I stopped in just to grab some water and drinks, but it smelled so tasty inside, before I knew it I had ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with queso (special of the day). They have a really good selection of stuff from the grill. Definitely a good place to stop in for lunch. Friendly customer service! Yes it still exists!Restrooms? They have two that can take one person at a time.

Got a sandwich from here and the owner was super nice. We arrived 3 mins before close to charge and they thankfully took care of us.These are the types of rad small businesses we should be supporting.The fries were delicious too.

Great find. Stopped in Poncha and found the restaurant inside. What a treat! The smothered tamales were amazing. Fresh toppings. Egg to perfection. The masa filling ratio in the tamale was also perfect. I live here and will be back again and again. Price was amazing as well.

This place is a total gem! Super friendly staff, good selection of snacks, and fantastic food from the market (I got a hot dog and fries and seriously, it might be the best hot dog I’ve ever had). There’s also a great outdoor patio to eat and enjoy the mountain air.

best deli sandwich ever!! I’m traveling across the country for the next four months and always stop at little towns to show support. I stopped here to grab a deli sandwich on my way to salida. I built my own turkey sandwich, and let me tell you it is absolutely delicious. I created a meal and it comes with a large soda and the most delicious french fries. I didn’t eat my sandwich for at least 20 minutes after purchasing it in the freezer still hot and crispy! Yes, still crispy!!!! Mind blown.This spot is very busy, and there’s customers consistently coming in & out, so patience is greatly appreciated. I promise, the sandwiches are worth the wait!The employees are so friendly, hard-working, and so kind! Stop in, grab yourself a delicious sandwich, and send love to these lovely people! Thank you so much! My lunch was fantastic!!

Nice little Market and Deli to stop at and get a quick bite while our Tesla was charging. Their grilled cheese and brat were absolutely delicious! They had a cute little area with a counter and a few stools where you could eat your food. Very friendly people and great service!

Amazing sandwiches, Made to order and delicious, even have gluten free!! Super friendly!! Doesn’t look like much at first, but they are super friendly and the sandwich I got here was easily the best sandwich I’ve had in at least a year, and I’ve been all over. Definitely worth a stop.

BUSSDOWN it's not fancy but its like one of the best sandwich places for miles. Yes it's a $15 club sandwich but it's made with real love and it's a HEARTY sandwich, you can share it with someone or if you're really hungry you got it or save half for later. Def worth the stop!

The whole concept is very confusing. This is a convenience store with a deli. It is NOT a market and should not be advertised as such.Deli options and signage was unclear. Sandwich was not so tasty. Overpriced for that you get.The interior layout of the store is inefficient/odd. There is a bunch of wasted space on the left as you walk in, and again between the deli area and the bathrooms.My chips rang up as something other than the chips I was actually purchasing. All sku’s in the store should match what is communicated on the receipt.Breakfast served all day signs make it seem like a restaurant and should be removed.Staff were nice and helpful.Great location! Hopefully the owners redo the layout. This could be a very cute/ lucrative rustic styled upscale convenience store (common things like wipers, vehicle fluids and other common vehicle items sold in gas stations would be great to have) with gourmet deli, provided layout is redone and better quality breads/meats and more common sandwich options are provided. Please remove market from the title and signage.

Stopped at the EV charger and this shop is next door. They have hot grill food made to order and typical gas station items. There are public restrooms and a place to sit and eat by the window and wood benches outside.

I drive through Poncha Springs twice a week, and make it a point to stop in, grab a bite, and head on down the road, at least once a week. I have had a few different things there, and have never been disappointed. Great food and great staff.

Great stopping point along 285. We stopped to grab some snacks on a long road trip but were enticed to have a nice sit down lunch. My son got a sandwich made to order and I had a smothered tamale. Both were great. The combination of ;friendly conversation and service from the staff and the good food made for a great start to the second half of our trip to Durango.

This place had a supercharger nearby, so while I was letting my model 3 charge I stopped in to use the restroom, and grab a bite to eat. The place was a little aged, but the food was delicious. I stopped here twice and had good experiences both times. Definitely worth going in and grabbing a bite. They have plenty of choices in the menu.

I had a well prepared Bratwurst. The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms and a cozy dining area make this a wonderful place to stop. The fact that it's located in a town dominated by the surrounding national forest, only adds to the charm.

This deli has recently changed hands. The grandchildren of the original owners from the 30s have taken over.I had the italian "hero". Very good veggies and meat.l and lots of them. This would have been a very good sandwich, but the bread was very hard at one end and moderately soft at the other end. I threw some of it away.The "fixings", except the bread, are as good as the old owner's sandwich but the sandwich is smaller. I think this will be a good sandwich shop if they get the bread straightened out. I will return, and try other offerings. On the plus side: Very clean. The workers are friendly and seem to take great pride in their establishment.

While they were in the middle of making sandwiches they stopped empty the trash as well as go to the cooler and grab something from the cooler, go back to the line and wipe sweat from their nose. They never changed their gloves they continued making sandwiches with the same trash gloves. The other worker needed some water, took off her gloves, drank and then PUT ON THE SAME PAIR OF DIRTY GLOVES!This place should be reported to the health and sanitation board..Just because you’re wearing gloves does not mean your hands are sanitary, you still have to change your gloves and wash your hands! Nasty!The overpriced sandwich, had one slice of turkey, one slice of ham, some plastic wrapped yellow cheese with some black stuff on it and a blob of bacon, for $12.50. The bread it was served on was pretty thick and just ok.
