One of the most unique pet stores I've ever been to. The way the store is set up is amazing! Koi ponds and large parrots greet you as you walk in the door. Friendly, caring staff and well maintained habitats and healthy, happy animals. This pet store is one-of-a-kind!!

I have a St Pyrenees Rough Collie, named Zeus, and there's a lady here that does the best job on him. I will only bring him to her to get grooming and trimmed. He's usually ornery with people but they really know what they're doing. I've been to 4 different places from Pueblo and Pueblo West.Thank you so much!

This is a true five star pet shop! The staff enjoys what they do and are extremely knowledgeable. They have just about anything you need for small animals. I wish I lived closer but I'm not walking so I will be driving to such a wonderful place much more often!

Wonderful place to shop for a variety of pets. Beautiful to look at and roam. 4 stars because the cat section is very minimal. Might not have a large cat customer base which wouldn't be their fault, but i did specifically come for cats. Other than that, the staff was helpful and attentive, not only with customers, but with the pets as well. I love seeing animal places where the pets are treated better than the customers lol

This is a really nice store! It was very clean and had lots of employees to help out with what we needed. I will definitely be back! I'd like to spend a few hours exploring this store. They've got a LOT of stuff to look at. There are birds, puppies, and fish, for sure. I'm guessing there were reptiles as well, but I didn't have time to continue looking. I'll definitely be making a return trip.

We have been taking our pets to Ann for over 30 yrs to get groomed. She's so gentle and caring and my pets just love her. The employees in the store are very knowledgeable about all their products.

I get my dogs and cats food here every month and never have an issue at all. All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ve been going here 3 years and never disappointed. Special shoutout to Rudy. My truck broke down out front during my last visit and he did everything he could to help me out, not maybe people would take the time and he did. I’m thankful for Rudy and the whole team at pet paradise. 10/10.

Beautiful Pet Shop. They've got large Koi that you can feed. They have bunches of fish tanks full of many different kinds of fish. They have lots of pet supplies for all you needs. They have dogs, hamsters, mice, rats, lizards a d turtles. They also have various birds, including a couple large Parrots.

I forgot the employees name (I believe it was Joey?) he had long hair and glasses and appeared to be very educated on his job and animals of all kinds. He showed us various brands of cat food that would improve my three kitties’ overall health. My female has had constant UTIs the past year and I’ve done everything from vet visits, antibiotics, lysine treats, changing litter brand, changing the box frequently, and even considered getting her her own box to use from my males. He showed us a newer brand of food that has included vitamins and probiotics and is completely carnivorous compared to Meow Mix (my female’s favorite food). It’s called Taste of the Wild. We bought the brand and took it home to try for our kitties and at first they stuck up their nose to it, but they slowly tried it with their old food and I was able to separate the old brand completely. It has been about a week and I have seen significant improvement in all three of their health needs. I know this would take time, but my female’s UTI is nearly gone, and their stomach sensitivity has lessened. Their coats are beginning to be extremely sleek and soft. This food also keeps them full longer, so I can feed smaller portions. This brand is a bit pricey, but I rather pay a little extra on cat food than vet bills I couldn’t even afford. Joey also showed me aquatic turtle filters and educated me on them to keep my turtle’s enclosure clean. This guy deserves a raise and he is very intelligent. We admired his care and concern for our pets and we definitely will be using this brand of food and buying from this establishment more often.

Got a rat here and it died within 12hours. Was advised that the rat probably had a respiratory infection and called the store to let them know to check the other rats, staff was very rude and hung up on me(they do not care about the health of these animals). BE AWARE when purchasing animals. And always quarantine new animals, you never know how many sick animals they’re selling. Extremely disappointing experience here.

Pet paradise is an awesome place to buy a pet, get everything you need for your pet to be happy, and has the most knowledgeable staff. Justin is great! Also the grooming department is fabulous. They did a wonderful job with my golden retriever Mr. Bumblebee. I think this is the best pet store in Pueblo hands down!

Go to get mealworms for my lizard that’s all I needed and I couldn’t use a card to just get food for her because of a $5 min. Will not recommend to anyone ever again. Used to come every week to get bugs now I’ll travel to Foutain to get good service and food.

My son had his Birthday recently and all he wanted was a pet fish.I do not know anything about aquariums or fish and was nervous to make choices.Though that was fleeting because the staff here are very knowledgeable, patient and helpful.We were guided from every choice and appreciate it!We would like to especially thank Frank for his assistance and knowledge.I hope he would be happy to know that we’ve had our tank and new fish fam members thriving for a week now!We will continue to be patrons to Pet Paradise as their efforts in customer service are 👌!

Amazing pet store always have to stop by any time im in pueblo. You get caught off guard stepping foot inside for the first time. Large koi pond and high macaws greet you as you walk in. I could spend a couple hours browsing everything they have to offer!

Pretty cool spot. Looks bigger than it is, well the area customers can go is only on the bottom. Still a chill spot. The puppy kennels are where we spent majority of our time. But we did that last cuz we already knew ha. It's a nice pet store.

The Best Place in Pueblo to buy your pets. They are all very well looked after. All the staff have very good knowledge about the pets. We went to buy Cockatiels today. We received excellent service by Roxanne. Definitely recommend Pet Paradise to everyone one.

This pet store is more like an experience. Even if you aren't going to buy anything, it's a really cool and fun place to take your kids. They have a koi pond and exotic birds right when you walk in. We bought our beautiful corgi puppy here 2 years ago and we buy mice twice a month.

Huge store with prices you can't beat and a wide selection of aquatic and terrestrial animals. I would especially recommend this shop to any aquarists, I've seen animals sold here that I haven't seen in the pet trade before. Would recommend
