Just bought a house in Glacier View Meadows listed by an agent here (Shilo Jossart). WORST EXPERIENCE EVER in all my years of buying homes. She and the sellers totally misrepresented the home (blank property disclosure as they were hiding many issues we later found), was very difficult to contact, and did nothing to guide her sellers on a smooth closing/transition (didn't show for closing, didn't complete walk through, left the house trashed contrary to promise to have it cleaned). She acted very unethical in my opinion. I would NEVER recommend her or this agency.
