DO NOT USE THE DELIVERY SERVICE. That is unless you what them to charge what they want on your card. So my wife and I placed an online order paid the $9.95 delivery fee we had to customize the tip because we didn't have enough on our card but what I did have was $4 in quarters so when he delivery guy showed up I gave him the $4 in quarters and explained why I didn't leave a tip. The next morning had a charge for $26.99 charge for delivery. So yeah that's what you get when using the service. I'll not be using it ever again.

Been shopping there since it was built. Things have changed over the years but they carry great produce. I usually can keep their lettuce and tomatoes will keep about a week or sometimes longer. Don't care for their meat we buy from a rancher now since the covid baloney. Their prices are usually cheaper than Walmart by sometimes 20- 50 cents cheaper. Watch the sales here and you can make out like a bandit. The people people is what brings us back. Henry in produce, Lee, Sherri, Paul, are our go-tos for help.

The only place in town selling pastrami today. Adam from the deli was fantastic! Very helpful , kind, happy to be at work, definitely a keeper. Thanks for the pastrami and hot cheese.

This is my regular grocery store. I can most of the things I need to make meals for the week here. They have organic options which is what I get.I like the layout of the store. The lines for self checkout aren't usually too long. There is also an atm machine and lottery machines. You can get pet food and cleaning supplies as well. Good prices!Happy to have this store near by.

I've been shopping here for decades. This store has become way too small and crowded for the number of people who now shop here. Pueblo has grown but instead of building a store that can accommodate the population, King Soopers has narrowed the aisles in order to have more shelves. So narrow that it's difficult to maneuver two carts coming in opposite directions. Come on, Kroeger, you can do better. The old Safeway was bigger and the building is available. On the bright side, the KS employees are awesome.

The lady was really helpful fun when I didn't know if I had to have the whole bill and told me what all I had to do. Very helpful.

I really am getting sick of the undercover loss prevention people at Northside King Soopers!!! Every single time I'm shopping there I have noticed the same 3 people following me around. I spend almost $150 a week on groceries there. It is getting to the point where I am going to start wearing a go pro and film them stalking me, then report them for profiling and harassment!!!! I would rather pay more for my groceries by shopping at Albertsons than feel violated at King Soopers!!!

This is a really horrible company that will rip you off. I did shopping for Thanksgiving here. Utilized $10 off $50 coupon online. They didn't have my chocolate pie in stock and tried to substitute cheesecake which no one involved for the holiday eats. I declined and that removed the coupon taking my total from $40 to $47.01. I'm on EBT but they force you to have a debit card on your account and they charged my debit $7.01. I needed that for gas but the company refuses to refund it to me so if there's any fellow poor people reading this don't shop here they don't care about you at all. This was their mistake for being out of stock but I literally had to pay for their mistake. Pretty messed up that I should've just accepted the substitution and thrown it away to not get ripped off. But that's ok my car doesn't need gas they apparently need it more than I do. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I'll take my business back to Walmart!

Great older king soopers. Judy was very helpful. Can get pretty busy but I was still in and out quickly. They do a great job in the deli keeping the chicken stocked. Best grocery store in the neighborhood

People are always so rude in Pueblo, Co. Went to King Soopers again last night, 3/24/24 rude fat mexican girl at front, stuffing her face with chips, wouldn't help me at self check out, the white manager guy wasn't very pleasant either, typical Pueblo

Even though they seem to have the groceries that I need, I feel uneasy shopping here because of the crime in the area. The isle's are too close together and packed with food so it sometimes is hard to find things that you want.

Good prices, nice variety of items, only problem is the aisles are way to small.People almost can't help bumping into each other, it feels like there's no room to look at everything.

King Soopers is a great store and if you plan your shopping using their weekly sales/discounts in conjunction with coupons, you can get some really great deals. The bakery’s cakes are always the best, too. During our most recent visit we had Paul as our cashier and he was super friendly and invited my two kids to help him send the items down the conveyor. He even gave them their own shopping cards and some stickers too. We really enjoy shopping here.

The staff seems nice and are helpful. Certain departments could be better stocked and the bathrooms could use more attention. The thing I find the most annoying is the fact that they don’t have many shopping carts. I’m lucky to get one when I go. I don’t understand how a large grocery chain can’t get more shopping carts. After today I will start going to the location on Northern.Update: since my last review they have gotten more shopping carts now if they can be brought in more often from outside.

I went to the store today to send money through Western Union either me or my brother was going to send it to my sister it really didn't matter and the little skinny dude with glasses that's working there today was being very rude and didn't want to let me do that honestly I thought this was racism honestly there was no issue to send the money I don't know why he was giving me any problems I've send money there I don't know how many times that's the last time I ever go to that store I hate racist people.

What a terrible food chain. I moved to Colorado a year ago and the only thing I miss from my previous home in Nevada is the grocery store. Other than Walmart, King Soopers pretty much has a lock on the market here, so it's no surprise people think the store is okay. They have nothing else to compare it to. But the truth is, King Soopers/Krogers prices are at minimum thirty percent hirer than what I was paying elsewhere at stores like WinCo. The digital coupons are a scam because even with the discount the items are overpriced, and often the advertised product isn't in stock, so you get drawn into the store for the "loss-leader" and can't even get that. Their online flyer is designed to be confusing, and their cutesy cartoon characters clutter up the pages and disguise what's really going on. It's a real shame. Food should be offered at affordable prices. It should be protected by law. But chains like this have turned the business into just another ripoff of the American people.

08.04.2023 The Northside King Soopers needs to be seriously torn down and rebuilt completely. The homeless have overtaken itI don't mean that in a totally mean way. Just doesn't feel safe to walk the lot anyone without constantly being approachedThe large holes in the lot make for a broken leg for some unlucky person if that happens. It's time to revitalize this whole area

I talked to a cool dude named Isaiah in grocery who happily helped me on the phone as I was trying to find a specific type of baby formula. The store didn't have it, but this guy sounded caring, and more willing to go out of his way to find my product than any other store I called prior. Shout out to Isaiah from the NS Kings for the friendly and helpful service. You rock bro!

Decent selection and store however the problem for me is the isles. They are extremely thin. If one person is in the isle with a cart then you aren't getting through. If you come during peak hours you almost have to wait at the end of the isle before its clear enough for you to navigate through.

They refuse to give me a rain check on a product that was going to go off sale after tomorrow. I'm going to lose out on sale plus the clerk Paul at U-scan was rude by saying I shouldn't know better than to argue with them about it. Never coming back here to shop again.

I've been shopping at this store since it opened and have ALWAYS received friendly service. This past yr, I used their pick-up service and was well pleased with that, even their substitutions. I was so relieved to not have to shop in person as I was high-risk. I appreciate the employees taking care of us thru this pandemic at risk to their own health. Sometimes the shelves are a little sparse, but that's hardly the store's fault, it's a matter of availability to them. If I go at peak shopping times, I expect to wait my turn. Life happens! Some people are too demanding and unreasonable. This is a good store run by nice people doing their best.

This store is small. The produce was pretty good. There weren't any carts available when we arrived and I had to get one from the parking lot but the store didn't seem that busy.
