designating women’s or men’s restrooms, and while I stood there trying to see if I was missing the sign to avoid offending someone by using the wrong restroom, one of the employees said to me “Just pick one, it’s a restroom” in a very rude tone of voice. Hire more professional people Natural Grocers!

Natural Grocers is a great chain for natural and organic shopping. We wish we had one closer to home. We plan trips and are willing to go out of our way to go here for fresh veggies and other good quality groceries.

I won't go back there. I bought some produce. The mango spoiled before it ripened and the pineapple was very small and very high-priced. The produce in the organic department in City Market is superior. I heard so much about Natural Grocers and decided to try it because everyone in Salida was anticipating its arrival. Simple Foods is a much better place to shop.
