First off the parking is only 2 spaces.After finding all I needed the employee informed me cash only. I quit using cash since Covid. Get real this is the 21st century.The owner seems to have a bad temper and a nasty disposition. I believe it was suggested that my mother "raised" a moron. Call me a moron fine dont care.But to say bad things about my motherIs disgusting. I held her hand when she died in 2014.It's great to have reviews to research product and the company. I find it's a great tool.Many times seen unhappy customers berated by the owners because they're offended by it. Makes me wonder, if there is a problem with a product, how is this person going to act?

I've been going here for at least a couple years now and really like the place. I feel their prices are definitely fair and you can find certain items cheaper than others charge. Everyone is friendly and they have a large and unique selection for a smaller store. You'll find items that you really don't see anywhere else around the area. They make it right if something is wrong which is rare anymore anywhere you go. Pretty big selection of glass accessories, pipes and all that good stuff. Parking is super limited but its worth it and amazingly enough, there always seems to be a spot when we pull up but Parking is always an issue everywhere you go because of being a super popular tourist destination.

The dude at the counter will outright ignore you if an attractive woman comes in the store. Waited 1st in line for probably 8 minutes and knew exactly what I wanted while he stood behind the racks like a creep to stare at her at the ATM, all the while either not noticing, or like I said, ignoring me entirely until I just left.The juice is really dark which means its been sitting there for a long time, thats why he sells it cheap*Edit: look how mad he is lol Im simply communicating my experience there. Im not upset, Im a customer to a different store.

Seen there Instagram page and sent whoever controls the page a message, was able to get photos of multi products when I asked and prices. Quick responses and fulfilled the information I was told. Shipping took an extra day but I think that was more of USPS issue. Overall everything was great for me being out of state. Product works wonderful

I love this store! Every time I come in here I am greeted and they always if I need help or what I’m looking for. The selection is awesome and they have just about anything you need for a nice price. By far my favorite head shop I’ve been to and also the only one in our area so we’re lucky!

Best smoke shop anywhere in the mountains! Great selection of glass & novelties. Haven't been able to find anywhere else to get Rick and Morty stuff. Also, I was running late, but had already started driving all the way from Buena Vista. I called and spoke with the owner and he stayed open an extra five minutes for me!

Only place in Salida that sells kratom has a variety of them.....I'll be coming back....only reason for a 4 star rating is they are cash only no debit or credit.....in hindsight they do have Cashapp or Venmo. Using those they only charge $1 more......thanks again Chilli heads 🤘🙏💯

Great store! tons of variety in glass and other smoking accessories! They also have tons of other cool stuff that you don’t always find at other stores. The staff is always friendly and full of knowledge which matters most in my books! Definitely a go-to if your in salida and need some goods!!!

Went there and paid up for a top of the line HVY water pipe. Drove an hour home and while unpacking I noticed there was a cheap replacement piece for the slide, instead of the original that comes with it. I called and explained and he said, "Uh, we don'tdo that here".Update: I wasn't even gonna reply but you should look at the year before. You'll see that I paid ur full, very high price and didn't get original pieces....

Best Kratom in Salida. Period. Buying online is such a hassle, and you never know what you’re going to get. The best Kratom is right here in town. Great shop run by a pretty cool cat. Highly recommended.

This local shop is selling knock off esco bars vapes be aware. Sad to see a local owner ripping people off in his own community. Etching on the products are rubbed off

I am visiting from Memphis, TN. I googled “Vape Stores”, and two popped up. This was the first store on the list so I decided to walk there to replace my broken glass on my e-cig. When I get there, he informs me that he does not carry glass replacements. He then tries to sell me a 25$+ automizer. I explain to him all I had on me was 23$ and asked where the other vapor store in Salida was. He then tells me he is the only vapor store in Salida. The whole time looking at me like I’m some kind of idiot. I say, the internet says there were two. He says “You can go next door if you want” and shrugs. I say, “ Oh cool it’s next door great. Do they sell vapor accessories or is it just a tobacco store?” He replied, “I can’t speak for them”. I say umm ok thanks. I’ll check it out. I went next door to Salida Smoke Shop and they did carry vapor accessories and indeed had exactly what I needed. I ended up spending 7$ vs 25$+. The people who own the Salida Smoke Shop were very helpful and friendly. I would suggest just skipping going to Chili Heads Glass and Vape and just head straight to Salida Smoke Shop. They have everything you could possibly need for Vapor and tobacco no questions asked!

Sold me vape juice made over two years ago. When I notified the owner his response was" oh, that should be in the discount bin". Didn't even offer to discount the next purchase. Will not be buying from them anymore. Buyer beware.

I would say the customer service is awesome but the price and quality of kratom is not good..way too pricy and the kratom wasn't potent at all.It was the red strain kratom.
