Got really annoyed as the security guard here was pacing around me and my family as we were shopping. Show of force kind of thing ugh. Don't feel like buying anything now. Tell your security to chill out a bit. I understand the pueblo is a little bit ghetto but that's far from me and my family. Security guard wouldn't even help my mom put her basket back. Instead he's standing there at the door eating his popcorn to the last bite. He's the one that's as ghetto as he looks.

Yard guy was extremely rude to me when I purchased hay, threw a temper tantrum when I asked for a different bundle because the one he originally grabbed was old, started driving irratically in the fork lift causing the 1200# bale to fall of the spears and slam into my trailer causing mild damage to my trailer. Employees inside have always been great and great customer service but that one yard guy needs an attitude adjustment, for the multiple times I have been there it’s always inconvenient for him to do anything for the customers

Although, they have what you need. Beware of racial profiling if paying with cash. Today 2/20/23 we went in for a specific apron from carhartt brand. Long story short had cash total 100.63 gave 100 bill the cashier did not have a counterfeit pen or machine. She looked at it in light then looked at us and called a manager to front. He then took the 100 dollar bill wherever. In the meantime the lady was questioning the change we gave her as if it were fake also.....manager comes apologizes for the wait and we finally get to leave. Just wow do better in customer service and employees you hire. Just do better Big R, minorities do have money and shop all stores. One concerned customer.

Store is nice but, I did have an issue with an online order. I placed an online order and was charged immediately. The store could not fill the order. I spoke with someone in person about the refund and was told they would process it. A few days later, no refund was issued. I spoke with someone else on the phone and was told the reason I wasn’t given a credit was because I was supposed to call and request it. Although I will consider shopping in store, they lost my online business

Went in to exchange a trailer tire that was incorrect. Had never been used due to it being the wrong tire. Rolled it in the store so the tread was a bit dirty. The woman at the register refused to EXCHANGE the tire. I didn’t even want a refund. Just a new tire. She claimed the tire was used because it was dirty. She was VERY rude. Went to the location in PW and they gave me no problems and were very kind. She was dirty blonde, short and a bigger woman. I’ve shopped at this big R more times than I can count and usually have zero issues. Very disappointed with my experience today.

My son and I went to this store for the first time about a month ago, to find some boots, and ended up really liking it. He now asks me to take him every weekend to go look around, so we've been there every weekend since.They have a good selection of boots and clothing, which is the main reason he likes going.The biggest thing that surprised me about this store was how really nice everyone there was. Every associate we interacted with was helpful, friendly, and welcoming.The last time we went, we were trying to find a shirt in my son's size but weren't having any luck (he's right in between kids youth and adult sizes). When the associate came over to check on us, we told her what we were looking for, and she immediately jumped into action, taking us back to the kids section and looking through the shirts we we just looked at a about 5min prior. And, even though she only saw got to see him up close for about a minute, she was dead on at guessing his size, and pulled a few shirts we hadn't yet seen, for him to try on.The part that surprised me was was that she even stayed while he tried them on (they were button ups and he had a shirt on underneath), to make sure they fit, then helped him to decide on which one to choose, telling him the colors they would work best with. It honestly felt like we were shopping with a family member.After we left, my son and I were both completely shocked at the level of care and kindness she showed for two people she'd never met before. I don't think I've ever experienced customer service like that before. I don't think 5 stars is enough to give this store for how amazingly well we've been treated, and would easily give 10 if I could.

Not sure why everyone acts like a snot at this store. But if you don't want to do the job then work at McDonald's or another place. I spend no less then $1000/week here and they are slowly growing in the number of employees who are very rude. Thinking that being a part of a big chain makes the store safe from closure is wrong. I drove here from CO Springs on a weekly basis because they were the strongest store. Now I won't waste my time or gas. They make you want to just avoid the store altogether. Do that to enough customers assuming it's just "one lost customer" and all of a sudden that store location is closed. It happens constantly. Plus tractor supply company is lower cost and better customer service. It's wrong as a customer service issue AND bad for business as a company. I would recommend going to the other locations or tractor supply Co. Avoid this store unless you want to be treated poorly, get no help, and end up walking out without anything you went there for. And NOT because they don't have it. But because they don't help and are rude.

