I ordered the toasted Pickle Club on white, and my other half got the Gobbler on gluten-free tortilla.Both sandwiches were excellent.The ordering method is uncommon, but very effective at allowing for accurate customization of your sandwich.I'm only over near Poncha once every three months, but definitely gonna stop by this great little bar/eatery again next time.Dietary restrictions: They have a really good gluten-free tortilla option.

Amazing sandwich shop! We stopped going into Ouray from Denver and could not be happier with our sandwiches (the godfather toasted on Parmesan bread with alllll the toppings). Came out quick. Also got a fabulous $4 mimosa. You choose your sammich and fixings on a little card and it comes out pretty quick! Love to hang out with the locals (and the pickle theme is very up my alley, bet they have a great pickle back shot). Cant wait to come back again and #getpickled

Since moving to Poncha Springs almost 2 years ago, Poncha Pub has been our go-to for an amazing sandwich, delicious beer, and wonderful service! I sometimes even wait until 11:00 when they open to have a sandwich for breakfast! Can’t recommend this place more!Dietary restrictions: They have great gluten free option wraps/tortillas that can go with any sandwich.

What a great addition to the vibe of Poncha Springs! The Pub, newly opened, is a great place for people to meet and enjoy a beer, sandwich or salad. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sandwiches are chock full of quality ingredients. The decor is especially interesting and inviting. I will be frequenting the establishment on a regular basis. Try it out! You won't be disappointed!

Food was really fresh and hit the spot! Would definitely recommend for sandwich cravings, and the menu is very customizable. My only wish was that a little more care was taken in assembly. The restaurant was empty, but it seems like someone rushed and smashed the thing sideways which made it rather difficult to eat.

I haven’t written a review in SO LONG, but I HAD TO because this place was so good. We passed through at about 8:30 on a Friday night hungry for something quick. Trish made us super fast and delicious sandwiches and she was so incredibly friendly. Everyone, both the people working there and the patrons (it was quite apparent we were the only non-locals) was welcoming. We liked our sandwiches so much that we ordered two more to eat tomorrow while fishing.

Awesome spot. Our group was on our way back to Denver after summiting Blanca and Ellingwood and this was the absolute perfect meal following a tough 3 days! Pickle Club was 10/10!

I’m visiting from Pittsburgh and we needed somewhere to grab lunch on our way to our destination. Thankfully we stopped into the Poncha. Fun atmosphere, amazing crowd, great food. Feels like home. 10/10

Sandwich was fantastic and it came out quick despite being busy.Inside is nice, but outside could use a little sprucing up and some shade canopy as the tree doesn’t offer much shade in the early afternoon.Vegetarian options: The sun menu is build your own, similar to subway style, but with better ingredients
