Dont buy dairy here, nobody is doing any kind of quality checks and their members mark products are worse than ever. This is a brand new gallon of milk, not even close to its expiration date. Wish pueblo had a costco, pricing is extremely hit or miss at sams. Often cheaper to not buy in bulk and just go to a regular grocery store or to drive up to the springs for Costco

Complete waste of time! ordered tires at store to make sure we got the correct size. Week later show up to get them put on. They blame me for the wrong size. Best part the manager asks me who took this order? I was like you did. He refused to make it right asked for money back all I got was attitude from him.

My husband bought me new iFly luggage from a Sam's Club in Minnesota before we left to go on a cruise. They worked really well. We looked online to buy him the same luggage in the color black but the color black was sold out. We took a chance and stopped by this Sam's Club and they had a few sets left. He was very happy. I took a star off because their scan an go wasn't working and we had to go to customer service to pay and clear my cart. It took longer then if we would have just stood in line.

The cheese was as cold as the reception at the snack pick up counter. 2nd star was deducted because of the lady walking in and out of the food prep area while coughing open mouth.

Great selection. I love that they're incorporating self checkouts and scan&go into Sam's stores now. I personally prefer it here. There's a ton of coupons in the app that I barely started using and it couldn't be easier. They go onto your card so they automatically work. Store was clean. I've never really understood why they don't have more gas pumps and parking, but it works

Dont know why my experience was different than all the great reviews but i found the selection to be terrible. They carry a lot of things just like other warehouse clubs but very limited within different categories. For instance only one brand of tomato sauce in limited sizes and they only carry tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Couldnt find tomato paste or stewed tomatoes.Prices were up and down. Didnt see many items with great prices, some were ok, and some were higher than the Walmart across the street. Why would I pay to join when prices are higher?

Always clean.Employees are GREAT and have good attitudes.Sam's is usually well stocked.Sam's also has quality products at good prices.This is my go-to store for bulk products, frozen, fresh food, dry goods, and even a hot dog combo.Lots of handicap parking that are usually full. Plenty of other parking though.Pharmacy is great as well.

I feel like this is the best place, and one of few happy places to shop for food in this area. Food is fresh, employees are great. We waste far less food, and are never out of paper goods shopping here. They try and it shows. I do wish they would wait a few more weeks before switching from jackets and snow shovels to swimsuits and lawn care in February, but it's predictable, even if I forget, and just my opinion.

I always enjoy coming here because it's a clean store and good prices. However, I recently tried to buy a camera and I was up at the registers and they asked me to buy the camera before they brought it out, So I bought the camera and then they tell me after I get to the door that they don't have it in stock. So I have to go to customer service desk and then get a whole entire refund and do it another process. It really would have been nice if they told me ahead of time that they didn't have in stock. Now I have to wait three business days for a $300 return, It's a big goose chase all for nothing. This is a big inconvenience for customers and they really should know what products they have and don't have in stock ahead of time. Have to find somewhere else to go if this continues.

It's a good sams club. The meet is rotated properly, and their store is kept clean. I love the bargains you get when buying in bulk. We buy water here for sports events.

Joined Sam's because 50% off promotion,(good till 2024) haven't had a membership since back when they only took Discover Card.The prices are pretty good you just need to need plenty of what your buying. Honestly in today's economy if your trying to feed a family this place is your friend.As a bonus, it's a nice and very well stocked store.

Always a nice experience shopping at this club. They keep the lot clean and you can tell the workers are working their hardest to keep the carts in the vestibule readily available for the customers. The employees inside are really friendly and willing to help you find something that may be evading your search.

I needed a set of tires on a Sunday and they were 1 of the few places open. I paid for a membership and purchased tires. On the drive home it was obvious that they were not balanced correctly. I took it in to another tire shop to get them balanced and found out that 1 tire is out of round and no good. I have been trying to call and speak to a manager for the past week and still have not spoken to anyone that can help. STAY AWAY!!!! OUT OVER $1400 AND STILL DONT HAVE DECENT TIRES!!!!!

The absolute best customer service and a wonderful store. EXCELLENT pharmacy staff. EXCELLENT Optical Department. If you need glasses, Sams Club is your very best option and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the prices are so reasonable! So grateful for our Pueblo Sams Club!

A nice Sam's club inside with take out food....great snack container where you buy your pizza, with cheese, grapes, crackers. The restrooms were clean. Has a gas station with premium gas available, too. Easy on and off freeway for the traveler.

I always find quality products at Sam's and have been a member 20+ years. Today I want to super-commend the bakery supervisor at the Pueblo Colorado Sam's. My son got a practically last minute catering order 250 servings which included 32 cherry pies. She got to work to make sure she got extra in stock for a pick-up date 10 days later. Then, a couple of days later, the client wanted to add 100 more servings. I didn't want to bother Maria again...and I looked high & low elsewhere. Finally I called Maria and she happily took on 13 more cherry pies. It wasn't for her own benefit she did this...it was a lot of extra work. But she wanted to make sure our event was successful! We are very impressed & thankful because of her personal attention.

This is a good store. I like that I can keep a copy of my membership card on my phone. I wish the gas pumps had a barcode scanner so I could use my "phone card" there. You have to use the physical card app the pump. Otherwise, no complaints.

Sam's is great for large families! However, there is not enough handicap parking, items are at times to high to reach from a wheelchair, and they constantly stop carrying popular items!
