I measured my female dog behind her legs and she is 15 inches. So naturally i ordered the 14-inches to 22-inches harness. Upon receiving the harness, it was too big on her. This will not fit a 14 inch or 15 inch dog and i measured my dog right behind her legs. This would be too big for those sized dogs. This will probably fit a 16 inch to a 24 inch dog? I raised this complaint with the company who asked me to send a pic of the harness at the largest length and they want a straight measurement from buckle to buckle. They said they don't give free shipping returns because they sent the size i requested. When i explained that i used their size ranges to determine the size harness they said it would not fit every dog the same way and it could be different for every dog and i should use the measurements on their size as a guide which is not listed anywhere on their site. The way they measure is straight from buckle to buckle which is wrong. Should really be the length of the harness material and where it lands on the dog. So i need to pay shipping for this return and if i would like to order the smaller size I would need to pay shipping again. Buyer please be aware of ordering from this site. They do not say anywhere on their site that the measurements are just estimates.

Terrible company, product and customer service. Had the pleasure of speaking with the owner who is very condescending and miserable to speak with. Aside from that the product lasted two weeks before the stitching came apart. After reaching out it’s been back and forth emails requested one picture after another. Won’t even answer if there’s any kind of warranty. Trash company.
