Topo is a gem in the mountains. I first tried their coffee some time ago when it was delivered by bike and it’s always been awesome. My personal favourite is their Oat Milk Chai 🏼 I love to come to this welcoming space, love to be able to work at a community table and enjoy a muffin or parfait.Definitely check it out when you’re around!Vegetarian options: Parfaits, alternative milks, salads, some soupsDietary restrictions: Vegan - vegetarian - GF

Topo has always been a favorite of ours at the farmers market. So glad they have a permanent location now! Great atmosphere and amazing drinks and food. My daughter loved the double chocolate muffin and the “bubbly” lemonade ♥️🧡💛💚💙💜

I can't say more than others have said, but I will add, my Dirty Chai was great. Coffee by Topo is quickly becoming a Salida favorite.editWhile I visited this coffee shop 3 days in a row while in Salida, I saw that they take great care in making each drink. The grind had to be perfect, the weight had to be right and the temperature had to be spot on for every cup of coffee.I'm impressed.I had a burrito one morning. Yumm.If I had to sum it all up in one word, it would be "Quality".

I am so thrilled for Coffee by Topo to finally have a store front! The coffee shop atmosphere is cozy and the owner does a great job of sourcing coffee from some of the best coffee roasters in the states. The nitro cinnamon cold brew is really something special!I also love the local artisan pop-ups and live music. All around great addition to Salida’s downtown!

Absolutely love this place! Went before they did some renovations and I couldn’t wait till they were open again! Love the local art on the walls and they sell flowers too! Natural juices are so so good. I love their coffee selection as well! The pumpkin bread is my go to with a lavender London fog. I go in anytime from once to two or three times a week because it’s just that delicious! Can’t wait to see what else they bring to the table 🍽️😛Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free and vegan friendly options to those who need it

Fantastic - from the gourmet chocolate added to the smooth mocha, delicious coffee beans, the grab n go smoothies are unique and nutritious, and the baked goods are 🤤the fried hand pies are the beet dough Ive had in years, takes me back to the Amish general store shopping days. Cozy space too. Well done everyone!Parking: Near a corner so plenty of parallel parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Comfortable space always see young ones there with their parents.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs across entire floor.

Coffee my topo as quickly become my favorite place to grab coffee in salida. I absolutely adore every single one of the staff as they are so friendly and the beverages are to die fore . Y’all, I love this coffee shop. When you walk in, you’re greeted by a bright and airy space with great art on the walls. Smoothies, snacks, and canned/bottles bevvies in the cooler. The staff is pulling fresh shots in super cool glasses. I love all of the nitro options (London Fog, add lavender is my personal favorite). Burritos are tasty – hello SLV potatoes – and pastries are always eclectic and delicious. And a welcoming, kind vibe comes with every drink. Big fan, highly recommend, exactly what our town needed.

You know what I love about Topo? The vibe! It's so cute, well thought out, and the business has grown organically from the original coffee cart to a beautifully curated space. They have dank smoothies, the best chai ever, and they are serving fresh cold pressed organic juices! Dreams are made from Topo’s Chai!! It’s the perfect blend of spice and comfort and now available it growlers.My favorite camping or rafting trip treat is to grab a growler of Topo Chai.With their newly added juices, smoothies, salads and burritos there is really no reason to go anywhere else.The environment is welcoming, inclusive and comfortable. I can’t highly recommend Coffee by Topo enough!

Right on the Main Street (Fstreet) it’s conveniently located, and such a cool space.I had a cappuccino and it was made CORRECTLY. Great foam and latte art! The espresso is high quality! And the barista got us our drinks QUICK!The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and chill.I had to go back the next day, and I had to get a burrito this time. My green chili burrito was so scrumptious and it comes with some real salsa (not Pace picante).Such a great space, though. Two women we’re working no on their laptops, (free Wi-Fi) others were gathering and sharing information and even kids were slurping on beautifully made smoothies.Topo swag is sold, I got a hat and some stickers.I’m so pumped this place is here! Thank you, Coffee by Topo!

There is something for everyone at Topo!High quality coffee, organic fresh juices, smoothies, chai, etc. Pastries, parfaits and more. I haven't tried the breakfast burritos but I've heard they are the best in town.Always great service. A must stop while in Salida!

I’ve had Topo cater work events, and the crowd goes wild. The air pots are almost always drained because nobody’s ever had such delicious chai & always refills. Sometimes work events are boring, Topo has infused much joy, because everyone loves yummy treats. I do Love the owner: Katy B, it’s been fun to watch her work hard building a great business. she’s flexible, & is always extra kind to children & pets! bonus points in my book. Everyone loves Topo!
