A must stop on your ride from Telluride to Delores. Comfortable cafe and mercantile that offers organic light meals, outstanding coffee, friendly service, and a variety of natural products. Cozy seating indoors, and a puppy parking is available for your best friend and his humans. Found Fireweed by accident and are so glad we stopped!

Rico Colorado's one and only Fireweed Cafe !Locally owned and operated and staffed by charming locals with an excellent knowledge of the area.Charismatic old time feeling location with state-of-the-art delicious healthy foods.I highly recommend the turkey frittata although it will most likely be sold out if you get there after 9:00I also had a very nice salad the next day and purchased a bag of dried mangoes that was the best I've ever had!Puppy Parking outside by the side deck with tables. Not to be missed.Vegetarian options: They're going to have daily vegetarian specials and stuffParking: Plenty of parking right on main Street

What a wonderful cafe that we stumbled upon. The Forest Floor is the most incredible drink I have tasted. It was so good, that I made my boyfriend drive out of the way the following day to go back and get. Great vibes, great attention to detail by owners who so evidently are committed to their business. A must stop!

Twenty dollars for two chais and a root beer. Pretentious tourist trap. Didn’t have almond milk, didn’t have cup sleeves, $7 for a 12oz drink is absolutely criminal. The soda was $4.75! Image of receipt included as proof. Ridiculous!

This little coffee shop and mercantile reminded me of a place my grandfather took me out on the dry side of Colorado when I was a kid. This little mercantile is truly a grocery store a great place to pick up odds and ends and has a nice selection of coffee drinks. I'm definitely not a vegan customer but they're vegan menu was even appealing. Be careful and be warned the chai is excellent but they do put cayenne pepper in it!

Thanks to their sandwich board, I found a good cappuccino and a delicious homemade burrito while passing through Rico. The owners are very nice and take care with their selections, which includes a variety of natural groceries and plant extracts they make themselves. Well worth a stop!

Awesome and very cute/unique coffee shop! For Rico being such a small town, having two amazing coffee shops (this being one of them) is incredible. The coffee was fantastic and so was the cookie! The husband and wife baristas were awesome and so nice! This place also has a great selection of jams, honey, and other natural goods. Amazing place!

Cute place in Rico, CO. We ordered the turkey sandwich and the ham and cheese with two seltzer waters in cans. They have a nice shaded outdoor patio, and are dog friendly. The food was delicious, and counter staff was friendly, however, this place is WAY overpriced. The menu board stated each sandwich was $11. When we got the bill, they were $4 more, each! One of the seltzer waters cost $2, reasonable enough, but the other cost $5. You could purchase an entire 6pk for that price! Too bad. We'll definitely find a different lunch spot next time.

What a gem of a place to stumble upon. Really great, homey, down to earth, and all around good vibe. Natural tones and colors with a rustic feel, and with cute furry four legged friends. You can feel the love, care and intention the owners put into the place. Their menu is extensive, filled with wholesome, healthy elixirs and delicious balanced food. The paper (instead of plastic) coffee lids really stuck out to me as it’s not that common to see, and I also loved their sustainable bamboo straws they use. I ordered their Road to Hana smoothie which was phenomenal. I also tried their kale, celery, ginger, apple, lemon juice… wow so refreshing and detoxifying. Embarrassingly, I knocked down and shattered a mason jar vase from one of the tables, and the owner was super chill about it. I highly recommend this spot. Thank you again for all that you offer to your community.

A must-visit gem in Rico! Delicious coffee and locally-sourced breakfast and lunch food. Plenty of vegan options. This is a wonderful place to relax for 10 minutes or an hour while soaking up the warm, inviting atmosphere.

Very pricey for the amount you get. Two small sandwiches and a very small salad was $35. They charged $5 extra for 2 slices of gluten free bread. We sat ourselves and bussed our own table and the still asked for a tip.

We spot to access there internet. The burrito is good if you like sweet potato and ham sandwiches with sourdough. Their hot chai was good but too small for 5 dollars. I loved their cilantro sauce. It reminds me of pita jungle cilantro, and lime hummus. Their patio has the mountain view beautiful and relaxing. They have a restroom and dining inside too. I recommend checking out. We hung out for an hour and the music was enjoyable.

This shop is perfect. Make sure to stop if you're in the area-- kind staff, cozy atmosphere, and great food, pastries & coffee. Tried the pumpkin cookies and avocado toast while I was in, 10/10.

Unassuming little place from the outside, but delightful on the inside. We bought delicious and fresh salad and sandwiches there. The staff was friendly. It was on the pricey side, but not outrageous considering the remoteness of the town and the size of the sandwiches. Dog friendly patio.

I had the BEST experience at Fireweed. All around an amazing cafe from the natural lighting to the kind staff and the delicious food, coffee, and fresh juices. You can absolutely tell the passion that the staff and owners feel for what they do. I felt very at home while I browsed everything they offered and was given many helpful suggestions. Their nut milk is soooo good. My only complaint is that I didn't get to order everything on the menu and in the pastry case during my 1 visit.

Cozy and comfortable cute cafe! Extremely nice and professional employees which is something that is usually not met in a small town. Menu is diverse yet not too much. Wifi is provided if you ask and has charging ports around the wall benches. The cafe is extremely clean including the restroom.

We stopped in for lunch on the drive from Mesa Verde NP to Rocky Mountain NP. So glad we did! Super clean, great selection in the grocery. My kids were ALL ABOUT the Road to Hana smoothie, and my Caprese sammy was fantastic. Best sourdough I've ever had, veggies tasted like they were picked right before going on the bread. Bought some of their house made granola, so delicious, I've been eating it as part of my breakfast all week. The view from the porch seating was lovely, the folks behind the counter were wonderful, and there was a fluffy doggo on the porch ready to be our bestie during our meal. Great experience!

The best food in Telluride! Actually it's in Rico but it's better than any place in Telluride if you ask me. Love the burritos and all the sweets. Grocery options are awesome for the locals. Lots of organic and always made with integrity and love ofc. The atmosphere is another amazing thing about Fireweed. So cozy and I love the bookshelf nook. They want people to stay and enjoy the space. Unlike most cafes these days. Thanks so much for your efforts to bring quality to the world!