We went to buy a wood burning stove, they had none in stock. Spoke with Justin assistant store manager he told us the store in Monument had the stove we wanted and would have it transferred to the Pueblo store, said it would be 2 weeks which we were ok with. I called 2 weeks later he said he hadn't even requested the transfer told me he would call me right back with information on when to expect the stove. We'll it's been a month with no call!! Customer service is awful, don't think they realize the customer that walks through the door is how they get a paycheck. Won't be back.i actually would give Zero stars if I could.

Even though it feels like the store voted for Trump as soon as you walk in, the animal feed supplies are awesome and pretty affordable and the staff can be really helpful. The dog food selection is stupendous and affordable. Chicken feed is great as well. Drive up orders are REALLY well done! Overall, the store is convenient. Please stop playing country music, add diversity, stop selling guns, and you’ll be good to go.

Went to pick up some bales of hay today. A nice young man named Kary loaded my hay and was top of the line with his customer service. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasurable trip because of him.

Quite expense on most products. Very clean establishment and the customer service is amazing. The young ladies are very polite and helpful. My kids love going to see the baby chickens and of course my puppies love coming in for their treats. Thank you for such a great experience Everytime I go into big Rs. Oh and sometimes they have free popcorn while you shop. My kids always run. To the spot where they do the popping to check. Again.. great experiences on a regular basis and I have lived here for 4 years almost. Expensive but great environment!

They have some very nice looking sod for sale. Cheaper and better looking than Home Depot or Lowe's. We also found a lawnmower for a lower price for brand name. We are soooo very happy right now. People were very friendly and helpful. We will be back. Sometimes it's good to think outside of the box. We found what we needed at better prices... Oh yea, bonus was the lawnmower was already built at no extra charge.

I spent weeks of my hard earned money as a single mother after just moving to the area. An employee who was short and pregnant, due in November. I asked her when she was due and she expressed she was having a boy. I am a newborn photographer and hoped to make a friend. After getting home tonight, I realized I only brought home 2 of 3 bags home and was missing just over $100 of my items not there. Many of which mattered to my 8 year old boy and his clothes that don’t fit and the things I can’t afford usually to spoil him our dogs. I called and talked to Rihanna who put me on hold three times for a total of 34 minutes and was cut off/ hung up on twice. After getting very frustrated they claimed none of these expensive and high quality items were found or claimed, and had disappeared and not been claimed by an employee. Now I am left to go in personally to be told again, they can’t do anything about it. I am very disappointed in the disrespect and misunderstanding they have put me through all day.

Mark helped us find a trailer hitch that would fit our toyota tacoma. He was very friendly and even came out to the parking lot to make sure it fit and was tightened correctly! That was so nice thank you. Also John was so kind as to find me some big fat healthy worms for fishing. Store is awesome. We will be back❤️

I called today around 3:00 and the lady that answered the phone was so rude! She clearly has no idea, or don't care about customer service at all. She refused to reply to my greeting, then snapped HOLD when she transferred my call. I hung up and got my part from Tractor Supply. I hope she goes home and cools off before taking any calls tomorrow. Terrible and hateful!

Drove all the way from Trinidad to pick up a trailer that the manager Chris had saved for me.in the back lot.never was pulled and put away for me as it sold.He wasn't there in the morning so we waited on him.then he called to say he had sold it.your management needs extra training.will never shop here again.very disappointed in this store.chris told me that it would take about 2 hrs for paperwork.just bought same trailer co springs big r the guy was great in and out in half HR.would have given 0 stars but couldnt

I normally spend $175 to $200 a year on work boots here. However that changed as of this evening. My wife and I got there before closing and were looking to buy boots. An associate walked up and told us we needed to leave since the store was closing, mind the fact it may have been right on 8pm or minute less or more.Upon seeing our disappointment and shock, this associate of Big R then asked what we were looking for and our response was we will look elsewhere from now on.I did not see any of the other customers rushed "off", perhaps they were "country" enough and an agreement with store image.Perhaps I came across as to "urban" or maybe even worse, a threat to assets...People come in all shapes of colors, sizes and styles, it's their heart that separates them.

This place is OK, and some customer service reps are much more willing to help you than others. A little too spaced out with not the best organization. But their lawn and garden can't be beat. You will get advice to kill your weeds in hours....And if you want to dress like the Pioneer Woman, you have found your store.
