Warning ‼️ if you love reptiles you will go broke at this store!!! Best reptile shop in Colorado I travel 45 minutes to get feeders and animals from them mind you scales & fails is 5 minutes from my house, bought 4 reptiles from them and already have our eyes set one a few more , customer service A+ and they know what they talking about when it comes to the animals and care needed for them (Colombian red tail boa, img hypo boa , bananas champagne ball python and nile monitor )

Beasties is the pet store for all of your pet needs, they have helped me out so much in my journey with my snakes and other pets, they are the best reptile store I have found and I will always go back to them no matter what it is, it's more than just a store, once you get involved with beasties they become family, they are the best place to go for information. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Brought home the newest member of our family yesterday. A beautiful black pastel python... Staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Store is absolutely gorgeously clean! They had such a wide variety of reptiles. Beautiful colors, rare varieties. Prices that fit all budgets. Thank you Danielle & the sweet young lady working with her yesterday (didn't catch her name) Both very helpful and we walked out happier than ever! We will definitely be back!

Expanding my tarantula collection and decided to check them out last week! I was not disappointed! After purchasing a colbalt blue and a bird eater. My boyfriend and I got to talking to some of the staff about the different reptiles we dream of owning. Staff was very well educated and providing education for free! On the way out I saw the ball pythons and the different morphs. Well I couldn’t resist! They helped me pick out a ball python and helped me make sure I had everything I needed for the best husbandry possible for this little guy! I will absolutely be back!!! Thank you for the education and the wonderful service! I will always send exotic pet lovers your way!

I had many very poor experiences at the store. I spent hundreds of dollars there at on mice weekly and half the time when I got my mice, they would be too small. I would order medium rats it would say on the receipt and I would get large mice at best. Customer service is not always great. It depends who’s working on the counter. Ron also wasn’t help or nice in any way they are very cocky n full of themselves

They have seemed to up their merchandise which is cool. But animal care kinda down hill a bit. Every single bowl these animals had were turning green or were already green I even witnessed an employee just pouring more water on top of water.a lot of bowls had poop which yes it happens but how long does it take before you replace the water? So clearly these bowls haven’t been washed in at least several days and if they were, don’t think they were washed and sanitized properly. everytime I go in, I feel like I’m being harassed with so many questions. Customer service and friendliness is good in a business but being harassed on what I’m going to buy immediately apon walking in is not the vibes.

This is the best pet store ever!! They are super knowledgeable and friendly and answer all your questions. We love coming here and have bought multiple critters and they all seem happy and healthy and continue to thrive. These guys at beasties are amazing!! I've been frequenting Beasties for about a year now since I moved to Pueblo. I usually go in just for feeder rats and insects. I'm really glad to have such an awesome reptile store nearby. The staff are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have all the supplies you could need or want for your reptile. These guys really care about their animals, too. You can tell that all the reptiles are healthy and well cared for. I see some negative reviews that the staff tries to sell you animals. Of course they do! They're a pet store - it's literally what they're there for. I already have more reptiles than I need, but when I am ready to expand my collection, I would purchase from Beasties, no hesitation.

I personally wouldn't go there. The staff are unhelpful and rude. And definitely don't try to work for them. Someone I know was just hired, forced to be bitten by snakes, they refused to say what the hourly rate was, then paid less than minimum wage for the day and fired them. Ridicules

There are so many wonderful reptiles to choose from and accessories to choose from. They are very knowledgeable and are able to make sure you have the right pet for you. Will not go anywhere else!

I always try to get feeder rats for my caiman here. They are always so nice and don't mind if my pup comes in as well. Prices are on par with most big box stores for pet supplies and have a amazing selection of critters. They sell everything you need to keep your scaley friends happy and healthy and are really knowledgeable of a variety of pets. This is a one stop shop if your new to reptiles or a advanced care giver like myself.

Ron is the best! The quality and care of the animals far exceeds any other reptile store from Pueblo to Colorado Springs. Ron knows the animals, he is easy to talk to and will answer any questions that may arise. The animals are healthy. Even the feeders are healthy and happy.

What can I say about Beasties, The Establishment is extremely clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful they also have the most healthiest pets I have ever seen, everyone is very knowledgeable about the pets they have a wide variety of the aquariums for the snakes and other pets prices are awesome, I used to go to Colorado springs to get rats for our snakes and Beasties is the only place I would go for anything that I need for snakes, lizards etc.5 stars all the way across the board for owner, staff and especially the pets and accessories.Love BEASTIES!!

Absolutely love this place for all my reptile needs! They have a great selection of reptiles including exotics! They have great prices for your reptile food needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I make multiple trips a month here even though I live an hour away. It is worth the trip!

Was greeted when walking in. The ladies where friendly and offered to answer any questions.They did follow up before leaving the store. That’s why I gave 2 stars. The reason for the poor review was the smell. I understand pet stores are not the cleanest or the most pleasant to browse. The store did look clean however. But the smell was rancid and what caused me to leave a shortly after walking in. Potty because they did seem to have plenty to look at. 🤢🤮
