Wow! This place always smells so amazing. You can smell the clean and the delicious bakery/deli/butcher. The selection is great, quality is great! Check out the seafood. My goodness. Give this guy a raise or girl! This looks phenomenal!! Never disappoints. The bakery is yummmmmy. Some of the best cakes, cheesecakes, pies. Yum!

Absolutely routine, which is to say, good. Always get a decent parking space, go in, get what I need, check out, and go home. Perfect! Staff always pleasant and helpful. Even know so.e of them by name now. Order and pick up go smoothly as well.

Impressive floral department. Loved the assortment of fresh flowers and plants. Great sushi bar. Excellent selection of fresh produce.. Store was well stocked and clean. Emploies were super helpful and helped us find everything on our shopping list.

This place had an excellent selection of produce and the staff was helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were clean and accessible. The prices were slightly higher than Walmart, but the overall experience was better here. It has that nice, small-town feel you’d expect in a place like Pueblo.

Good selection of organic fruit and veggies. Very clean store with plenty of space to shop. Laid out well.The store has a self checkout and also lotto machines.Staff was polite as well as the shoppers I ran into here.They have Jackfruit which I was tempted to get because you dont see those everywhere.

Place is always clean, parking lot is okay but incredibly busy during the day. This is the most expensive grocery store in town, however when they have a good sale it’s better than every body’s. I find their brand milk to expire long before the expiration date.

I have shopped in five grocery stores in Pueblo and this is by far the best shopping experience. Good parking, clean store, wide aisles, clearly marked aisles, and friendly helpful people.

The employees are truly kid friendly the young man was very nice and very friendly he treated my son like he was his son he played with him and made him laugh they hit it off nicely I want to say thank you I appreciate your professionalism and courtesy for children you rock dude keep up the great work so move on to the store it was very clean with open aisles no clutter the staff answered any questions I asked the staff isPhenomenal so please go and meet everyone and tell them Anthony sent you thanks for everything and all the love continue the great job boss man sorry I didn’t get any names I will get names if there is a next time ok thanks peopleI

No one knows where anything is. All types of products are locked up and no one around to unlock. Especially produce prices are just outrageous! Zero incentive to shop here--I'll gladly drive 5 minutes further to shop at 2 different grocery stores!

Meat department needs to be renamed all frozen never fresh. Anyone can order precut meat and frozen at that. Get your game together 5 bucks for frozen pathetic meat selection.

Everything about this store is what brings me back every time. The employees are professional, helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and stocked. If you need something from the back, they'll grab it for you. And the app itself is amazing. Great rewards with free food and supplies, excellent price cuts and the best deals and coupons in town.

Not a good variety of options for any item who may want. Limited selection of beauty products, lotions, and other misc. products. Albertson’s does have fresh produce, meat, and a Deli; again limited options. They sale a nice variety of fresh flowers & plants starting at $19.99. The flowers are beautiful. The plants are extraordinary gorgeous. There are some smaller potted plants, which are nice. I didn’t know about this. I Would’ve loved to post pictures. Hopefully I can update.

Why is the meat here always grey and smelly? Do the employees quality check or cycle their perishable food products? Something is wrong with the coolers here. Why is raw meat sitting out in fridges with no doors anyway? I’m very concerned about getting food poisoning one day. I’ve had to throw away so much food because of this.

I enjoy the wide selection at Albertsons. The staff is always kind and helpful. I am surprised at the unique variety of exotic fruits and vegetables, love being able to try new foods! 💖

DO NOT ORDER YOUR GROCERIES ONLINE! We ordered online, a small order might I add. The order was supposed to be ready after approximately 5 hours. We received a notification that the order would be delayed, which did not align with our schedule so we posted the order until the next day. Albertsons took the liberty of canceling our order and told us we won’t get our refund for 7-10 days.Terrible TERRIBLE customer service! I highly recommend king supers over Albertsons.

The only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is because of the delivery service through their app. When you substitute things, make sure you read the notes that were added. Gonna be having significantly less of a product I need because someone didn't bother reading the notes I added. Do better, because I spend too much money every month here not to get exactly what I need. Thank you.

I understand why no shopping carts and bathrooms locked but dang it makes it very difficult to shop there. Why should an 80 year old women have to run down a shopping cart and find a clerk to open bathroom door? Wven though it is very convenient to shop there I will go to pueblo west safeway from now on.

I had to return a couple items... About $13 worth of items I bought a couple weeks ago. So, $13 out of approx $210 (cash) I spent here.I swear not only was the customer service lady not exactly the nicest person in the world, but she acted like I was up to something shady! I thought it was odd that she left from behind the register to go to "the back" (as she put it). She was gone for a good 10 minutes. I still to this day have no idea why the hell this was necessary and also what in the hell she was doin???Idk... The $13 wasnt nearly worth the disrespect I delt with. Ugh

Got home with some cinnimon rolls today , only to find that I paid 4.00 for under baked goods , raw dough.Whats up with the quality control .Received a timely prompt response from Albertsons ( owner ) , thankyou . It is good to know there is a will to provide quality bakes to the community as far as a chance to make things right , you just did, now we can move forward .

What impresses me the most is the fact most the employees are if the younger generation and provide great customer service! I’ve had multiple pick up orders that required some sort of extra attention and each time I get a personal phone call asking how I would like to proceed with the order! I love shopping at Albertsons not only for the cleanliness but the customer service.

They need to get more carts - search outside and still can't find any.Cashier this time should have told me I didn't clip a coupon for an item - just said he couldn't refund price duh so I went to customer service and that's when they told me (fine print and no glasses!) And I paid for it there.
