This is more about the product and not the people. Love the employees. All very nice. This is about Kolor white marble rock. I bought four bags to start a medium sized project. Disappointing. Was mostly grey. I found another brand at Walmart called Pavestone. Outstanding white! Very little variation in color as well. A few grey stones. Also 51¢ less a bag.

Went to tractor supply today and had to pick up a very large order that was over 300 pounds. The gentlemen around the back behind the store in the loading area not only brought it out but they also helped load it into our SUV. We are so thankful for their help. Great couple of gentlemen. Thank you for making our experience a lot less stressful than we thought it was going to be.

This is a great place with a lot of different inventory. I'm disabled and the staff is so helpful in tons of ways. Parking is great and the bathrooms are always clean. Prices are fair and they have great sales.

Tried to return some Carhart shirts I recieved for Christmas that were too large, they wouldn't let me return or exchange because of a 30 day policy. So much for customer service. Big R had no issues after 30 days.

I was at Tractor Supply today and was very impressed with Judy. She took the time to help the gentleman in front of me with such compassion. It’s not very often you see great customer service anymore and she definitely did it today. I would recommend this store for anything you might need. Great job!

Would probably be a great store except when you're told they'll help you and you sit there in the dark for 15+ min and no one shows up. I at least hope the conversation at the checkout line was riveting.

Came in to get a water tote after running all over Home Depot trying to get some correct answers. These gals here were superstars. Went above and beyond getting the tote and all the reducers needed. Very helpful. Saved me a ton of time trying to sort through all the options. Many thanks!

Stopped in today to fill my two bottles of propane. I asked a cashier upon my entry for some assistance and as she was getting ready to help, another cashier turned and stated very rudely that they can't fill propane during a storm ( storm/stôrm/noun1.a violent disturbance of the atmosphere ). I explained to her that it was only a light rain and she just got more agitated. I can't help but feel that it was not my money that was the issue but my appearance as a hispanic male that set the difference. Seeing as she was more then polite with the obvious Anglo customers of which she had in front of her. I can not confirm this as I just took the high road and left. Needless to say social media these days is a very powerful tool, and if this is he way she treats customers that she deems unfit to be there then I will make my voice heard. I have been in the store several times prior to this and service was always top notch. Unfortunately this instance has left a bad taste in my mouth and unfortunately I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

I had any situation. That I didn't really want to complain about. So I decided to talk to the manager Judy. She is very awesome and kind-hearted and caring. She went above and beyond out of the way to make sure I was a happy customer. I greatly appreciate how helpful she was. And wanted to fix the problem. I just wanted everyone to know what a great manager Judy is. She cares about her store and her customers and it shows. I am very impressed :-) thank you so much for all you do for the store and your customers .

I called this store from Kentucky where I live...My 84 year old Mother was having a health problem with her dog...The girl I talked to was wonderful Tonya...she went and found what we needed and I called my Mom back to tell her where to go and the price..I just want to say Thank You so much for your help...keep up the great job Tonya!!!!

I purchased an item with cash. Went back 4 days later to return as the size wasn't quite right, receipt in hand. Only then was I told that any cash purchase over $25 would be returned to a gift card instead of getting the cash back, but, had I used a credit/debit card, my funds would have been returned to my card. How is that right? No where does it state this "policy". I call scam.

Wonderful staff very helpful when I bought a trailer last week. They were swamped and only had 3 employees working and they were able to help me with my trailer. 10/10 recommend. Will be going back for my next trailer purchase!

Great prices and big selection. Parking was good but not sure how it is on weekends. My biggest concern is that they do not have many employees and I had to walk all over the store looking for someone to help me. This is never the case at Big R. You also need to check any bags of food you get. I bought four bags of feed and two of them had large rips so no telling how much feed was lost. So be careful and hopefully you don't have questions.

This was my first visit to Tractor Supply Co. Parking was good and the overall trip there was good. I liked the prices and they had a good selection of products. My only two complaints about the store is they have very few people working there and both large bags of bird food had very large cuts in the bags so no telling how many pounds of seed were missing. I will go back for a second chance but I will check things better.

Greatly motivated friendly staff. All of store very nice, clean, well lit, huge inventory... just no moderate type 110 V 3/4 or 1 Hp Open motors. Motors on hand looked like great equipment but wow. Only very expensive 1, 2, and 3 Hp 220 V motors.

We prefer this store to the one that is closer to us! Worth the drive and the customer service is always top notch. Clean store, friendly employees, well stocked.....what else could you ask for? It's been one of our favorite stops for over a year now and the service is always excellent.

I was very happy that this stores inventory was as reflected on their website. The cashier was very friendly and the prices on boots were better than competitors!! The trip from Colorado Springs is not too bad compared to their other location. Will be returning!

We had a terrible experience with this store. I talked to Judy personally back in January. Our newly purchased pellet stove had the ignition go out and Judy seemed to be a life saver and told me that she would order us a new one right away. So I waited two weeks and never received it. I called back and left a message for her to return my call....nothing! So I waited a couple weeks called back and talked to the manager under her, gave him my phone number hours available AND my email...guess what?? ...Nothing!! We went through two blizzards and Nothing! If she could get the part needed she could have given me a courtesy call to let me know it was unavailable. Terrible! Terrible customer service! Won’t Ever use this store again!

This is a nice store to have here in Pueblo, although they are similar to a Big R store they have items that Big R doesn't carry and on many items they have a better price. I frequent both stores but I think I prefer TSC. The staff are always friendly and they have a good selection of things. Don't forget to check out their bargain bin and close out section.

Staff admitted that they were not an expert but service they gave was perfect and help me get the right tireAbsolutely wonderful customer service wonderful cashier everybody was working stalking the shelves looking around and asking people if they needed help. My husband and I would like to say we gave 5 stars mainly for the customer service we received by Judy. She went above and beyond for us. She delivered our product herself for us because of difficulties with their delivery contractors. And the product which is a 10x10 dog kennel. Great kennel very sturdy.

Wide variety of sale items. The curbside pickup is fast and easy. This store had rock bottom prices on Black Friday! Looking forward to seeing sales like these more often.
