We always enjoy going to Red Feather Rustic when we are in town. It is a pleasure to show off this store to our friends and family. Both Terry and Rhonda are extremely knowledgeable, creative, and helpful each time we visit their store. The items in the store vary in price as well as the uniqueness in the items chosen. Whether you want a keychain, carved owl, wonderful throw blanket or some of their more expensive artwork, you will not be disappointed. We would highly recommend this store on your next visit!

This was a horrendous experience. This was our first time to the store, and as we were browsing, my friend asked the owner, Rhonda, if she could use the guest WiFi because we didn't have very good signal on our phones (so we could get directions back home). After we left the store, that same woman (Rhonda), proceeded to come out of the store and yell at my friend for somehow being rude to her in how she asked to use the WiFi. This is completely unacceptable behavior. Rhonda has absolutely no business being around customers if she isn't able to do something as basic as controlling her own emotions. Even if my friend was rude (which she was absolutely not), the way Rhonda handled this situation was beyond egregious. My friend was left in tears, and we cut our trip short because we didn't feel like staying in a town that had been so unwelcoming. Not only did Rhonda completely destroy any chance of us being customers in her store, but anywhere else in Red Feather Lakes. I highly discourage ANYONE from visiting this store, or this town, for that matter.

We are so lucky to have a store of this quality in our little village! I had a wonderful conversation with Rhonda the owner while I bought 2 things for our cabin and picked up the BEST Bloody Mary mix EVER! (We look for it in Denver).

We stopped in last Saturday. What a nice store! They had so many rustic furnishings and decor for decorating in a country style. Friendly and helpful owners. Lots of merchandise crafted by local artisans. A great addition to the Ref Feather Lakes area!

Rhonda was great to talk to, she was incredibly helpful. Great selection of rustic/cabin home furnishings, decor, and art. A gem of a find.
