I bought a top-of-the-line True Temper, double-wheeled wheelborrow from this location. The wheelbarrow was fully assembled, and was the most expensive wheel barrel they carried. I brought it to my cabin and began using it. Only too late I realized that they had only hand -tightened all the bolts on the thing. I lost four nuts and one bolt. I had to go to Alamosa to replace those parts, and then had to go through the whole thing tightening it all up. Lost the better part of the day.Very frustrating, and I will never go to this location again. They obviously do not have CUSTOMER SERVICE as a priority.

They get an extra star since they have the best hours in the area. The supply and the knowledge of the staff is par but just barely.
