I stopped coming here because I felt it was too expensive. I cannot find a steady groomer that doesn’t cancel on me and that isn’t booked months out at a time. I took my dog in tonight to see Erica and she did such an amazing job. Honestly, it’s the best cut that he has had in a very long time. PetSmart once again has my loyalty as a customer! Thank you Erica!!

Every fish you purchase there has not been medicated or quarantined. You will either crash your tank with fish from here or will spend more than the fish is worth is medication doing what they should have. Go to petco or pet paradise instead they at least treat their animals for illness before selling them to the public. Petsmart is a lazy low effort store for aquatics

Staff is always helpful if I have any questions and are always patient with me when I need both feeder fish and crickets, often.They have also been able to look up receipts when I needed with my number.

I get my dog groomed here Erica has been taking care of my dogs for years she took care of my other 2 dogs that passed last year now my new puppy 🐶 ❤️

I shop at this location probably once a month, the customer service is always great, everyone is always helpful if you have questions or need assistance. Some days they are busy it depends what time you go but it is never a long wait.

Not a bad place. I go here to buy food for guinea pigs and other things because Walmart does not have them. If you're looking for the cheapest prices you will not find them here but if you're looking for something that other places may not have you probably will find here.

Attending their weekly dog training classes. The trainer is smart and friendly, but several dog owners can not control their dogs, making mine very nervous. That's life. The store is always clean, well stocked and filled with friendly staff.

PetSmart had some cute things to celebrate adoption day. Bought a cute outfit that came with a hat. Our four pawed family member loved the frozen yogurt that had bananas and peanut butter. Plus, come with cute chew toys gifts.

It's a good store for basic pet needs. They ha e been helpful at times others not so much. Depends on your employee I guess. I go for fish stuff and fish. They are out of rhe things I go for most weekends. Last weekend it was frogbit this weekend it was shrimp. But for a chain store they are alright!

Took my little chorky in for a bath mostly for his face because it was visibly dirty, but when my husband went to pick him up, his face still was dirty.. im so upset if I could. I'd give zero stars. I ended up giving him a bath anyway. I definitely won't be going back to this place again.

Went here to buy a new harness for my dog! Found what we needed, no trouble. I like that I am able to take the harness out of the packaging and try it on my dog before buying it, so that I don't accidentally get the wrong size.
