Blown away by the customer service here! Looked at the website one evening but didn't buy anything. Received a friendly email the next morning from Audrey at High Plains asking if I was still interested in the product...which I couldn't find ANYWHERE else in the country. I called her that afternoon, and she was an absolute delight to deal with. Had my order processed and ready to ship that next Monday. Product arrived well-packed and cold as needed. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. Thank you for your part in saving a goat in my herd with the meds you sent. I will definitely be a patron of High Plains from now on. Great store. Their staff was extremely knowledgeable and actually saved me quite a bit of money in the long run . I stopped in thinking I knew what I wanted but by asking me all about what I was trying to achieve and my issues with my cow herd, they ended up steering me in another direction that fit my needs better and saved me money . Pretty rare service these days . 5 stars for sure .

This was the only website where I could order Merrick‘s super lamb milk replacer that the shipping didn’t cost as much as the replacer itself. Not only was the shipping free because my order was over $75 but it was incredibly fast. I was surprised by how quickly they had it on a truck and it was here in only three business days. I will definitely be back for other Ag products in the future based off this experience. I wholeheartedly recommend using this supplier.

They are just starting to sell firearms. I stopped in with a friend to see what they had, even though they didn't have anything I wanted at the time the employees encouraged us to stop back soon as they are getting a larger selection daily. Very friendly place. They seem to have all the livestock supplies anyone would ever need.

Great little store has some farm and pet odds and ends. Seems like they can order more in of need but shelf space is limited. Outside they have everything from troughs to gates and poles as well as sheds. Very nice people. They also seem to have a very large selection of feed and medicines for livestock.

Hands down the best farm and ranch store I've came across in the United States. They literally have everything you could want, also a few things you may want to spend your money on as well. They have options here as well, you're not just stuck like Murdoch's or TSC with the one option they carry. From the things that I would need they had plenty to choose from at really good prices and great service.
