Great store, had everything we wanted and more! Some foods that we've been looking for years were there too which made us excited and happy. Customer service was great and we talked for a little before parting ways. The parking lot needs a little work mainly the roads which may or may not be their issue to repair. We didn't get to go into the hardware store but we presume it would be the same outcome of great service and a lot of great merchandise.

This place is amazing! Awesome costumer service!!!!! The cashier, Denny, that helped my brother and I pick out our knives gave us so many tips on how to care for them and sharpen them properly! She was very kind and friendly! The knives are beautiful & full tang! Great deals and prices here!!! Denny & Ray we’re amazing cashiers!!!

Store looks nice and clean but they take advantage of being one of the only restrooms in quite a ways by locking the restrooms and you have to buy something to get the code. Most people will buy something anyway and it just feels scammy when a store does this.

Pure garbage. Left my car to get a windshield wiper replacement, they lied to the tow company and said it was there for four days. RVers stay away, they towed our dinghy. The managers are pure trash, we left an explanation and a phone number. Stay away. Garbage people's

Terrible store. No fresh meat, all prepackaged. They have the recalled! GoldMedal flour( for salmonella) on sale, right up front proudly displayed. Filthy.

Not much to choose from in Poncha Springs. This is it. The market and hardware store are combined so you can check out at either with both food and hardware. The Ace Hardware is pretty typical of most for selection of items. Very friendly and helpful staff. On the Market side, very clean with fast service. They don't have the selection of a Safeway or Walmart but actually it is pretty good. You can find what ever you need but you don't have as many choices. They are about 30% higher than Safeway on most items but the food quality is as good as or better. They even score high on freshness. I would rate them a little higher but for their prices but then again, for a few items and to save time, it is worth a little more. Lagree's is a small local chain that targets small local communities.

The employees at Lagree's couldn't be more awesome. In the hardware store they are patient with customers and make sure all questions are answered courteously and thoroughly. The grocery store is always clean and well stocked. Checking out is smooth and easy on both sides of the store. It's my favorite place to get food 'n stuff!

Such an amazing shopping experience, the meat is so fresh and so reasonably priced and same goes for the vegetables. I bough a week or so worth of meat and veggies and it was right around 25 dollars. The staff is so friendly and helpful, I talked to a guy named josh who looked to be a manager or something of the sort and he was extremely friendly and helpful. This will be the only place I get meat and veggies from in salida, do yourself a favor and check it out. It’s also owned by a Colorado family so that a big bonus in my opinion. 10/10

great selection. Open and very clean store. Decent prices on most items. Glad there is another option in the area to shop at. They are the same proprietors as the hardware store so you can shop on both sides and check out in one area. Good selection of locally-sourced foods.

Kim Hewitt is an amazing customer service person at this True Value. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and super helpful when my significant other and I were shopping there recently. She knew how to find a unique piece of plastic pipe he needed, and we were both very grateful for her expertise, hard work, and willingness to hop to it, work hard, and lead us right to the place he needed. Thank you, Kim! Great job! You make us want to return and make the drive from Crestone.....

Got a very warm welcome by either the owner or a parking lot construction worker. My father and I were trying to buy grocery’s this past weekend, first time being there and we missed the entrance and had to drive around the on the gravel and yes I drove over the curb into the parking lot at a slow safe speed. Couldn’t even tell we drove on the curb. Well as we were heading when I over heard my father whom is a 70 year old man was bombarded by a pretty ignorant man cursing my father out for driving over a curb. When I asked what the problem was he responded more arrogant tone and told me it wasn’t my business. I pretty much got into my truck and drove away, I get it the store is new and they don’t want people driving over the curb. As a customer who is going to provide you with a purchase, have a little tact when correcting someone, it’s not like we were deliberately trying damage anything. I will never give these two stores a penny of my hard earned money and will never tell people to go to this location. Couldn’t tell you what the store even looked like, turned around immediately after this person treated customers as this person did. I may not be a resident of Salida or Poncha Springs but I do frequent the area a lot and I will drive out of my way to go to another store from here out.

Great addition to Poncha Springs. Prices may be higher by a bit but only on certain items. The employees seem happier than the other stores which usually means they are treated better. Between the happy staff and convenience, it’s worth every extra penny spent!

So good! I love this market! The meat prices are great and the cheeses too. I got a nice block of pepper jack cheese for 3$ deli cut. Very friendly staff too.

I went in last Thursday night to pick up ice cream and surprise party items. At 1850 hours. Waited and looked for employee for 10 min. Found no one. Left items at register and left. Sign said close at 2000 hours. Had to go down to Walmart anyway. Now I know not to bother at this store.

From my experience, it appears that management really doesn't care about customer health as multiple employees do not wear masks when working and servicing customers. The 'gentleman' in the hardware store actually smiled and laughed when I kept extra distance when he was completing my purchase at the register. It's disappointing to be mocked by an employee for being cautious about my helath. There was another man stocking product in the aisles unwilling to move for masked customers. I had to waited 10 minutes for him to finish so I could get my product. Great job LaGrees, way to put customer health first!

That light medium roast will Kick u in the Jimmy it's so Strong. A trash can outside wouldn't hurt so people won't have to carry nasty trash inside. Keep it up, you're the best!
